19D S. Water St., Henderson, NV Tucked in between Imaginations Unlimited and Goldmine casino is a true gold mine

A sweet little resale shop, nestled in the historic water Street area. Get the boutique experience without the prices. Join their social media groups to get even more discounts! And notification of upcoming sales and events. I love that I can trade in items that I no longer need for store credit to buy even more yummy props, as a photographer. This is my absolute favorite prop shop. Thank you, Crystal!

I cannot say enough of the greatest things about this place! Crystal the owner puts her blood, sweat, and I'm sure tears into this place making it all that it is! Kids all this place the "toy store" we are here on a regular basis.

Cute hair tie !! For babies

Love this store I was about to say I love this baby store but it's not just baby items there is items for any age , a lot of great gift ideas , they have cute hand made hair ties and head bands for baby's (I got myself some hair ties) so not just for babies , cute little toys , fun stickers , jewelry , cute little swim suits , Sandals , some small size sport shoes , baby walkers in the back. Learning toys I wanted the Sesame Street package to plant some flowers. They also have some water proof baby bibs and a cute little thin sheet to put on the grass at a park or under a high chair nice to have in diaper bag for when out visiting friends for easy clean up . Wish I had that when my kids were little, there is new an used items , another one of my favorites is the rubber dinosaurs. The clothes are all super cute in great condition they look brand new. They also have some bassinets , baby washing tubs , high chairs , definitely a store ya need to visit frequently, I even got some lip balm !! Smells great. They have lots of teething toys really cute ones made of different materials there is one made of a knit to look like a flower petal is super cute that would be a great baby shower gift !

Reasonable prices and well organized. They had a good selection of toys-such as the green toys and some cute older vintage toys. I also like that they had handmade baby clothes along with the used ones. I bought my daughter a handmade dress, a vintage piano music toy and a wood bead toy and it was under $40.

I have shopped here for second hand baby clothes, sold my baby girl's clothes, purchased green toys, vegan soaps/lip balms, soy candles and many other items and have nothing BUT good things to say about Archer + Jane. The owner is extremely accommodating and flexible and is always willing to arrange pick up when it is convenient for me! She is friendly, professional, and hard working. I will continue to support this local shop and recommend it to everyone. I will shop here for years to come! Thank you for being a friendly and professional business!!

Charming store in the Water Street district of Henderson. Found on Yelp. Was wanting to check out Water Street anyway, and also wanted to try out cloth diapers for Baby2. Parked across the street from the store, curbside along street, (not metered parking, free!) and carried Baby2 inside to look for cloth diapers. They have them! I did not know that they sell gently used items! And all the items are clean and in very good shape. They have baby clothes, toys, Mom clothes, nursing supplies, strollers, wooden toys, bassinets, cute tap dance shoes, cute baby flip flops, locally made items, ballet flats, cute baby outfits, and of course the cloth diapers. And I found out a cloth diaper is two pieces so they have the inserts, too. Made from hemp! Since the items were gently used, like-new, they were around $4 for the diaper covers, $2 for the inserts. I got three cloth diapers and three hemp inserts and a plush toy for right around $20! There is also a save five bucks Yelp coupon when you spend $30! The prices are terrific, there is a mix of brand new to gently used like-new items. Store is calm and pleasant, not bright or loud. Would return to find more items for Baby2. Already need more diaper insert things...

Their website is helpful and informative, and we were able to submit a form to be contacted - we met Jasmine on site to hear more about their doula services and other offerings. If you know early on that you're interested in using a doula, contact them sooner rather than later, as they have Open House events where you can meet their various providers to see who might be a good fit for you. I ended up getting induced a week later and did not end up using a doula - while my delivery went just fine without, it's worth looking into if you can afford it, and there is evidence that their involvement can shorten labor and improve outcomes. As first-time (and probably only-time parents), we were more concerned about having someone able to fully explain options to us and advocate for what we wanted in the hospital environment. That being said, WRM has more than just doula services - they also have midwives and a lactation consultant, as well as several classes offered onsite that you can take before, during and after your pregnancy. My husband and I took their 2-hour Newborn Care Class and it was helpful to hear the most important info and ask questions right before we had our baby. The class included a helpful book with free access to an app, and was led by their lactation consultant, Rory. It also served as a good way to get to know her in case we ended up needing LC services.

