Embarrassing to say but yesterday was the first time here. It's definitely like a Michael's but on steroids. It's huge. One thing I like about it is you don't need coupons. The sale price is the lower price and it's comparable to the priced items with coupon at the other place. And you can buy dishes and glasses and even fabric. So big that it has everything decorative you need for the house. The items I needed were plentiful and had options so I can get a cheaper price one or the higher priced option. They do close on Sunday FYI. We'll be back as it's closer to the house and bigger variety of my crafty needs. read more

This was my very first time shopping at Hobby Lobby and I loved it! They have such a great selection of everything here. My Goddaughter is obsessed with Bluey and Bingo.. and there was so much Bluey / Bingo stuff! I also got a beautiful canvas photo of a pug. I love purchasing items from Hobby Lobby and they do tend to have good deals on things which I like. I like Hobby Lobby in general. They have a ton of stuff and I find the store is usually pretty stocked when I visit. I've been here a few times and this is not my favorite location but it is convenient. I would say the customer service is hit or miss. I have encountered a couple nice and helpful employees and other times there have been some that seemed irritated to help me. There have been a few times I have just been stared at by the greeter at the door when entering the store but heard them greet the person coming in behind me. Hobby Lobby is not my first choice in craft stores. They tend to be on the pricey side. I will say, though, the store is huge with a lot of stuff inside. There is a massive collection of things to choose from. You just need help to find the right aisle sometimes. Luckily there are some friendly store associates to guide you in the right direction. On my latest visit I was looking for decorative shelving brackets. I was told exactly where they are and found exactly what I needed. I had to pay more than I wanted to, though, as the sale I had seen online was over by the time I got to the store. Missed it by about a day. Boo. Other thoughts here, Hobby Lobby is a Christian owned store. That means they are closed on Sunday. I can respect that. And they play Christian music inside. I can respect that too. In fact, I was singing along to one song. There is a lot to appreciate here. Please don't misunderstand my 3 star rating of it. But, in my own experiences, I have better luck finding what I need at a better price when shopping at other nearby similar craft stores. There are exceptions to the rule, of course. read more

We're looking for charms for bracelets to hand out as party favors. So here we are at Hobby Lobby on Stephanie. It used to be a Vons years ago. This huge store has it all; Party & art supplies, picture frames baking supplies & kids games & toys. They have home decor & jewelry items. You can find clothing to bedazzle or tie dye (they still do that?) Yarn & on & on. It's just amazing. All at a reasonable price too. An excellent staff, friendly & knowledgeable of their store. Ask one of them for assistance & they stop what they're doing & walk you to the aisle, pointing out what you ask for. Got a DIY project that you need help with? Check with Hobby Lobby. But, beware! When I asked if she could take a return she said wait in line everyone moves at their own pace. Ceiley, we all didn't plan for an hour to return something at Hobby Lobby. Well first off let me congratulate Hobby Lobby on finally switching me from Micheals. It took awhile but they converted me. What can I say about this store other then it is Christmas time for people who like arts and crafts. Aisle and aisle of stuff from decor to artificial plans to needle work etc. The store was very well stocked and very clean. The customer service was present, helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy like some of them are. The store is huge and the flow is good. Plenty of room to go up and down the aisle. You don't have to play bumper carts with the next person The only downside I seen is in a store that big I think that the store should have at least 1 or 2 mobility scooters so people who have a hard time walking can get around better. Parking should not be a issue the store is located in a huge strip mall with a target adjoining Hobby Lobby. So there parking lot is absolutely huge. This is one of my favorite stores. They have just about everything here for just about any hobby. They also have wall decor, furniture, home decor, picture frames, party accessories etc. The prices are good. Always have sales going on. Wow, that was fast. While I lagged [behind] to get a few pictures of this Hobby Lobby exterior on Stephanie in Henderson that I've never been in or reviewed, my wife and mother were in and out before I could even take a foot towards the store. They both said there wasn't very much inventory (January 12, 2021) and no one to ask any questions, so they were in and out within two minutes. I don't want to be too harsh with my review, so I'll leave it at three stars and hope we all make it back soon when they have more inventory, which by January 12, three weeks after Christmas, you would think they would have had by now. If you have just moved into town or just need a great budgeting store to find to fulfill your dreams of an awesome pad, this store is it!!! I never heard of Hobby Lobby until I moved out here from San Diego and my gf was the one who mentioned it and was super thrilled to show me what was up. Upon walking in, this store was super HUGE, like almost walking into a Costco but for home goods. Pretty much every item I picked up and had an interest to buy had a discount sticker and everything in the store was seriously a freakin BARGAIN. From bathroom, living room and anything you can think to fill in any negative space in your living space was all here and I was the one that raved about Ross with their awesome deals. Even though I blew about $300 here and my projected spending was $150, I