ive been here a total of 3x. 1st visit: AOK. Would have given 3 stars but they were sold out of the Saturday special which was $3 tanks. 2nd visit: NFL team shirts. Sold out. I ended up buying a guy's Cowboys tee. I dont care for mens' clothes b/c they dont accomodate for female curves but ah well. 3rd visit: This past Saturday, just a few days ago. No specials just came it to ck it out. Found 2 v-neck shirts I liked. and upon check out the girl made a comment: Her: "Is this all your going to buy?" Me: Yes it is. Her: but theres so much on sale. Me: Yes, I imagine there is. Her: Well didnt you look @ the wall over there, we've got XYZ shirts for XYZ amt. Me: oh yea. must have missed that. Her: so is this all you;re going to get? Me: yes that will do it. (smile.. ) Her: (confused) Well did u see our middle isle with Yoga pants and tops for XYZ price Me: yeah but I'll jsut take this for today Her: oh.. ok. well if thats ALL you're going to take your total is $19.whatever Really? Why would you feel the need to plug all your sales in the store @ the checkout line? Shouldn't that be reserved for the people that walk the store trying to get you to take one of those Navy Blue mesh bags... I thought it kinda rude for her to keep harping and making comments that I should be buying more. Are they that hard up for $? I'm not boycotting Oldnavy but sure doesn't make me want to return to the store anytime soon. Not with this kind of attitude. Come to think of it, that was the consensus of the entire strip mall. This review is mostly for this location, but also old navy in general. I used to shop at old navy occasionally for casual, comfortable clothes, I knew I could go there and grab a shirt or a pair of shorts if I needed something asap, but I swear the last handful of times I've been I have noticed their quality of clothes has gone WAY down. They are so cheap looking, finally I had to ask an employee because I was curious, if they has switched manufacturers, I mean I know clothes are made all over asia and corporations will go wherever it's cheap, but seriously this place looks more like forever 21 or one of those cheap discount stores now. I used to purchase the plain white v-necks to where under my scrubs at work, and the last ones I bought fell apart after a couple washes. The line of clothes that has been put out recently, they are hideous, they don't even look good on the mannequins, so imagine what they look like on a real person! Onto the employees, I'm waiting in line to purchase one item (yes I found one thing to purchase after all that griping) and the girl behind the counter has 2 atrocious lip rings, I mean really? That's what you want representing your store? Then another guy that wasn't taking customers, maybe because he was too busy smacking his gum and answering text messages (with his phone alerts going off constantly) I'm embarrassed that I even came to this place. I really like Old Navy. They have recently redone this location and it is very nice now. I really like their clothes. The only downside is that the clothes don't really hold up for long and have to be replaced. They will only usually last the season. read more

First off, I really love old navy and their clothes, however this location is probably the worst I've been to. A couple of the workers constantly follow me when I shop, might I add that I do not carry a purse or a back pack of any sort, just a wristlet that stays in my pocket. Do these people think I'm gonna steal stuff and run out? I understand that's apart of their job, but they shouldn't make people feel uncomfortable shopping in their store. But that's not the issue. They always seem to have a problem with their prices. I'd say 8 out of 10 times they try to overcharge me for items, and when you mention it to the cashier their whole attitude changes, and they get upset that they have to honor their own signs and sales. Needless to say, I never leave without double checking everything nor should you. read more

Usually come here when im in the area! Staff are helpful when needing to look for an item and etc. Large store! But of course with holidays are around things aren't as neat but the staff definitely tries to keep things in order! read more

Probably one of the worst Old Navy stores I have been to. I was looking for a certain type of jean that was located on the jean wall. I knew exactly what I needed but it was impossible to find on the un-organized chaos of the jean wall. Keep in mind, this was at 10am on a Saturday, the store was dead, and employees were staring around and talking. Apparently no one faced the night before?! Sizes weren't in order and I was literally sitting on the floor pulling out stacks and stacks of jeans. Finally, someone came along and asked if I needed help. I told her what I needed and so she checked inventory. Apparently they had 2 but they were no where to be found. I was looking for a pair in the dark blue wash, skinny jean. She found the pants I was looking for in the bootcut black section. Well, no wonder I couldn't find it. read more

Do not shop in this store if you have children with you! My daughter and I have been in here twice now with her children ages 4 and 18 months. The 18 month old was in a stroller and the 4 year old held my hand the entire time. There is one particular cashier that gives the impression she hates children! Unfortunately, she cashed us out both times. She was very unpleasant both times and treated us like we had the plague! On our last (and I do mean our LAST) visit, our 18 month old was holding a keychain and my daughter took it away from him and laid it on the counter saying she didn't want it. The cashier gave her the mist distainful look and had the nerve to grab a puece of paper to pick up the keychain to move it! My daughter was very insulted and said "my child doesn't have cooties!" To which she was given a dirty look by the cashier! This cashier should not be working with the public! Upon leaving the store we made a vow to never shop there again! Why should we buy children's clothes at a store that doesn't like children! Warning...if you have children, do not shop here! read more