I know this review is long but PLEASE take the time to read, hiring a healthcare professional to…read moreassist you during and after birth is crucial to you and your baby's wellness. Don't make the same mistake we did. We hired Emily as an advanced doula from WRM when I was a little over 38wks. I didn't agree with my OBs decision to induce me early so even though I was so close to giving birth I considered going for the natural way instead. After meeting with Emily, my husband and I decided to labor at home and a hospital birth with Emily as our Doula. We only met with her Twice for prenatal care where we discussed my birth plan, and my main concerns about birth. I was very adamant about not wanting an induction. I also expressed my concerns regarding breastfeeding. She reassured me that even though things might not always go according to plan than she, as my doula/advocate will do her best to still give me the ideal birth I wanted by making sure my birth plan/requests are still honored. Also, that she will assist us with our transition taking our baby home. Everything sounded good. And I was looking forward to working with her. She said she can be in the OR during the delivery- she said it's all good because one of their owners actually sits on the board of Henderson Hospital. So they know her there and know her work. On the day my water broke I kept her posted. Texting and calling through contractions until it got really painful that my husband had to take over. Now just to really show you how unethical and uncompassionate Emily and this whole company is, She then asked for more money DURING LABOR!! stating that according to her contract half her doula fee of $1200 had to be paid before she can go to the hospital with us. We had already paid $900, and at the office she said we only needed to pay half prior the delivery and there will be a payment plan. We paid but this just left such a bad taste in my mouth. When Emily arrived at the hospital It had already been 36 hours since my water broke. My Doctor discussed the complications of a vaginal birth in my case. He suggested that I go for a c section because he thinks my baby will be 9-10 pounds & gave us a couple of hours to make a decision. I was so scared and so frustrated. I was in pain! After long consideration, we didn't want to take such great risks and decided to go for the surgery. Prior to going into surgery I Spoke with Emily again about my birth plan. I asked her if she will be there with me to watch over the whole thing and she said Yes. I really expected her to be present in the OR, as she will act as my advocate making sure my requests for my birth and baby were honored. I thought even if it's a c section, my birth can still be somewhat ideal. Unfortunately, most things on my plan were not followed: - I did not get immediate skin to - My baby's vernix was wiped off. - Cord clamping was Not delayed. - Exams for baby were not delayed. - Vaginal swab for cesarean birth was not done. Needless to say, I was so sad about this. Emily bought us dinner, took pictures & then left...since she can't do any sort of medical assistance there, she might as well be just any other visitor. She might as well just text us and act like a virtual doula because she was of no use to us at the hospital. After delivery my main concern was my baby's latch and breastfeeding. Emily sent me a "How to breastfeed" YouTube video the night of my delivery - like I will have the time to watch that?! I could have looked that up myself. These are all examples of her failing to show up for us. The first hours with my child are incredibly important! I needed immediate post partum care/ lactation assistance! Once you're in hospital care they hit you with "It's a liability!" Therefore their care cannot be provided. All their help are now deemed useless. If we fully understood this ' you're now under Hospital care caveat, that they can't intervene because it's all up to our doctors and nurses now, we wouldn't have hired WRM in the first place. When you complain about the lack of care/ services, get ready to be answered with...well technically it's in your contract so sorry. You're trying to cover with technicalities now? From a contract we unwittingly signed on an iPad for one minute on our way out the door. We had a TWO HOUR!! consultation with them, you'd think they'd take two minutes to go through the contract/ scope of services and limitations with you before taking your money. We tried setting up a meeting to discuss our experience multiple times in the course of 2 weeks, Not a single staff member from the WRM office returned our calls or bothered to get back to us. Again showing the lack of care for their paying clients. We're currently waiting on the status of this matter. I'll keep this review updated.