didn't even regret every single purchase that was in my cart. As I type this, my bathroom is more than halfway of my theme and my gf got everything she needed to decorate for the holidays. Overall, a store you should put on the list first, second is Ross lol. Came back within a week of our purchase. Spoke to one manager said we could bring our items back for exchange. Few hours later came back a VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING "manager" came out (Max) and rejected our right to exchange. Not even a return mind you. It says " Hobby lobby, values customer satisfaction with or without a receipt. Well I had a receipt and Rude, very Racist Max didn't care about our satisfaction as paying customers. I called corporate as soon as I left. So we'll see how this goes. Absolutely terrible and disrespectful "management " and it gross that's how Hobby Lobby allows them to talk to customers. If you're ever in need of any craft supply, Hobby Lobby usually has it. I'm always coming here because I'm out of or need something. For instance, I needed sequins pins, oil pastel crayons and something random to buy just because I was there. Found all I needed! It's almost always cheaper than online. Hobby Lobby always has the best decorations for every season and for months before each holiday. You can usually find a sale for any item as well. They always play nice background music and they're closed Sunday. I've only had good experiences shopping here and always end up leaving with more than I planned to buy. This place is like craft world, scrapbook world, sew world, paint world, decorating world, knit world, model kit world, crochet world, and "everything else you could possibly think of" world, all rolled into one! Any craft that you're interested in trying or are already a professional at, this place has it. This store is housed in the old K-Mart, so it's huge. If you walk from aisle to aisle, you will find something to buy! I promise you! They must have about 20+ aisles of seasonal goodies, alone. For Christmas, they had each aisle color-coded. If you wanted all silver in your house for Christmas, they had an entire aisle dedicated to it. Want gold? They had that. Want red? They had that. Want blue? They had that, too! They had an aisle of every single type of wreath you could imagine, including the parts and pieces to build your own. They have every single color strip of lights, including multi-color, tree decorations, household decorations, faux trees, you name it...they got it! They have housewares, which includes all kinds of posters, glass vases, things for your kitchen and things for your garden. They have a huge faux flower section, a section for fabrics and patterns, yarn galore, sewing, crochet, and knitting needles in every possible size, and they have free patterns for hats, scarves, and blankets. They have several rows dedicated to party goods, such as piñatas, plates, cups, napkins, utensils, favors, and themed party goods. Do you scrapbook? Well shit, they have PLENTY for you! I can't tell you how many rows they dedicate to scrapbooking, but there are a lot! They have stuff dedicated to traveling, your family, kids, every milestone in your life, etc. Looking at all of the stuff they had made me want yo start scrapbooking. I love crafts, so this store definitely speaks to me. They have rows of stamps, stamp pads, materials to make specialty bags for products you may sell, make your own party bags, etc. They have furniture, 4 rows of frames, books, paint, sketching materials, and every other thing you could possibly think of. I have to say that I was very impressed with this store, including their staff. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and had no problem showing you where something was located. The lot is huge, and even though they share it with other businesses, there's plenty of it. Thank you to the very nice girl (cashier) that helped me with my returns yesterday. There was a very angry customer in front of me hassling her and the manager and the cashier handled the situation with Grace. I was returning 5 items and had 2 receipts. I didn't know what was on what receipt and she just smiled and said no problem and took her time to help me. It's hard to find good help these days let alone someone that is kind. Stopped for some flowers for my daughters plot and saw lots of sales all over the store. Ranging from 40-60% off it excludes candies but you have too read the fine print. Got different flowers, decorations, crafts and some rhyme stones. Got to the cashiers area long lines due to the sales but shoppers please be careful, we got over charge about 58 dollars one of the items was price wrong!! My daughter said mom its a little pricey but with taxes and everything going up I personally thought it was okay. It's been months since i started paying attention to a male, short, latino manager. He stands usually at the entrance like a bouncer in a ghetto club. One of this day he might even start doing cavity searches i swear. Unwelcoming feeling for such an awesome place He is rude. Bad attitude and all around undesirable to be around. Yesterday while there i overheard him talking to an elderly lady. She asked him something, he was rude and while answering, he was pretending to tidy up a little stand with small books near the register. Not even making eye contact. With an annoyed look on his face. He didnt even let her finish her second question when he walked away. Hey mister! This is not walmart! Your attitude should be left at the door. I visited this store while we were on vacation in Las Vegas and I wish we were staying longer because there was so many more things I wanted to browse through. Oh how I've missed hobby lobby. It's finally open again from 9am to 7pm. As we arrived we had to wait outside about 10 minutes. If you're wondering, 6ft rule still applies at their store. When we entered, it was as expected....full of goodies. Today there was a lot of clutter by the entrance. They have a lot of sales on just about the entire store.