Was drawn to come in here today from an ad for $2 tanks and when I arrived there were only a few left that were XS and S. i guess I could have bought a couple if I wanted one tank for each boob but...nah! This store never seems to have enough sizes available when there is a sale....was really bummed! read more

This was the third Old Navy my girlfriend and I visited in a weekend in order to find a specific pair of shorts in her size. Luckily, they had the shorts, but not in the color she wanted, but she settled on another color. The fitting room person was nice and didn't ask for a name and amount of clothes to write on the outside of the door like the other stores. I can understand amount of clothes, but I think writing your name on the door is a bit strange. The checkout service was much less than desirable. There were two checkout girls, helping one customer each with only a few articles of clothing. It took us 20 minutes to get the people in front of us so we could be rung up. The checkout girls kept going back and forth between each other and the customers on what the sale criteria stated and how to actually ring it up. It took one girl 10 minutes to ring up 2 sets of socks. However, I don't blame the people. I think the problem stems from the way their systems work. For example, the promotion will be "Buy one, get the second half off." But it's rung up as 25% off both items instead of one item full price and the second 50% off. Strange. read more

A breath of fresh air as far as customer service! This Old Navy is better than the one at Town Square. Tons of stock and I am loving the Fall line! The associates were amazing and super helpful. Very attentive and upbeat. We came in 30 minutes until closing and they never tried to rush us out. They gave great service even though I'm sure they were ready to go home too. I will definitely make the journey to Henderson again for this store. An $39 sweater was mislabeled on sale for $25. When it rang up full price, we noticed the sign the was wrong and they automatically changed the sale price without giving any hassle. That's great service! read more

I love Old Navy, but this particular store is always a disaster! Not just because it's the holidays. Sadly I wasted my time trying to wade through the heaps of mismatched clothes to find pjs for my family. I finally gave up and will instead go to the mall where at least there will be a resemblance of order. Whoever the manager is: talk to corporate, you need to hire at least 3 full time staff to keep this place nice. You're losing business from those of us who don't have time to clean up our own mess let alone yours! You'll make more profit if your store is neat and ordered. Okay, I get it, the day after Christmas and with everything on sale, the store was a mess. But it looked like it was going out of business. No worries, got what I needed and waited in line the 30 minutes. Only to get up to the register and be told the pants I picked out were full price. So I question this, since "everything in the store is up to 70% off (except food and drinks and clearance items)". The girl says in a rude way, "yes "up to"". Yah I get the up to part, but this isn't candy or clearance, it's pants so what is my percentage off? 5, 10, 30%? Nope nothing off, so the signs are false since it's not everything and with no Signs it's really anyone's guess. Wow!! Old navy, you should do better than that. read more

Good service here, clothes was well marked and organized. I usually have to topple the piles of clothes to get the XXL shirts but with them labeling them I was able to get the big fella sizes without making a mess! Store was clean and the dressing rooms was kept up. I almost forgot bout the fact they give military discounts here so if your a vet or active whip out your ID and enjoy a discount. read more

This review is just for this location!! They have a very Poor Customer Service! Was just only asking for an extra bag and they didn't gave me one! Oh come on?! Its a just a fckn cheap PLASTIC bag people! I bought a lot of stuff from you that's why I'm asking for an extra bag! I went to Old Navy because I needed a few cheap shirts for an upcoming trip. After wading through piles of unfolded shirts, I finally found one that I liked. I got in line to pay. When I was called to the register I asked the sales girl if they took American Express. She rang up the $13 shirt. I gave her my card and she asked for ID. I told her my picture was on the back. She turned it around, looked at it, and said she still needed to see ID. Mind you, this picture was taken recently. Nonetheless, I complied. She then told me my last name was different on each card. I said I was recently married and had not been issued new cards yet. She just said "but the last names are different." I asked if the picture looked like me. She said yes. I explained that the picture was also a security feature to prevent theft. She gave me a blank stare. Here's the deal. I fully understand for security reasons names should match, however in this situation, I was clearly the rightful card holder. If she truly doubted that, then she would be suggesting that I went out of my way to steal a persons Amex who was also named Barbara and looked exactly like me. And that I stole the card to buy one $13 dollar shirt at Old Navy. Needless to say, I told her I would just leave the shirt. She honestly looked shocked, then said "okay" in a snooty tone. May I humbly suggested Old Navy train their workers in new technology and various forms of theft prevention? Oh, and maybe a training in common sense? But maybe that's something you just can't teach. read more

