Macy's Jewelry Standing at the counter to pick up a watch…read morepurchased earlier this past week. Two counter agents. One legitimately has clients waiting for her but it would have cost her nothing to say hi, or we'll be right with you, or acknowledge me when she walked in front of me. The other guy clearly has a preference for blondes cuz he completely ignored me and attended her even though I was at the counter first. Besides shitty customer service, Macy's jewelry is considered low quality and depreciates fast. Google it. Consider going elsewhere.

I had to…read morehave help getting it to the front of the store to pay for them and the young lady who helped me was the kindest person I've run into in a long time. She was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. After I got home, I decided I wanted three more of the cabinets and went back to the store the same day. A different young lady helped me that time and again, I could not have asked for better customer service. She worked very hard to make sure I was getting the best price on the cabinets, as they were each priced differently. I had to leave two of the cabinets there overnight because I didn't think I could fit them in my car, so I went back the next morning to pick up the other two. I don't know if the young man who helped me was the store manager, but he knew me as soon as I walked in and was overly accommodating helping me load my car. This was a shopping experience that makes me want to go back and spend more money. Nice job and thank you to the staff at this store. It is clean, well organized, and welcoming.

I decided to give a try to Marshall's on Lake Mead- and I was in 3 hours shopping heaven. Found so many great items, sizes were great (at least for me). (XL,XXl). This was my first stop. I was in the area, saturday, 11/30/24, so I parked in the front, near Red Robin. I went inside the mall, and into the store, and headed for the Window Department, on the second floor. I stood in line and showed my ID for my pickup order. She scanned the bar code on my e-mail. And I signed for it, she printed out my receipt and I got my order. Easy-peasy. There were quite a few other people shopping there. The aisles were a little crowded. But it was nice to see people were in side the store shopping. There were long lines at the checkout too. (A few years ago, I thought that this department store was in trouble.)

Claims the drivers are Uber or Lyft and claims products become non-refundable. Where do the Uber or Lyft "drivers" have access? Walmart has proven to be a shady retailer, it continues to pass their lack of efficiency unto their 3rd party, Customer Service Partners. Case in point: Walmart has issued a refund, for Order #2000142-95291164. However, due to Walmart's chosen/partner for delivery service, my products were delivered to the wrong address. "Photo shows" delivered, however, wrong door due to wrong address. Walmart now claims products are "non-refundable" and refused to refund EBT monies to the EBT card

The store had a great selection for infant/toddler clothes and items. It was hard to walk through without buying all the cute clothes I saw! My only complaint is the bathroom and bathroom doors could use a nice cleaning. I brought my baby to use the changing table and the sight of the dirty doors was a little disappointing and gross to see, especially bringing my little one in there.

Sad to see the low stars shown here but is understandable with reasons from the consumer point of view and have the same feeling back at home for some of the shops. Visiting Las Vegas as we explore the Henderson area does take us away from the Strip and other familiar places brings us here and honestly just for one singular purpose...restrooms! Yes we were shopping and exploring the area with so much to see and do we came upon a need and luckily we saw Target and headed there immediately. Yes it can be quite crowded and it's for the obvious reasons but it does seem like one of the older ones that could use the updating for it's busy use from many but I did browse and found some snacks for us to munch on, I honestly did appreciate the restroom use and the friendly staff and price value as well.
