Shop local! This place has been in Vegas for many years. They carry a wide variety of art supplies for all of your needs and are located in the Southwest part of town. I visited here for some stretcher bars for giclees I purchased on vacation. They had them! There is a nice little back room space for classes as well.

The best of the best art shop and frame store anywhere! So much so that Curtis, Deb, Sharon, Ty and Del were entrusted with mounting and coating the interior of the USS Nevada wreath for the 80th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. The results are magnificent!

I totally recommend them. The customer service is great. It reminds me of the way it was in the old days before the big chain stores.

There's a wide variety of slimes to choose from, and everything is well-presented. The atmosphere of the store is also fantastic--bright, fun, and welcoming, making it an enjoyable place to browse and shop. That said, there was one thing that stood out to me in a not-so-great way. I noticed employees cleaning the floors on their hands and knees, scrubbing manually. While I appreciate the effort to keep the store clean, it felt a bit unusual and outdated--especially in 2026 when there are more efficient and ergonomic cleaning tools available, like mops or other equipment. It also made me think about employee comfort and working conditions. I noticed this while walking by during closing time, and it still felt a bit strange to see that level of manual scrubbing instead of more standard cleaning methods. Overall, I would still recommend this shop for its awesome products and positive vibe. I just hope management considers updating their cleaning practices to something more practical and employee-friendly.

I'm not what you would consider a crafty person. But there are times when I need supplies that…read morecould be considered crafty. That's why I appreciate having a Michaels literally 5 minutes from my house. I like to think of this place as a Costco for crafting. Like literally, they have everything you could possibly need for any kind of craft you're doing with the exception of hardcore welding. I had to stop by there to pick up a few items, and realized I had forgotten to do a review on this place. The one thing I will say is that it has plenty of parking, and they always keep the store neat and clean. Stores like this that seem chaotic and scattered. But this Michael's was very well kept. The staff that works there was informative, not the friendliest I have ever encountered but they weren't rude or mean, just perfunctory. I asked questions they told me where to go. I would absolutely recommend this place as your go-to shop for anything you need in a crafting capacity. Bottom line? They have everything you could possibly need. I can't think of another store that has all of the things they have, with the exception of hobby lobby. But I do like Michaels and have used them for years.

It was hard to tell the prices on some items that I came across that I was interested in so I used the Michael's app to scan for a price. The items that I had found had a great sale price so I put them in my cart. When I went to go to self checkout the prices were not ringing up for the same amount on the app. I didn't see on the app "on-line price only." I didn't have many items. They had 2 cashiers working & a little bit of a line had formed behind me. Not good to be under staffed during a holiday shopping mth. I was able to ask a cashier behind me about this price discrepancy as I explained it was a different price then when I scanned the items on-line. She had told me "those are on-line prices" I told her I thought this was ridiculous, that I'm in the store already so in order to get these prices I need to order them thru the app & come back to pick them up? Can't I have them for the price listed since I'm here already? She told me I could speak to the manager about it but she was busy with a customer who wanted to buy a Christmas tree on the floor since it was the last one. I had come in here after working all night & needed to get home to get to bed. I didn't feel like waiting so I didn't buy these items & set them aside. I did buy a couple of other items that weren't on sale. A few days later I purchased the items I left behind on the app & did a pickup where I parked in a number parking spot & an employee brought it out to my car. I didn't have to wait too long for the lady to bring it out but honestly this is stupid. A customer will still spend money whether they're going to purchase on-line or go into the store. This cute Christmas platter I got had some flaws in it so I had to go back into the store praying that they still had one & one that didn't have any flaws & do an exchange. I got lucky! But it stinks that I couldn't have picked the item out myself while in store & get the cheaper price. Dumb! I feel like Michael's has jacked up their prices too. I'd say the best time to shop here is when the items are on sale.

Being that book reading can anger a reader and be therapeutic for the reader. We were greeted by a trio of intriguing writers. None were mad in any way, or red, in any way aside from their colorful personalities. A long table of stacked books prepared for the days signing event. Between the 5 five of us. Stood 3 published authors. A novelist. And one publisher. We were uncertain if they needed a signature form from us. Or whether they were offering a signing. Ironic that people who excelled in writing-reading between the lines. Seemed lost in translation across the author table. In the same sense anyone reading this review, may wonder where the sidewalk ends. A hidden fun pun. Easily noticed by the avid reader of artful writing. And for anyone who loves bookstores. I came from hawaii & hawaii people know that the closet thing to a Hobby Lobby is Ben Franklin crafts store. Selection it's a lot and with all different seasons. It so happens that we came across the store manager Jeff, very patient and very helpful. It's creepy if you're not ready for all the jesus stuff staring down at you. This place is the worst money grab of crafts stores, if you ask me. Went in June 26th, summer began June 21st. The spring stuff is on some clearance at the front doorway, there are a couple rows of Independence Day things at the front of the store, but the rest of it has been overtaken by the pumpkins, leaves and "It's fall, y'all" signs already. Kind of a shame for hobbyists because don't a lot of people have hobbies so they can relax and enjoy their time? Not speed through and leave the year behind, getting ready for fall the same week that summer began. Yuck. And if Christian values or whatever are added, their employees sure arent indicative of it as they scurry around trying to avoid customers and/ or roll their eyes and brush them off if they so happen to be caught by one. Anyways, some cute things here and there, nothing original. Mostly a bunch of stuff made in another country (you know) on display, marked up so they can put "Everything with red yellow orange tags 30 50 90% off!!"-signs in front of them. Obviously, buy what you have/ want to, but don't fall for their "buy it now or it might not be on sale later!"- game. If you shop for your home decor here, you will surely find a duplicate painting or dish or pillow at a friend's house too. Save the planet, buy secondhand! ;)

I initially asked for a quote but never received one. I assumed it would be sent along with the pictures of the bags before they started the work, but it didn't arrive until after the work was completed. We were having our daughters' names embroidered on school backpacks and two patches heat-pressed onto them. My daughters spent time discussing the placement of the embroidery in detail, and at no point were we told that certain placements might cause issues. When we picked the bags up, we discovered that part of the front pocket had been sewn shut due to the embroidery placement. This was never discussed with us in advance, and unfortunately, the kids use all the pockets--so that was a disappointment. When I called to ask why we weren't informed, the only response was "we meant to," which was frustrating. That's something I definitely would have wanted to know beforehand. Also, we were warned that heat-pressed patches may not last, but one was already peeling off right after pickup. So for anyone considering that option, I'd recommend skipping the heat press and going straight to someone who can sew them on. The experience wasn't a total disaster, but there were definitely preventable issues that affected our experience. Learn from my mistakes and ask more questions.