I had intended to interview a few but as luck would have it, Jordan was our first interview. Her energy spoke volumes and everything we spoke about affirmed what I imagined my pregnancy and birth to be. My wife and I hadn't even made it home before we decided we wanted to proceed with Jordan. She was such great support throughout my pregnancy and as a first time mom, her childbirth education course made me feel ready (or as ready as you can be) and empowered for an unmedicated birth center birth. From day one, Jordan made it a point to get to know my wife and I so that she could really support us collectively and individually on this journey. She was a calming voice during labor and delivery and went above and beyond afterwards to make sure we felt supported and cared for. She has a plethora of knowledge and resources that can help you with whatever you may need. When my son had trouble latching she connected me with an incredible IBCLC who completely transformed my breastfeeding journey. We are 6 months into this journey and thriving. After our son was born, Jordan continued as our postpartum doula. She's amazing - from holding him and giving us a break so we could take a nap to washing dishes and folding newborn laundry - Jordan continued making us feel supported and cared for. She was also a listening ear whenever I felt overwhelmed or just wanted to talk about all the new things I was experiencing. 5 stars is not enough. I can't recommend Jordan and her services enough. She deeply cares about her clients and it is evident not only in what she does, but how she does it. If you are looking for a doula, she is THE ONE!

We appreciated that she took the time to really get to know my partner and myself through out the process. She took the time to get know our needs and and helped us set up a birth plan we were comfortable with. She was very supportive of all our decisions and provided resources in order to help us reach an informed decision in areas where we had questions. We decided to take her full workshop, where we gained all the information we could need for the birthing process, pregnancy, postpartum care, and basic child care information. We felt well prepared for labor and any obstacles that could come our way. We loved the movement classes and the partner communication sessions of the course. The course helped us really get on the same page about many aspects of this journey. Her prenatal yoga class is also very relaxing and beneficial. I felt so much more relaxed after the session and plan on going for more for my postpartum care. Jordan was there for us throughout the very long labor and all the obstacles that came with it. She was supportive and tried to make the situation as comfortable for us as possible. She helped manage emotions and provided more information as we had to make in the moment decisions. After our beautiful baby boy was born, Jordan was there to help me get the baby to latch, make me comfortable, and help with minor details with the nurses. She checked in regularly once we were home and was a huge help during our postpartum care visit. We truly recommend Jordan to anyone looking for a support during their pregnancy. As first time parents we were so nervous of everything that was coming our way. After our classes, meetings and just getting to know Jordan, we felt so much better and prepared. I knew I had a friend I could call at anytime. And I took advantage of that a couple times. We plan to hire her for any future children we may have.

She helped my husband and I so much in learning more about how our baby is growing, what the L&D process would look like, and providing tools and resources to help us in preparing and forming a birth plan fit for our family. We hired Kyla as our midwife and had a home-birth. Without writing out my whole birth story I will just say that both my husband and I felt beyond supported for the over 48 hours I was in early/active labor, pushing, and getting baby measured and the house tidied afterwards. We are one week postpartum now and love having someone to reach out to with questions as they come up has been so comforting. We love doing our postpartum check ups at home and value that Kyla can check on baby instead of dragging them out of the house so tiny. Tiffanie is super genuine & is truly obsessed with birth, babies & helping families have their optimal experience & care. My daughter LOVED coming along to our appointments & enjoyed learning all about what midwives do. Our time with Tiffanie has given my daughter a once in a lifetime experience of learning about the sacred time of pregnancy & the power of physiological birth. I've recommended her to several friends for homebirths & they too have had great experiences. We've since moved out of state, but I'd go as far to fly her out & pay for her to be there for any future births. One of the best hands down. Love her so much!

I'm so unbelievably grateful for the entire midwifery services provided by Mother's Choice Midwifery from start to finish. From every prenatal appointment to labor/delivery to postpartum care, I was continually supported and guided through every stage of my prenatal and postnatal care. I'm so grateful for midwives that trust the birthing process and the woman's ability to birth her baby. During my 41st week of pregnany my baby must have flipped without me knowing because while in labor we learned that baby had gone breech! When Tiffanie arrived at my home, I was asked if I wanted to be checked and told prior to the exam that based on the meconium coming out that she believed baby was breech. To all of our surprise, my baby indeed had gone breech! Tiffanie let us know that if we went to a hospital it would be an immediate c-section. Ironically, she had just received even further training on breech births. We went over our options and any potential risks involved and my husband and I were left to privately discuss what we wanted to do. Because I was fully dilated and more importantly, Tiffanie's absolute confidence in my ability to birth my baby in the safety of my home we decided to stay home and I'm so unbelievably grateful we did! About an hour and a half after Tiffanie arrived and checked me, our perfect little breech baby girl was born!!! Such an amazing experience and testimony to God's perfect plan! I cannot say enough good things about Mother's Choice Midwifery and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
