This store is fairly organized and has quite a large selection of items. Almost every time I've come in, they have had the size of something I wanted available to me. Most of the people I have interacted with in this store over the years have been friendly and helpful. I often see people working the floor, asking if I need any help while they do whatever task they are working on. The fitting room is in the middle of the store and it's a bit annoying because there are two entrances but only one is an entrance and one is an exit but they aren't marked so if it's busy you have to fight your way into a room. I don't have much to say about pricing. I do think that Old Navy is much more expensive than it was years ago but they do offer a lot of coupons and offers so you just have to wait for those to amass and then shop. read more

I must confess... I'm totally obsessed with Old Navy's socks. I think I have about 200 pairs in my drawers right now. Some of them I haven't even worn yet because they are so darn cute. I love how soft, comfortable and durable they are, and the different designs are just adorable. Every holiday season, I always make sure to visit the store and check their website frequently for new socks varieties. They are "one-size fits all", and also make great gifts. I think all of my friends and family have come to expect that their Xmas gifts from me are always Old Navy socks. I placed an online pickup order for some new holiday socks on Sunday and my order was literally ready to pickup in 20 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. When I arrived at the store to pickup my order, there was a nice line. But I didn't mind because they had a bin of BOGO 50% off socks in the queue, so I just sifted through the bin and found even more socks to buy as I waited. Yay me! The cashier who checked me out was friendly, welcoming, and fast. The store was bright, clean and organized. Great Visit! I don't really like shopping, but I do love the fact that I can shop online at home, then pickup my items at the store and save on shipping fees. Definitely Recommend! read more

***UPDATE*** A little over 3 weeks now, Old Navy & Gap Company & The TRE Company contacted or replied to me by email, after i submitted numerous complaints through corporate contact (customer service, emails, social media, Google reviewed, Yelp). I was able to make the return/exchange back at the Old Navy store as well as giving me 5,000 points to my Old Navy membership account. Had to go through all of this for the inconvenience I had. I've attached the email TRE sent me for conclusion. ***ORIGINAL*** On Saturday, August 24th, 2024. I made a call to Old Navy store # 05790 on 525 N Stephanie St in Henderson, NV. The Assistant General Manger, Matilde, answered the phone and I stated to her that I have an exchange for my daughters jeans that her dad bought her that couldn't fit and I didn't have the receipt. She then told me over the phone that it was ok as long as the items weren't worn and had tags on them (items were brand new with tags). So we came into the store at 5:11pm, where we stood in line as soon as we arrived, I told the cashier, Russel, of my return and he stated to go get the items we wanted for exchange first, to complete the transaction. I told him I didn't know the procedure, that's why we stood in line first. So as he told us that, my daughter and I went to go get items she wanted for exchange. When we came back to the register at 6:04pm, it was another cashier who helped us. It was a Lead Sales, Nik, he stated that we still needed more items for exchange because there was still a credit left for exchange. I told him that Russel did not give us a $ amount he just told us to go get items for exchange. Nik then apologize, then proceeded to say we can get more items to equal out the exchange amount. When we came back to register after getting a few more items, it was now 6:27pm. Russel was now the cashier again, he rung up the items first as a sale instead of scanning the return receipt for exchange so he did the transaction wrong. He was having difficulties as he seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. Russel kept scanning the receipt multiple times that generated from the beginning, he was scanning it so many times that he had to then as Nik for help. Nik then told him how to correctly process an exchange, by then to complete the process of the exchange it was denied. Russel then calls over Matilde (AGM) which she then comes and explains to me that basically there was nothing she can do, and I would have to call the phone number given on the TRE (The Retail Equation). I stated to her the issue and that I previously called the store and even spoke with her over the phone, stood in line first, wasted almost an hour in a half inside the store, just to deny the return, which could have been avoided once I stood in the line from the first place. All she stated was she understood my frustration, but there was nothing she can do about the situation and that I would have to call the TRE phone number listed on the receipt. As I was reading the TRE receipt, it stated that the denial decision could be based upon my RAR (Return Activity Report) which I accessed and emailed them. They even put the items I wanted to exchange back into their bin, which they had to go search for as pictured. On the other hand, I have never exchanged any items at Old Navy without a receipt! This was my first! I have attached the TRE with the RAR downloaded file that was sent to me from the TRE company, showing and proving that this was my very first return with no receipt in 90 days! How was I automatically denied? Makes no sense! This was very inconvenient and very frustrating overall. I have never had a horrible experience at a retail store besides this one at Old Navy. I shop here and online with the officiate stores including GAP. After this incident and inconvenience, i will never be recommending and highly dissatisfied with their customer service! So first of all, i didn't expect to buy anything. But i ended up buying 200$ worth of items thanks to Chris! There was a mannequin i saw with a top on that i wanted. He called over Nick to help him remove the arm to get it off for me. Without even making a big deal or a fuss at all they were so down to help me take this top. I felt so validated l0l