Got both of items framed with the help of Melissa (blue frame), and Spencer (longer industrial frame). Love both of them, Master Acrylic is the way to go for those that don't know. Really makes it lightweight and moveable without the weight of glass. Thanks for both of them!

I went to Michael's for a picture frame. Upon searching for the right size and frame color, I decided it was not meant to be as nothing fit. I stopped at the framing counter and spoke to a lovely lady named Michelle. Although she was working on another project, she put it away and helped me. She found the perfect frame and created a mat that would fit the print. 30 minutes of problem solving and she just asked for a "smile" in return. Kudos to Michaels for hiring such a gracious and helpful employee. Thank you Michelle! You are the best.

I have zero complaints about shopping at this store! We were looking for a new Christmas tree and Black Friday seems to be the day to do it. And at 60% off I think we got a deal. While we were looking at the trees a nice young lady came over and asked if we needed any help, once we found the tree we wanted of course there weren't any on the floor. She called the back and the tree we wanted was wheeled right up on a cart. Then of course I had to take advantage of the 60% off Christmas sale and buy some cute little gifts. Check out was quick and easy and we spent very little money on great stuff and we are ready to kick off the holidays!

Triple matting picture came out incredible.

Great customer service always needs to be applauded. Especially on a website like Yelp. If you don't know there use to be a store called Aaron Brothers Art Mart that did incredible custom framing jobs. I may sound a little biased, because I used to be a picture framer for Aaron Brothers, years and years ago in Southern California. Now Aaron Brothers is in with Michael's supply stores. When I took my picture in the framing department manager, Melissa was there to help me with all my needs. Originally my picture was supposed to be ready the day before Thanksgiving, but some of the matting got pushed back to being delivered until Black Friday. When I called on my original day, I had talked with Melissa and she said somebody would call me when it was done. I'm gonna give them the benefit of the doubt because this really is a busy time of the year with that being said, I did not get a call and I ended up calling them to see when it would be ready. To my surprise it was ready and I went to pick it up. Melissa herself was there and I told her that I never got a call and she gave me a partial refund for my inconvenience without even asking for anything. That is A-1 customer service. Secondly, the picture was set up for hooks on each end, and I wanted the wire that runs across the back and she immediately broke out her framing spool of wire and threaded it completely professional in a matter of minutes. I did let her know my unhappiness about it, but Melissa is a very nice person and a very experienced framer and they did an incredible job. During this hectic time of the year, remember that people working in customer service jobs sometimes might let something slip but when something like this happens in return, you can't do anything but be grateful for there still being great customer service out there. The picture is of a save from the Golden Knights goalie in game one of the Stanley Cup. See the attached picture for the wonderful job they did.

I've given this location two chances and the employees really do avoid customers. Will stop over to Hobby Lobby from now on.

It was hard to tell the prices on some items that I came across that I was interested in so I used the Michael's app to scan for a price. The items that I had found had a great sale price so I put them in my cart. When I went to go to self checkout the prices were not ringing up for the same amount on the app. I didn't see on the app "on-line price only." I didn't have many items. They had 2 cashiers working & a little bit of a line had formed behind me. Not good to be under staffed during a holiday shopping mth. I was able to ask a cashier behind me about this price discrepancy as I explained it was a different price then when I scanned the items on-line. She had told me "those are on-line prices" I told her I thought this was ridiculous, that I'm in the store already so in order to get these prices I need to order them thru the app & come back to pick them up? Can't I have them for the price listed since I'm here already? She told me I could speak to the manager about it but she was busy with a customer who wanted to buy a Christmas tree on the floor since it was the last one. I had come in here after working all night & needed to get home to get to bed. I didn't feel like waiting so I didn't buy these items & set them aside. I did buy a couple of other items that weren't on sale. A few days later I purchased the items I left behind on the app & did a pickup where I parked in a number parking spot & an employee brought it out to my car. I didn't have to wait too long for the lady to bring it out but honestly this is stupid. A customer will still spend money whether they're going to purchase on-line or go into the store. This cute Christmas platter I got had some flaws in it so I had to go back into the store praying that they still had one & one that didn't have any flaws & do an exchange. I got lucky! But it stinks that I couldn't have picked the item out myself while in store & get the cheaper price. Dumb! I feel like Michael's has jacked up their prices too. I'd say the best time to shop here is when the items are on sale.

I came from hawaii & hawaii people know that the closet thing to a Hobby Lobby is Ben Franklin crafts store. Selection it's a lot and with all different seasons. Really excited for fall and xmas again. Anyways , we came here to buy graduation things for a lei to make and they were all out. It so happens that we came across the store manager Jeff, very patient and very helpful. He went to look up their inventory and kindly told us that he's awaiting a new batch that would come in wednesday which is today and he said to just call first thing in the morning and have the staff out some on hold with Jeff's request. I never called in the morning because i was too busy BUT at 5pm ish i called, they still had some in stock and they kept it for me til closing (8pm). I really appreciate the experience i had with the store manager and the two ladies in front cashier whom was also very helpful and informative with my questions about the return or exchange policy

Almost didn't find it there too, but thank god I kept looking everywhere or else I would've missed it. Since I never go here, I have no idea where anything was and was in a time crunch. When I went to go check out I noticed a male employee went to stand by the door. As an ex retail employee, I know exactly what that means - they think someone is going to steal. The way he was so obviously watching me like a hawk while I was in line was a joke. Maybe it's cause I quickly walked through the entire store as I was in a rush? Idk. One thing I got that caught my eye is a storage box. As a previous retail employee, I know you're supposed to check the inside of the box. The cashier didn't and put it in the bag and he told her to open it up. I looked over at him and smiled and laughed. She took it out of the bag and opened it up to find it empty. Then I looked back at him, laughed again and smiled. What I wanted to do was leave everything there and just leave. I don't even care to this give this business my money as it is, but the employees could be trained A LOT better. My cashier even proceeded to miss an item when ringing things up, and barely caught it after she gave me my total. So worried I was going to steal when the employee almost gave me something for free. Truly laughable. Maybe he should've payed more attention to what she was doing. Don't plan on coming back. Especially when they have tens of employees all over and 2 of the slowest cashiers. Their register system of manually entering the prices and discounts is SO outdated. Get with the times. Overall? Selection was decent. Service? Awful. Value? Overpriced, even with 40% off nearly everything. Can find way better quality at a lower price elsewhere. Employees? Need further training, especially if the man was a manager.
