I recently visited this slime shop and overall had a really great experience. The products are high quality, creative, and clearly made with care. There's a wide variety of slimes to choose from, and everything is well-presented. The atmosphere of the store is also fantastic--bright, fun, and welcoming, making it an enjoyable place to browse and shop. That said, there was one thing that stood out to me in a not-so-great way. I noticed employees cleaning the floors on their hands and knees, scrubbing manually. While I appreciate the effort to keep the store clean, it felt a bit unusual and outdated--especially in 2026 when there are more efficient and ergonomic cleaning tools available, like mops or other equipment. It also made me think about employee comfort and working conditions. I noticed this while walking by during closing time, and it still felt a bit strange to see that level of manual scrubbing instead of more standard cleaning methods. Overall, I would still recommend this shop for its awesome products and positive vibe. I just hope management considers updating their cleaning practices to something more practical and employee-friendly. read more

Such a cute store! My mini was in heaven when we stopped by today; she did not want to leave. The store is aesthetically pleasing, even to the grown-up eye & everything in there is so cute! I thought the squishies & small sensory toys were very reasonably priced, ranging from $2.99-$9.99. The slimes were about $16.99/ea but well worth the price, because they were so cute, of great quality & you can tell a lot of thought went into each one. She opted for a boba squishy toy & an apple pie a la mode slime, which came w/ mix-ins, jelly cubes & clay "whipped topping". All in all, she was a happy camper. Cute place! I really love slime and squishy stress balls. I got strawberry milk slime which smelled amazing and a cacti "stress ball". I ended up forgetting to put the cap on my slime and it dried out, but it was nice while it lasted. I still grab my cacti on my desk whenever I feel anxious or just need something in my hands. I've never seen so many different Slime! The workers are very helpful and nice. I'm not a fav of slime since my kid tends to leave it around, but I was pleasantly happy looking at some of the items. The store is set up like bath body works! Nice end caps and displays. I got a tip from one of the workers that there is a stand in Downtown Disney so we will check it out. My 7-year-old niece really loved this place and we had SO much fun. The entire shop is a wonderland of cute and squishy things! I took off 1 star for several reasons. I felt the sole employee there didn't fully explain the slime making process, the floor was SUPER dirty, and it was very warm in the store. The temperature seemed to get better toward the end of our visit so I survived but I was definitely sweating for a bit. When I told the employee that we wanted go make our own slime, she said to choose one of the plain slime tubs and then we could add in mix ins. However, we didn't understand what the nook area with the bags was for. There were bottles of glitter, glue, prepackaged plastic pieces, dry slime, etc., but it wasn't obvious if you could add those into your slime or if they were any different than the mix in options in tubs on the next wall with the spoons. I'm not a slime person so I have no idea what glue would be for. When my niece was done filling the bag with all her mix ins, the employee was busy ringing up other customers. My niece opened her tub of slime and that's when I noticed a sign next to the nook of miscellaneous items that told you the steps to making your own slime. It said you were supposed to buy your items before, "Having fun." I told the employee that my niece thought it was okay to open the slime but hadn't taken it out of the packaging, and she seemed a bit perturbed by that. I asked her if we just sat at the table and dumped all the mix ins into the slime and she said, "Yes, she can go play." But again, I really didn't know what we were doing because I'm not a slime girl. My niece also picked out a TON of glitter and plastic pieces and I think less is definitely more now that we've done this. There were soooo many mix ins that her slime became 99.9% glitter and beads than actual slime. But we already paid for it all so nothing we could do but put everything in! I will say this slime is surprisingly really clean up friendly! I thought we were going to have to wash our hands or something afterward but the slime wasn't wet or sticky on your hands. I am torn in leaving a bad review for Jellyland. I've been coming to Jellyland for 3 yrs now to reward my twins for end of school year. They look forward to this trip. We make a whole quick getaway out of this experience. The service is always pleasant & sweet. Except this specific trip. My twins are now 7 and feel a little more independent to browse the store of course it's a 1:1 adult ratio so we tend to follow close by as they browse. However this time I brought my mom who did a little browsing herself at one point one of my twins was given a bag by an employee to browse the topping area. By the time I came around with my second twin the bag was almost full. From past purchase experiences I know this normally ends up not making sense even 2 slime containers. I thought the bag had the same topping my daughter was currently pouring from and I dumped half of the bag right back on to the container. An employee who was standing by letting my kid do this was like "oh don't do that" rudely took the container and almost hit my daughter's face while doing so. Not only was she rude but went on to mumble about the situation to her peers at the register. Not offering any solution or remedy other than making me & my daughter feel bad. Considering we drove 5 hours for the trip I was not going to storm out of there and ruin my daughters (and mom's shopping experience). I wrapped up our shopping and we left. The slime itself is just good nothing you can't buy online. The shopping experience & cute store is what really drove our business here. One of those is out the window. I suggest the owner revisits 1. The policy behind topping area, maybe only give adults the bag to fill up or make sure parents knows the child is getting a bag to fill up. 2. More importantly hire or train employees to problem solve & be courteous above all. Bubbly friendly employees would be nice, but if this is not attainable then a simple customer service oriented approach would be nice. It's at the galleria Mall which is a really nice mall for walking around not really far from the strip. My kids were pretty excited to see this shop open because they use to order from the website years before there was this storefront. First, my son and a friend decided to DIY their slime. The workers were knowledgeable and guided them along the process & talked about the weight and how it'll affect the price. I'd say the best bank for your buck is to select the light confetti and buy the pre-made packs (priced at $2.99 each). After you purchase your DIY slime kit + add-ins, there's a small seated area for kiddos to mix everything. We decided to come back the next day because my daughters wanted some premium slime. The gummy shark one was a hit, the squeaky clean bubble bath slime is a tad bit too sticky. When you first walk into this place you can't help but smile. Everyone there is happy and helpful and engaging. We tried the DIY slime and it is very affordable. We purchased the slime and a ton of charms to put inside of it to make it our own custom creation! We even had a huge bag of charms left over after we filled our original slime. The charms themselves are 15 cents per gram, which may sound confusing, but it very affordable. So the blank slime with a variety of color choices was only I believe $12.99. And after we filled our slime and had a big bag of the heavier charms left over I believe we spent maybe $23 total including the slime, but we had a slime that was our ver own creation! We'll worth it. The store has so many cool toys for sensory play, we got this pack of bao that was so squishy and it even had a huge slice of cake that was too much fun to squeeze! All of the toys are very affordable and reasonably priced! This place is worth the trip! Be ready for the squishy stuff! read more