They felt like best friends trying to help me out Turns out the shirts were like down the aisle & we didn't need the one of the mannequin but it meant the world to me that they were so down to help me get this shirt off. I hadn't visited an Old Navy in years, but it was recommended to me for reasonably priced maternity clothing. The inside of the store definitely has the same old warehouse feel. This particular location was quite the mess with clothing strewn everywhere. I visited early in the morning on a weekday too. I guess they don't clean the store before closing each night. Checkout had a long line, but it didn't take too long since they had several cashiers. Old Navy does offer clothing for the whole family which is convenient. The baby section had some cute and inexpensive clothing so I may return when I need baby/toddler clothing. I couldn't find the maternity section so I inquired with an employee. Ok so, I don't know if I'm coming to the store at the wrong times, but this place is ALWAYS a mess. There are piles of unfolded clothing on tables. Shirts are falling off hangers and falling on the ground. Good luck trying to look through the clearance section with 900 people and strollers in the way. The baby section is so bare and only has a few sizes in things. It's so much easier to just shop online. Now that I got my grievances out of the way, let me talk about the pros. This is the closest location to my house and they conveniently do online returns. The cashiers are quick despite the long lines. And dang the sales they have! That's what keeps me coming back. I found a ton of shirts for my baby son on sale for $2.99 in the clearance section. And they offer super cash that you can use for future purchases. This won't be a long review, as I was only exchanging something. I am attending my sister's baby shower tomorrow morning. Our other sister purchased a baby outfit in Utah, but unfortunately realized she bought the wrong size pants. Once I was up, I told the girl I needed to exchange the pants. She looked at me for a second, kind of accusatory, and said "are these yours?" I was confused for a second. I didn't know what she meant by that. When I asked, she said "are these your pants that you bought?" Um, yes? That's why I'm trying to exchange them? We did the rest of the exchange. She called someone from the back to bring up the right size so I "wouldn't have to wait in line again", but she kept looking at me weird. I felt like I was doing something wrong, or that she thought I was stealing. All they would have had to do was look at the camera footage. Yes, most returns need to be accompanied by a bag and/or receipt. I get that. But don't sound so accusatory towards a customer when they haven't done anything wrong. read more

The store is located in a shopping center, and has plenty of parking. The store itself is huge and sectioned off by gender and age group. The store was well stocked and organized. I had a few questions about price,and found it was a bit difficult to find associates throughout the store. I had to go to the dressing room or checkout counter each time I had a question. Most if the items I liked online were also in the store, which was great. The pricing is consistent and the clearance section in this store was plentiful and well organized. What. A. Mess. Look. I understand it's "back to school" season. But trying to shop in this store is maddening. First we attempt to shop in the boys section. Disaster. All the shirts are mixed and none are folded. It's been completely ransacked. My kid has found in the madness five shirts that he liked. Somehow. But they are all marked 10.99 or 5.99. Confusing. am I spending $25 or $55. Can't stick to a budget here....looks like this area hasn't been touched by an employee all day. And it's only 12 pm. We head to the girls department and it's even worse. Simply put I gave up. I couldn't dig through the shirts and find something she liked and that fit her. She gave up just as quickly. And this is her favorite place to shop. The bathrooms were gross. Like gas station on the side of the freeway gross. The check out line was wrapped all the way around to the boys department. But to top it off the tshirts we picked up and thought were $10.99 turned out to be $15.95 each. We let the manager know and she said "if they don't have an orange tag they are full price." We let her know that these shirts were on the shelf clearly marked $10.99. She responds " I saw that and removed the sign. I'm on top of it" like we were trying to pull a fast one. Then the cashier started to ring up the pants/jeans my daughter picked out. All were picked from the same wall marked 40% off. To our surprise (not really) they weren't ringing up right. All were 20% or 30% off....... I give up. I just said ring it all so I can get out of here. I will say on the side note the girl who rang us up was super nice. She saw we were frustrated and apologized and gave us a $15 dollar of coupon. And not to mention the music was way to loud. Couldn't hear myself think. All in all. Very very subpar for a store I expect to be clean and organized. The manager was rude and could care less about the way items were ringing and that her store was a mess. Old Navy has always been a shopping staple in my life but it just isn't the same to me as it used to be. Maybe I'm getting old and not 'in style' anymore! That being said they still have summer tanks that are comfy with a huge variety of colors for me to pick from. Plus the prices are good! Usually you have to buy two of the shirts to get the sale price but that's fine by me. 2 is usually my minimum. Their clothing displays are always well organized and eye appealing. Along with the displays, the store is clean, open and airy. Customer service here has lacked in my experience. There isn't too much customer interaction and too much interaction among just the associates. Maybe that's why it seems their lines move very slow. I'm hoping this will change in the future. I had needed some summer wear for my Hawaii trip in the middle of winter and this was the place I found cute tank tops for a dollar!! How can you go wrong with tank tops for $1? I know right?? Love it because they also have NFL licensed 49er apparel for the whole family! The 49er tees for women are cute and prices are reasonable too. They also have collegiate