Went here to get a map framed called another place and was quoted way high! This is the first time I've gone to a frame place and they were friendly, knowledgeable and can help you with what you need including budget!! I love my map 40 by 60! And the gold frame - took about a week and they called me earlier than expected for pick up! Super friendly and highly recommend!! I will be bringing more things to frame now! read more

Recently had some pictures and even a mirror framed of Beatles memorabilia as a gift... Stopped here to contract the work and ever so happy... was given options for frame pricing.. ( sorry I am so cheap :) )... LOVE THIS PLACE. I will never use any other framer in Vegas. I came in with a painting that had been a bit unloved. It needed a face lift! Its clear that they know art here. They re-stretched the canvas PERFECTLY and fit the frame like a glove. Honestly, the painting is the highlight of our walls now. It was obvious that they took a lot care and concern with my painting. Need a custom size frame for something? FastFrame has a number of locations that can help. They have a ton of selections, but stock only a few frames (not to worry, if you choose something not in stock, it doesn't take long for them to get what you need. Stopped in and there was a "big sale" sign. No two ways about it, frames are not cheap. Even with a sale, the cost was pricey - but they did a great job! read more

I know I'm old because I now have a favorite framing shop. And if I'm really being honest, it's not even because they do such beautiful work for such a great price. The real reason is because the people running this place are genuinely good people. They went out of their way to help me for no profit and no real reason other than they could. I called to find out the cost of having 2 small movie poster framed 13 1/2 x 20". I was quoted $136.50 for both. I've gone to feast frame a few times over the past couple of years and I must say the quality in their work is good. I read the previous review and they had a bad experience with their customer service. The lady that does run the front of the store can seem a little grumpy but she's always been nice to me. She does have a tendency to try and upsale and maybe try to get you to buy the more expensive glass or run the price up. I get the fast frame coupons in the mail all the time and if you present it before you even order I can tell you the price will be adjusted in the store favor. My advice is to present the coupon after you have settled on the type of frame and glass you want that way you can get the full discount. Just be prepared to spend over a hundred dollars. read more

Phenomenal experience!!! Had some posters we needed framed and they did an even better job than we expected and from other reviews we knew itd be good work. One poster had some prior damage from us storing it which they fixed without it being noticeable. Paid extra for Museum glass and it was well worth the cost! Fast Frame does the MOST AWESOME work in town! I wouldn't let anyone else do my frames! I gave Lisa a very special poster - one I inherited from my mother and that meant a lot to her - and she coordinated the frame and matting so it's just.... there are just no words to describe how gorgeous it came out! Over the years, Lisa has framed everything from my kids' school photos to that precious poster to two VERY fragile and precious paintings a friend brought with him from New Zealand. The price has always been MORE than fair, and every discount coupon I've brought in has been honored exactly as it should have been. I entered this place firmly grounded in Man Mode -- no idea whatsoever about how to frame a canvas print. Marsha not only made me look like a genius, she also scrounged around the shop to locate sufficient material to deliver a bargain. Estimates at other shops reached $185.00. I was out the door for $73.00!!! A beautiful frame and a beautiful price. But, Marsha is the real beauty. And, I entered the business at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, and she forecast that the picture would be ready by 5 p.m. Thursday; however, I got a call at 5:30 Wednesday with the happy news that the job was done. I had a great experience here. They were very polite when I called to ask them questions over the phone and personable in person . They were able to complete my project in half a day. It is not cheap, but custom framing hardly ever is. I paid about 5 xs as much for the frame as I did for the art but cest la vie! They made my art look good :) definitely recommend going here. read more

Oh my!! Terrible terrible terrible customer service. The old Beagle/puzzle obsessed woman is terrible at what actually makes her a living. She was very rude and sassy. We needed to make a change to our order causing her to spaze out. Beagle lovin' puzzle master blamed us for causing her to mess up another person's order...??? She was mumbling and grumbling under her breath. Her incompetency was very uncomfortable to watch so my husband and I just gave up. read more

So I needed an Emergency Picture Frame fixed with same day service. I called because of the name "Fast Frame" even though is was 40 minutes from my home across town. Their inventory for "same day" service was limited,.... BUT,... the great employee during the afternoon on 4-13-2017 really did her best to come up with suggestions to best fit my needs based on the inventory she had. She ended up finding THE BEST frame possible. There was just one piece left,.. it was a little short of what we needed,. but we modified the picture boundery a little and Whalla!... Perfection! What a disappointing experience, based on seeing what other people's experiences have been…read more We took a vintage mid century art deco clock in for framing, and spoke directly with the owner. We met with him for a long period, as we were very specific about what we wanted, which was actually a very simple design, but didn't want the clock itself altered and for it to be operable. He told me they'd need 6 weeks for the job, and that he'd be out of town, but his daughter would handle it. We left a substantial deposit for half the cost. Cut to about 6 weeks later and my wife goes to the shop when we're told it's ready. Her dealings were with the daughter, whom we hadn't met before. The frame and matting itself are very nice. However, the clock within is, first, not centered. The daughter denies this, insisting it's centered, until my wife insists she check using a tape measure, and it's off center by nearly two inches (the clock is only 13" diameter). Whoops. Second, the clock, which is circular/sundial shaped, does not have numerals, but markers. It is not lined up with the 12 o'clock position at the top. The daughter argues that it can't be hung with the 12 o'clock position straight up, because it is off-center of the hanging hole on the back of the clock. Now understand, these are things we discussed with her father, extensively. It's an important piece to us, and we told him price was not a problem, we just wanted it done correctly, securely and to look nice. We discussed using clear acrylic braces from behind to support the clock, or something similar, as we understand a circular piece is difficult. We thought he understood. His daughter clearly didn't, and she stated it couldn't be done, and that the hole on the back of the clock intended for hanging was off center for the clock's 12 o'clock position (no, it's not). However, she told my wife she would fix it to our satisfaction. We chose to give her a second chance. A couple weeks pass and we get the call that it's done. My wife returns to the shop to find that all that was done is that it has now been centered, nothing else, which the daughter admits. She states that securing the clock with 12 o'clock in the, well, 12 o'clock position is impossible. My wife asks for the refund of our deposit and the return of the clock. The daughter argues that substantial time and resources were used, to which my wife counters that she did not complete the work we asked for to our satisfaction. Ultimately, the refund is given. The daughter says it will be a week before she can get the clock removed. It didn't take a week, she called the very next day saying it was ready to pick up. When my wife arrived to pick up the clock, the daughter wouldn't even stand up from the desk, pointing to the clock nearby and saying "it's there". For some reason, this lady, the daughter, decided this was personal, and as such, she treated my wife very poorly. Her customer service was horrendous, her attitude was very nasty and she earned every line of this poor review. Our experience with people involved with framing art is that they have some degree of creativity and enjoy the challenge of something they haven't experienced before. That wasn't what we found here. When they told us something couldn't be done, we ourselves came up with several possible solutions, which were acknowledged but never acted upon. So we will look elsewhere, confident in other artistic minds in Las Vegas.