Brought my slime obsessed daughter here for her birthday. She was beyond excited. You choose your color slime ($13) and then you get a bag and fill it with charms and confetti (they weigh the accessories, ours came to $11) and then our daughter had a seat and got to mix all her charms into the slime. She had so much fun. The only negative I noticed was that the slime for mixing in shop was low quality compared to all their prepackaged scented slimes on the shelves. I did end up buying her a marshmallow crème scented slime too ($17), and this slime was way better by comparison to the one she "made" in the shop, it was more tacky, didn't break easily and overall had a better texture...But my daughter had an absolute blast and I'm sure we will be back! read more

I don't normally review after I only one visit to a place, let alone not being to really buy anything. However the short interaction I had was enough to warrant it. I have been recommended slime by others with stimulation issues, so I figured I could try some. Instead buying one off the internet and not liking it, I decided to come here first to see what they have and maybe try testers. I walk in and look around for a bit and find the testers. I look trying to read the instructions, which is small and worn making it difficult to see. Suddenly a lady who I can only assume who works there as I was not able to see a name tag or apron or anything resembling an employee asks if she can help with anything. I said "yes I'm new-" She cuts me off and says it's a slime store. By now, I'm very aware but figured I should clarify that I was here to try to understand the different kinds of slimes and she just picks up the testers and just points. "The textures are on the labels." And walks off before I could ask anything else. I just walked out. Honestly, Jellyland is the new spot to take your kiddos! It is great for all ages and for boys and girls. Parents can even play too! They have awesome slimes that are reasonably priced and the DIY slime bar is so cool! Kids are able to pick a clear slime for $12.99 any color they want and then pick their own toppings to mix in and decorate their slime with. It is very similar to yogurtland with the way the toppings are weighed. They do not do birthday parties yet but we still brought our daughter and a few of her friends and they all had a blast! The customer service is great and they can answer any questions you have about slime. We will definitely be back! read more

The young woman working at the store seemed like she would rather be anywhere else but there, and would give one word responses when I asked how to select the slime and mix-ins. The only time she was very vocal was in warning us over and over about using the spoons rather than our hands to put the mix-ins in the bag (which we did every time and needed no reminders at all).