Old Navy is the one place we can walk in the door and grab the jeans right off the shelf that fit my daughter. I'd like to say it was as easy to get out the door as it was to find what we wanted. It was surprising that with people doing back to school shopping, literally trying to purchase hundreds of dollars of clothing, there was ONE cashier. A child was standing at the cash register watching the clerk ring things up. Mom was, apparently, still shopping. Mom kept bringing extra items up to add in. The clerk was gracious and professional. Kudos to her! Unfortunately, we had to wait. And wait. Unlike the experience Chris mentioned on Yelp 4 days ago, the store was neat and orderly. We found our items almost immediately. Numerous people were straightening and folding. Super! Now, if only there could be a balance between straightening and helping people check out. read more

Very disappointed in the customer service I received yesterday! I called and spoke with employee ,Cathy. Her phone skills were below average for sure! I had her put some jeans that I have been looking long and hard for as a gift, on hold. When I showed up the hold items were no where to be found! Asked for the manager to find out she was no help at all! She asked me if I was told they had them. Well ... if you tell me they will put them on hold, I'm assuming you had them! I know it is the busiest day of the season, but get another job if you can't handle it!!! Finally, my daughter and I looked through two different tables to find the color and size I needed! How I love to hate ON... Being a xl/1x border line plus size, it is terrible trying to find clothes in this store. They only seem to carry up to a size Med in stock. How are us large girls supposed to order from a catalog to determine if something fits and then can't even return it in store? Takes forever... Also, their maternity section is lame-o. Only a few stores carry maternity, this being one of them. Was in last week and not one xl or xxl in sight. Not one shirt, skirt, pant, short, nada. So disappointing. Why even carry a maternity section if you aren't going to stock it? What was available was one wall with about 4 different styles in about 4 different colors and was so disorganized. The girl up front did seem like she wanted to help, but could only do so much with limited stock. Ended up ordering online sighs. Unless you are a child or wear a xs-med, might as well try another store. read more

I came in to old navy today to find my kids some clothes to wear to take pictures with the Easter bunny. As I walked in I didn't see any baskets to place my 9 month old daughter in but it wasn't a big deal so I proceeded to the back where the children's clothing was. On the way back I must of past at least 3 employees which none of them greeted me as they were to busy rearranging there section of the store. I'm huge when it comes to customer service so this is something that I notice. Once I arrive to the children's section I am greeted by Alexis with a friendly "hello can I help you find anything in particular today". I told her why I stopped in today and not only did she point me in the right direction, she stopped what she was doing and helped me pick out outfits head to toes for both of my kids. She also saw that I had my hands full and went out of her way to find a shopping cart for me. In the short convo we had she told me she just transferred here from Washington. Las Vegas old navy is one lucky store to have some one with great customer service. It's so rare to find now a days. I told the cashier up front & I hope she gets told what a great job she's doing! I wasnt really ever planning on writing a review until i recently went in to shop. this location literally is always a disaster. im not sure why or how they dont have the time to straighten up. dont they have store managers or even corporate drop ins? ive probably been in 3 different times this year and it has never looked neat. they could either hire more staff (especially being seasonal) or work after hours to clean up. im pretty sure its worth having a clean store so you avoid bad reviews. anyway, the customer service was fine but that and the lac of organization was my biggest issue. they used to have a really nice maternity area and childrens clothes.. but some how it ended up being one square foot(practically) of maternity, and there are almost no childrens clothes worth buying because you cant even figure out where toddlers boys and infants are seperated. if you shop at old navy, spend the extra 20 minutes and go to the one in TOWN SQUARE. much more organized and clean! there is almost never clothes thrown around in random places, everything is sized the way it should be and their childrens section is HUGE! read more

Love spending 5 minutes shopping and 60 minutes waiting in line. 2 cashiers for a weekend shopping day. And the 2 working didn't have a care in the world....no rushing, no calling for help. The two stars in this review are not what I think of the store as a whole, but because of an extremely unpleasant experience I had recently. The short version, I was harassed in the store by another customer and despite a second patron saying she also saw and experienced the same thing, the staff did not ask the shopper to leave. I looked over my shoulder all the way to my car because I felt so uncomfortable and thought the person may have followed me. If there were security personnel on site I would not have felt this way. I shop at this location very often and bring them quite a bit of business. Despite old navy being at the cheaper end of the retail spectrum, I do not feel that customers should have to sacrifice their sense of well- being to get a deal. Old navy needs to have some additional security in the store, or a more efficient policy to deal with these situations. The staff at this store are very nice in my opinion, but I cannot continue to shop at an establishment where I do not feel safe. read more
