Always good customer service a good variety from home goods, to shoes, perfume the clearance racks :-) oh my. Latest trends available in the shoe section and for gentlemen, nice suit selections. always some type of sale going on and if you have a Macy's card, you can earn star cash. I purchased a couch from Macy's and am still happy with the quality and comfort 5+ years later. Tip: Find the Backstage section for additional discounts on great items! I always seem to find a shirt or the wife a blouse or dress. The home goods are marked down significantly here and worth a peruse before leaving.

I don't frequent the mall often but I've had to go here twice recently after buying items on-line that were delivered to my house. I needed to return some items. I love how close you can park to the entrance & you can go to any counter for returns. There is a counter right when you walk in from the outside on the right. My returns have been quick. Though the first time I did a return they wanted a receipt & I told them it was bought on line & paid thru PayPal. I actually had to go to my Macy's app to find my order & give them the order number. This second time, today I had gotten a barcode to scan for my returns thru the Macy's app. The lady @ the register must of been new because another cashier had come over while I was there. The cashier was wearing a mask & sneezed and had automatically put her hand up to her face then grabbed my cell phone to hold it while she scanned the bar code. I told her even though she had a face mask on & put her hand up to her face as if she was covering her mouth that she shouldn't be touching my cell phone to begin with....lol Of course I pulled it away from her before she could get a good grip on it. She was asking me how I paid for my items & I told her and told her that the barcode should be enough for me to return my items. The other cashier had come over & had asked me how I paid for my items too & I told her. She had to return each item separately (just 2) with scanning the bar code. It was quick & I got a receipt to show the amount of money that would be going back to my PayPal. I got an email from PayPal right away of the money to be credited back to me. So simple, if you have what you need for your return. :-) The last time I was in here was before Christmas. I really needed to use the bathroom after my return & was told it was upstairs in the back. It was a little bit of a hike & I got distracted by all the items for sale. I checked out their shoes, I was looking for a pair of boots but didn't find any. I browsed their jewelry and saw a few pieces I bought on my way out. Upstairs had some nice bedding but it was way too expensive for my liking. They have a small furniture section & I've been in need of a new couch but MAN do they charge up the butt for their furniture...no thank you!!! Bathrooms weren't bad but there sure is a lot to look at on your way to them. LOL I ended up finding a great deal on Cuisine knives that I bought and that work amazingly! Its definitely a great place to shop when items are on sale!!

This review is strictly for the Home section. And man, I'm super impressed. Some of my best friends have a couch from Macy's and after seeing it and sitting on it's glorious comfortness, I knew that when we bought our house, that was the couch I wanted. My husband and I have been those weird lurkers for the past year. Walking into the Macy's department, sitting on the couches, having the sales people ask if we need any help but really just being looky loos. The prices are super affordable, too, and they always have sales. Finally, last month, we were ACTUALLY ready to buy one. And the same sales guy that has been helping us for the past year was finally able to help us. Joseph/Joey was awesome and so helpful! We had our eye on one couch, but after realizing it wouldn't fit in the space we wanted, we decided upon another couch and honestly, we are so happy we did. We loooove this couch. We ordered it early February and it was delivered to our brand new house the day we moved (which was this past weekend)! For some reason, our ottoman that we ordered was showing it was going to be delivered a different day, and Joey worked hard to make sure it was on the same truck and was delivered the same day. Macys even texted us the day before to let us know the delivery day and time so we were able to coordinate and get here a little earlier to make sure we were there for the delivery. We got the Radley couch and also got the ottoman. We were soooo happy with our purchase and love our brand new couch!

I…read moreunderstand it's prom season and things are busier than usual, but the experience was honestly frustrating from start to finish. First off, the QR code for the waitlist is placed in the middle of the store with no clear direction. If you don't already know it's there, you'd have no idea you're supposed to check in. We stood around for about 10 minutes before even realizing there was a system. After we finally scanned in, a gentleman came over to help us but didn't ask about our place in line or acknowledge the waitlist at all. He actually started helping us first, but once he realized other people had been waiting longer, his entire demeanor changed. It immediately felt like he didn't want to help us anymore and started rushing through everything. When it came to my son's suit, he wasn't even going to have him try anything on to check the fit or size. That was really frustrating--this is exactly why we came in. When I asked if my son could try things on, he casually responded with, "if you want to, but you don't have to," which made no sense. We came in specifically to TRY ON and order suits. The same issue happened with my partner, who wanted to try on a tux just to see how it would look. Again, it felt like pulling teeth to get any help. There was no effort to make the experience easy, helpful, or even enjoyable. I ended up walking out completely frustrated. For such an important event like a wedding, I expected a much better level of service and attention.

I was browsing looking for a purse even had to the counter person come over select the purse for me take it back to the counter and it was weird., I'm sure it wasn't me. I'm just gonna say it wasn't me that they have people stealing from in the place all the time but they I think it's out of order that it makes someone shopping experience, awkward. . As we were comparing the quality of certain products with similar items we had seen at Macy's, an employee suddenly walked toward us and asked if we were "finding everything alright." Normally, this would be a standard greeting, but the way she approached us did not feel welcoming. Instead of sounding like an offer to help, it felt more like, "What are you people doing here?" The interaction had an underlying tone of suspicion, as if we needed to be monitored rather than assisted. That alone made us feel uncomfortable and singled out. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the employee seemed unfamiliar with the very products we were looking at. She attempted to explain and talk about the items, but it was clear she didn't know much about them. It honestly felt as though she approached us not to provide genuine assistance but to keep an eye on us. Being treated as though we might steal something is extremely upsetting and unprofessional. A customer with $10,000 in their pocket who chooses to spend $1,000, and a wealthy customer who spends the same amount, are still equal customers. Every person who walks into your store deserves the same level of respect and should never be judged by their looks, appearance, or background. It is disappointing that an employee at Dillard's made us feel otherwise. I also want to express that age should come with experience, professionalism, and a certain level of kindness. The employee we encountered was an older lady, and it was surprising to be treated in such a dismissive and uncomfortable manner by someone who should understand how important respect and proper customer service are. This experience left a very negative impression on my family. We visit department stores often, and customer service plays a major role in where we choose to shop. Being watched, judged, or approached with suspicion is unacceptable, and it completely ruins the shopping experience. I hope this issue can be addressed with the staff at this location. They also have the newly published hardcover book titled "The Book of Answers According to Taylor" (2025), how it works is you ask a question and open the book randomly, you'll find answers and insights in the highlighted lyrics, it's pretty cool!