wear. I was happy they had a Hello Kitty USC Trojan tee! Staff on floor are friendly and willing to help, that goes for the attendant too in the changing room who will go out and search get the right size I need. Checking out has always gone smoothly. I came here yesterday with an exchange. I simply needed one size bigger from size 12-18 month to 18-24 month. They tell me my ID was denied due to too many returns. I have never returned anything at any gap owned store in my life. They give me a transaction Id and website to email with my drivers license number for report of returns. Like I said no returns on my history they act like I'm the first person to loose a receipt, and it's crazy I don't have them email me a receipt. I hate giving retailers my email, I want to do an exchange what is the problem. I now have $140 worth of the wrong size stuff for my son. I will never shop at old navy or a gap inc store again this was ridiculous and something the manager should have fixed. Worked in retail management for 15 years and this is not customer service. Went back to store. I was told by a very snotty sales person working the register that none of the items were on sale. I said how odd because there are literally disc signs on these items. Old Navy is coming up! ...or I'm just getting old and starting to lower my fashion standards. Not really sure, but I do seem to shop at old navy a lot more these days. As a teacher, I have to dress business casual yet comfortable. Old Navy has exactly what I need-- cute tops and fancy looking (but super comfortable) pants. Those pixie crop pants are life, man! The quality is a lot better than your typical F21 shirts and the prices are amazing. I can usually walk out of Old Navy with a few outfits for around $50. They have coupons all the time and deals like $10 shorts or $1 flip flops. Just knowing that I am wearing a shirt that didn't cost me an arm and a leg, allows me to focus on being a teacher and not worry that a student just spilled paint all over me or accidentally drew on my pants with a sharpie marker. True story! This particular Old Navy is great-- so far, my favorite in Las Vegas. Its organized unlike the store in Town Square. The sale section seems to be refreshed with new things often. I've always had a great experience here with the sales associates. I found a shirt once that didn't have a tag and the girl went to go check for me without me even really asking. Then when we found the price she was able to price match it for me, just because the item was in the wrong place. Oh my goodness, this store has gone downhill. I hadn't come here in a while but figured I'd give it a shot because I need a coat for a trip to NY this winter. What a wreck! The store is a total mess. Nothing is in the right spot. I was getting anxious just browsing through the messy and disorganized racks. The lines are RIDICULOUS. Is that because we are coming up to the holidays or is it always like that? Seems like this store needs more seasonal help and should consider temporary employees for the holiday season. I always seem to find myself in old navy when I'm on this side of town. They are really inexpensive and always have a tone of kids clothes. If you catch them at the right time your sure to hit a really good deal. This is one of the better Old Navy locations in Las Vegas. They are always fully staffed and the floor is kept organized and clean. The dressing rooms don't smell like a wet gym locker like a lot of other places. I love going here to get basics: layering tees, camisoles, flip flops, etc. The only bad thing is that I wish that they made their plus size clothing available in-store. When I was in high school, I would shop here for inexpensive clothes. They have a wide range of styles and sizes which was always a plus for a big kid. I was on this side of town and stopped by to look through. The few things I liked did not come in my size. I guess the selection has gone down a bit, but nothing to warrant me not to come back. The store still has a familiar layout and is easy to navigate. I am a fan of the plaid, but other than that, the prices are similar to other higher quality stores. Great store but false advertises their sales. My girlfriend and I went there to get her some new clothes and finally picked out some Famous Brand jeans. On one of the walls it shows "All Famous jeans %50 off" so we go up to the counter to pay and the Manager there and the employee tells us they're not part of the sale. She Says it's only the Men's style not the women's. We argue that the sale sign advertised doesn't say anything about what style or gender or anything of the sort that says that's excluded. I HAVE PICTURES OF THE SALE SIGN. It does not say excludes anything except second item must be equal or lesser value, that's it. This is BS and they should have honored it for us. I made an order online and when I received the order my jeans actually fit me too big. So, I visited the store with confidence that they would allow for the exchange. One of the associates directed me in the area where I might find my jeans. They didn't have the same pair I originally ordered so I went ahead and grab a familiar pair. Mind you I've placed this order online. I go up to the register and the associate, (in which I did not get her name) told me my receipt was invalid -my online shipping receipt that clearly states this is my receipt- they would not allow me to make the exchange and I would need to pay the difference in cost. No one made any attempt to help me find the pair of jeans instead they did everything could NOT to help me. I love old navy and the products they sale. I work in a customer service industry so for no one to help and do everything they could to push me away as a customer, Has motivated me not to shop here again. I love the clothes at old navy but specifically this location has a problem with the pricing. Prices are never labeled correctly on the sign, or they don't add up. For example my most recent visit these cute maxi dresses were on display, the sign said buy one get one 50% off $12-$18. The tag says that they are $42 so which is it? I asked the manager and she even looked at the price confused and said that they aren't on sale, but full price. Kinda bummed I told asked her if I was the first to mention this and she went on to say that probably not :/. Huh?
