The store had a good collection of model kits and supplies, even got one myself! However, the customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. I was with my boyfriend who doesn't know anything about this hobby and was just there for me. I picked out something I wanted for a while because I am pretty passionate about the series and model kit community. I was dragging my boyfriend around because I was so excited in this store, I chose the figure myself, held it, and went up to pay for it. When I went to check out, the employee there made small talk with my boyfriend regarding the figure. Constantly asking him questions and opinions that he couldn't even understand, ignoring me the whole time--not even making eye contact nor facing me. My boyfriend was even trying to relay the questions/opinions mid-conversation to me so that it was obvious I was the one the employee should be talking to. It was such an awkward moment for me and my boyfriend. Normally, I don't leave bad reviews but I felt pretty unwelcome here and don't think I'll be coming back. I'm a woman who enjoys this hobby but being completely looked over was something I don't appreciate. I am the client, not my boyfriend. It's such a shame because I really enjoyed this gem of a shop.

This was my first time checking out this place, I walked in and there was little to nothing that caught my eye in store. Very disappointing.

A lot of cool hobby items but needs to put prices out for shoppers to see, because I'm always asking how much is this? & How much is this?

This place is great, I usually have a very difficult time finding places that sell Gunpla and if so it's a very small portion.

Walking in, we were greeted right away and were asked if we needed help. My husband rattled off whatever words get him his cards and we were guided to an expert. They had exactly what my husband needed and it was for the price it was supposed to be. While he was doing this, I walked around the store a bit. It can seem a little bit overwhelming but there is a clear order in here and I don't think it would be hard to find whatever it is you are looking for in here. There are tables in the middle of the store where people were playing. I noticed a lot of older sets of the game my hubs plays and he was saying that they are fairly well priced as well. Overall, my hubs says he does want to come back because of their friendliness and availability of product. I want to come back just to look at all the items they have. Fun times!

Never have I felt more embarrassed and alone shopping a comic store, somewhere we should all be allowed to be ourselves. Same on you guys, I'll never return here. To say we were excited was an understatement, she had been saving and I was happy to help too. We discovered a smaller version at a mall and were delighted with their selection of items. We picked our a few hundred dollars worth of stuff and although we loved the items we picked we were still overly excited to get to main store. So we asked the kid working if we would be able to return items if we decided we wanted different ones. He ASSURED us that we could, we told him how excited we were to go to the big store and he said we could definitely return if we found ones we liked better. So we were not disappointed when we saw the big store. They had everything we wanted so we grabbed the 2 items we planned to return and then went crazy!!! We got to register to pay and told the girl we were returning 2 items and getting the rest. She didn't bat an eye, said it was absolutely not a problem and proceeded to finish sale. Out total receipt ended up being 649 dollars. We left with big smiles on our faces. 2 days later we realized we had purchased too many things and literally couldn't fit them all in car. So we grabbed our least favorite ones and headed to mall store to return them. The manager said we could only receive store credit. WTF???? We explained what we were told and she just said store policy sp we left. My daughter called the main store and spoke with manager. He said there was nothing he could do. Told us if we called back the next day the owner would be in and maybe he could make exception. When we called he told us the owner would not speak to us and there was no exceptions, even though we were told the wrong information by clerk. I understand I am one person and my business doesn't make or break a company's bottom line but I was planning on making this store a frequent place to purchase from as they had such great selection. I have been a retail manager for many years and this store has a shifty owner that trains his staff to be shifty. I am appalled that a store owner would refuse to speak to customers and that after spending more than 1,000 dollars in 2 days won't even attempt to make things right. If you believe in good customer service and making sure your customers are happy, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS BUSINESS!!!! THE OWNER IS A STRAIGHT UP ASSHOLE.

There is so much to see here!…read more It was my first visit. I was on overload a little. There is so much and I didn't know where to start first. It was kinda exciting. I grabbed a cart and went left. There were a lot of cute pens and art supplies. I couldn't help myself. I spotted the stickers and I loaded up for my classroom. They are cute and they are the water bottle quality. They came in packs of 100. I headed to the back of the store and saw cute mirrors and pet supplies then across the isle I saw phone covers and electronics like head phones and lots of other stuff. I got a pair of head phones for work and two cute phone cases. There is a huge selection with many unique styles and colors I have not seen before. Next I saw a whole candy section and bags and travel supplies, but I was tired so I headed to the register. I was surprised to say hi to an employee standing there but she was not behind a register, she was just there to watch and answer questions. This is when I realized I was going to be doing self check out. It wasn't hard. I bought a few tote bags for book bags for my classroom so I packed my purchases in them. I guess you have to purchase bags there so that helped from having to purchase plastic bags. This was over all a good experience. It was fun and there were a lot of unique items at a low price. Most are $5 or less. The employees are all young and they were nice. They were not overly friendly. I think I greeted them first. But, they did try to help me when I asked if they carried something I was looking for. I would go back to see what they have next time. I would recommend this for a fun shopping opp. I gave it a 4 because there was a lot of things that had fallen on the floor on isles and it was hard to move the cart through because of that. It looks like maybe the isles were too close together in some areas. But, overall a shopping adventure for sure!!! They take cards or cash. Parking outside is easy in a large lot. I don't think you can take carts out side. One tip would be to bring in a reusable shopping bag or two, and just have fun!!! Check it out!!!
