It probably won't appeal to 'regular' women in Vegas and here is why. When I say regular, I mean women who are a size 8 and bigger... Who only shop for clothes maybe once or twice a year... And don't care about what they call 'fashion'. Women who dress for comfort and practicality, and wear sneakers at least 4/7 days a week. There is NOTHING wrong with this, however this boutique is really not for these types of women. This boutique really carries, what most people think is fashion forward. It's not THAT fashion forward... The clothes are very wearable and very 'on trend' to what is hot right now... But, to what Vegas chicks are used to.. Some will say this store is 'fashion forward'... With all of this said, the store does have a great selection of just denim and t-shirts... They have amazing selections of affordable jewelry. The hats, absolutely perfect. I get so many compliments when I rock a hat from this store. They have perfect 'every day' tanks when you first walk in, in virtually every color. They have a tiny men's section... I believe?? They have great accessories, like scarves, purses and backpacks. I love that there are only a few of each item...And I also love the way the store is designed and merchandised. I love the affordable prices and I love that the owner buys most things from LA... I do have some constructive criticism... They have some shoes.. Which, if I'm being honest are the only things I don't love about this store... (There can be affordable shoes that also appear to be well made.. These shoes, to me, look cheaply made and like they could be from Payless). I would LOVE to buy cute shoes here if they had them... But the ones I've seen, look like all fake leather, bad stitching.. And just not a great shoe selection at all. If the low prices really are compromising the quality of shoes.. I feel the store should just show better quality shoes. The store's clients wouldn't mind spending more money for quality pairs of shoes. I've seen boots here that are trying to look cool and like they're quality, but with a quick glance it's obvious they're not well made. One other small thing.. Usually when I come, the girl I get is super friendly. But one time... Recently- the girl there was being very passive, because it was 8:10.. I told her I'd only be 5 more min...(I've worked in so many retail stores... And I've never once made anyone feel weird about keeping me late...So.. I 'get it'. And when I was kept.. It could be hours...) So when this girl was sort of snobby and rude to me, over s few minutes it left a really bad taste in my mouth. Again, she wasn't overtly rude at all.. But if I was running a clothing store... I would never ever, ever want one of my girls making any client feel weird, if she needed a few extra minutes to shop... Lock the door, but turning off the music and staring at me... While I'm trying to hurry...just really sucks- there's no other way to put it. Also, as I was deciding between a few shirts on a table, she came next to me and started putting back the two shirts I had set aside... She didn't have to do that- she was just 'letting me know for the 10th time, it was 10 minutes past closing'. I made sure to tell her that I was aware of the time and would be quick.. I just thought the actions were VERY unnecessary and made the experience that night very uncomfortable.
