I haven't been in a Michael's in a while but shopping nearby and went in. It wasn't very busy and they still had some Christmas markdowns. I was amazed how organized everything was. Every aisle was in order and the store is just so visually appealing; it always makes me want to craft more than I do! I got done fun ideas for future crafting. I found a couple of sale items and some pretty ribbon I wanted. I did think it was interesting that a ran into a couple employees as I browsed, but not one person said hello or even made an attempt to acknowledge me. Luckily I didn't need any assistance since no one seemed real friendly. I went to pay and no one was in that area but it's self service kiosks so scanned in my Michael's rewards number and paid. An employee did come up as I was bagging my items but again no acknowledgment. I was happy with my purchase.

This was a quick stop to like for something. The visit was nice, got to brouse and see what I needed. The associates were nice. The store was a bit chilly. When getting to the registers I needed assistance so I was able to go to avoid self check out. The associate was helpful and kind. It's not my usual Michael's store bit served its purpose at the spur of the moment. Happy Yelping!

It's ran by kids that don't care for work, if you ask for assistance they give you a weird stare like it's a bother to ask them for help. Hire more mature people that would like to work instead of entitled kids.

Love this Michael's. Yes every Michael's has the same inventory, same sales, but this Michael's you can always find someone to assist you. Besides that also everything is always were it is supposed to be. Very organized store, and always have enough registers open so your not waiting in line for a long time. So nice to have a store we're you get the great customer service with a organized store as well

50% off on many items and 60% off on seasonal merchandise. There's also several items on clearance that you might find useful. The store appeared well stocked and was neatly organized. On another note, Michael's recently installed self-check out kiosk machines in the store. This is much needed and a welcomed sight to shoppers and those pressed for time. With that, introducing anything new comes with a learning curve and these kiosks are no exception. However, fortunate for customers, Michelle (manager), was there to assist. She was friendly very personable and understood the importance of good customer service. She made my first experience with the kiosk a painless and easy transaction.

There's a wide variety of slimes to choose from, and everything is well-presented. The atmosphere of the store is also fantastic--bright, fun, and welcoming, making it an enjoyable place to browse and shop. That said, there was one thing that stood out to me in a not-so-great way. I noticed employees cleaning the floors on their hands and knees, scrubbing manually. While I appreciate the effort to keep the store clean, it felt a bit unusual and outdated--especially in 2026 when there are more efficient and ergonomic cleaning tools available, like mops or other equipment. It also made me think about employee comfort and working conditions. I noticed this while walking by during closing time, and it still felt a bit strange to see that level of manual scrubbing instead of more standard cleaning methods. Overall, I would still recommend this shop for its awesome products and positive vibe. I just hope management considers updating their cleaning practices to something more practical and employee-friendly.

I came from hawaii & hawaii people know that the closet thing to a Hobby Lobby is Ben Franklin crafts store. Selection it's a lot and with all different seasons. Really excited for fall and xmas again. Anyways , we came here to buy graduation things for a lei to make and they were all out. It so happens that we came across the store manager Jeff, very patient and very helpful. He went to look up their inventory and kindly told us that he's awaiting a new batch that would come in wednesday which is today and he said to just call first thing in the morning and have the staff out some on hold with Jeff's request. I never called in the morning because i was too busy BUT at 5pm ish i called, they still had some in stock and they kept it for me til closing (8pm). I really appreciate the experience i had with the store manager and the two ladies in front cashier whom was also very helpful and informative with my questions about the return or exchange policy

It's creepy if you're not ready for all the jesus stuff staring down at you. This place is the worst money grab of crafts stores, if you ask me. Went in June 26th, summer began June 21st. The spring stuff is on some clearance at the front doorway, there are a couple rows of Independence Day things at the front of the store, but the rest of it has been overtaken by the pumpkins, leaves and "It's fall, y'all" signs already. Kind of a shame for hobbyists because don't a lot of people have hobbies so they can relax and enjoy their time? Not speed through and leave the year behind, getting ready for fall the same week that summer began. Yuck. And if Christian values or whatever are added, their employees sure arent indicative of it as they scurry around trying to avoid customers and/ or roll their eyes and brush them off if they so happen to be caught by one. Anyways, some cute things here and there, nothing original. Mostly a bunch of stuff made in another country (you know) on display, marked up so they can put "Everything with red yellow orange tags 30 50 90% off!!"-signs in front of them. Obviously, buy what you have/ want to, but don't fall for their "buy it now or it might not be on sale later!"- game. If you shop for your home decor here, you will surely find a duplicate painting or dish or pillow at a friend's house too. Save the planet, buy secondhand! ;)

Everyone knows that the Japanese individuals love their gaming platforms and cultures . We can thank the creators and brilliant minds for small businesses that give America a small piece of their world. Thus we have a little bit of Henderson right here from Japan . This store is a must come in for. It's nestled in a small alcove where you wander in . The store front does not do the store justice. Let's go in . Most of the store is just browsing along the aisles . They offer so much variety . One thing that captured my attention was the selection of small scale models making kits for sale. Come to find out, Japan produces 80 percent of the world's small scale plastic model sets. It is centered around the city of Shizuoka. The "idea" of model design and making is a cherished art form in this particular city . Many small scale sets and designs are available for an individual to purchase and enjoy. The art and concept of origami design paper can be found here too. Are you ready to be creative and make something out of this imaginative state? Let's slip into another dimension and reality to explore life in the most beautiful ways. Origami is used to many different ways. One can use it as a tool to meditate, religious practice, ceremony; the range is not limited or restricted. Some of the folded papers represent many aspects of what they are folded to be.
