For a brand like Target that usually prides itself on presentation and its higher ground political position - this was surprisingly bad. It wasn't just a few items out of place -- multiple racks had piles of clothing on the ground and the whole section felt neglected. It made shopping frustrating and unpleasant. Retail can get busy, but basic upkeep should still be happening. This store needs serious attention to floor recovery and management of the apparel department.

Welllll, this store is loaded with so much stufff! I walked in and instantly realized that there was no way this was gonna be a quick pop in if I started walking around. I had to be some where and so I wanted to stick to the Easter egg items I needed for my classroom. I was excited to see that there were a good variety of plastic egg designs. They had pastels, brights, chromes, patterned, and different Disney Characters. Since it was my first time there it took me a minute to figure out the check out system and the pricing system. I walked to find help and realized it is self checkout. When I did find an employee she showed me how to find the prices. Some have a number that you can match to a price chart on the shelves. If it doesn't have a number it is the based price of $2.25. I was able to get checked out easily, and I purchased a cute reusable bag. The employees are helpful. There are parking spots right out front. I would say come when you have at least an hour or more to explore the many isles. This shopping center is usually busy, so expect to park a bit away and walk unless you come early. I will be back. Check it out!

It wasn't something she had to do--it was simply genuine customer service and compassion. In today's world, those small acts of kindness make a lasting impression. The store was clean, well stocked, and the employees were friendly, but seeing a team member go above and beyond to help someone in need is what I'll remember most. I had to…read morehave help getting it to the front of the store to pay for them and the young lady who helped me was the kindest person I've run into in a long time. She was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. After I got home, I decided I wanted three more of the cabinets and went back to the store the same day. A different young lady helped me that time and again, I could not have asked for better customer service. She worked very hard to make sure I was getting the best price on the cabinets, as they were each priced differently. I had to leave two of the cabinets there overnight because I didn't think I could fit them in my car, so I went back the next morning to pick up the other two. I don't know if the young man who helped me was the store manager, but he knew me as soon as I walked in and was overly accommodating helping me load my car. This was a shopping experience that makes me want to go back and spend more money. Nice job and thank you to the staff at this store. It is clean, well organized, and welcoming.

For something like this the spacing and cut outs have to be super precise and right on the money. Steven was an absolute pro and helped me pick the perfect matting as well for my project. The items that I had found had a great sale price so I put them in my cart. When I went to go to self checkout the prices were not ringing up for the same amount on the app. I didn't see on the app "on-line price only." I didn't have many items. They had 2 cashiers working & a little bit of a line had formed behind me. Not good to be under staffed during a holiday shopping mth. I was able to ask a cashier behind me about this price discrepancy as I explained it was a different price then when I scanned the items on-line. She had told me "those are on-line prices" I told her I thought this was ridiculous, that I'm in the store already so in order to get these prices I need to order them thru the app & come back to pick them up? Can't I have them for the price listed since I'm here already? She told me I could speak to the manager about it but she was busy with a customer who wanted to buy a Christmas tree on the floor since it was the last one. I had come in here after working all night & needed to get home to get to bed. I didn't feel like waiting so I didn't buy these items & set them aside. I did buy a couple of other items that weren't on sale. A few days later I purchased the items I left behind on the app & did a pickup where I parked in a number parking spot & an employee brought it out to my car. I didn't have to wait too long for the lady to bring it out but honestly this is stupid. A customer will still spend money whether they're going to purchase on-line or go into the store. This cute Christmas platter I got had some flaws in it so I had to go back into the store praying that they still had one & one that didn't have any flaws & do an exchange. I got lucky! But it stinks that I couldn't have picked the item out myself while in store & get the cheaper price. Dumb! I feel like Michael's has jacked up their prices too.
