It's frustrating to only realize later--especially after driving 10 minutes away--that something was left behind. Before I begin let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone, so with that being said let's go!. They should really consider changing their name to Dollar Plus Tree/ Dollar Tree Plus, or something similar to it because before as most of you remember mostly everything/ if not all items were $1 and that was a great deal, but now most items are more than $1 so it is a little misleading. I love bargains and i LOVE Dollar Tree! This location has friendly workers and i normally find a good selection of items. Located in a mall anchored by Smiths & multiple shopping and dining selections. Theres a lot of parking, store is organized and clean, & selection is great! read more

I wanna start off my review by saying I've always loved the dollar tree. But now it's not just a dollar tree as we know there's more items in there for more than just a dollar. Which doesn't necessarily bother me, what bothers me is that they're always either empty shelves. Or they just have things that you need in the back and rarely have them stocked they also need to hire more employees because most of the time I go there's only one person. Which makes it difficult to get in and out of there, you kinda lose the convenience. They also need to update their phone number on the website. overall, I still love the store.! read more

Dollar Tree is a great concept but it's usually a hit or miss for me. That being said, nowadays I mainly come for gift bags, thank you cards, balloons or office supplies. The staff have always been pleasant, not overly friendly but not rude, so that's a bonus. Customer service is hard work, especially after the apocalypse, so I do my best to be kind to those in service. All in all, some folks love Dollar Tree. As for me, it works for some items but I won't go out of my way to shop there. read more

They offer a nice selection of school supplies from stickers, pencils, notebooks, paper, sheet protectors, tabs, staples, etc. You can go to dollar tree and find everything you need. I love their two for a dollar greeting cards. They offer all major holiday cards as well as religious cards for any occasion. They sell decorative balloons as well. I feel like ever since Last Week Tonight with John Oliver did the story about Dollar Tree, and how little their employees get paid, this location has gone downhill. I would avoid this location. I've tried to go in twice the past two weeks, but changed my mind after seeing the store practically filled with boxes (as described on the show) and hardly any employees working (aka long checkout lines). I'm all for employees getting paid decently, and hate corporate greed. I hope this corporation can wake up and get its act together. Maybe they should consider self checkout? read more

Decided to venture in here this morning since I happen to be early for my doctors appointment nearby. The store is located in a small strip mall and it is hidden off in the back by Starbucks. I arrived early to the store and walked up as they were opening the doors. I had no ideas about what needed; since this is a dollar store I feel you always need something. The store was not very stocked as of yet, but they literally just opened their doors. The staff in the store was very pleasant and greeted the customers as they walked through the door. Making my way through the aisles was very easy and they were very large so multiple customers could shop on both sides that aisle. In the process of stocking I was shopping glad since the shelves were empty. The store associate that was stocking was very nice and had a wonderful attitude. Once I found all my treasures I went to the register and paid. The cashier was even giving instructions to another customer while helping me on the location of merchandise in the store. It is wonderful when individuals can multitask and my cashier was brilliant at it. So excited that found another dollar store one never knows when they need to visit one. read more

I went shopping here for the first time since the price change, and did not see too many new items. I'm saddened that the last REAL dollar store has officially gone to $1.25, however, there are still items that are only $1.00 & cards are THANKFULLY still only $0.50. The only really annoying downside that I have noticed is that they no longer sell the six pack of Crafter's Square paint brushes. I hadn't seen them since the end of last year. I have now seen them again for the first time, however, they are now only three brushes per set, so you are spending $2.50 for six brushes, opposed to $1. I still love Dollar Tree stores A LOT, but not as much as before it was $1.25, though I understand!!! lolol read more

This has to be the dirtiest Dollar Tree store I've ever been to. The windows are a disgrace with what look likes a milk shake spilled on them. The floors have stickers all over them that could easily be scrapped off, but it also has black tar like stains throughout the store, and in general just dirty. As we were leaving we noticed the fixtures holding merchandise were very thick in dusty dirt. The window sills are also very dirty with black dust. What makes it really bad is with the covid 19 you'd think the store would maintain a cleaner atmosphere. I will never shop there again. read more

i was at this branch with my kids and my father. ww were just in like 5 mins in the store and we were looking for stuff to buy.my kid looking and touching on some toys to see what they would like and suddenly someone announced in the intercom saying to the kids that are touching the items to not touch the items if they will not buy it. very rude for a customer based business. the other customers were looking at us making us feel embarassed. even if it was not directed to us, me as a parent would go on defensive mode since my kids are also looking around. the kids are just there looking and touching the toys. not messing around and putting them on different shelves. read more

I like Dollar Tree....This location is in need of a make over though ASAP. Very Very untidy aisles...Store just looks dirty. If I was the owner of this store their is NO WAY I'd be OK with the way the store looks on a consistent basis. I visit the store every week to pick up a Sunday Newspaper ($1.00) so you WIN right there alone. I also like their brand of Wheat Thins and Cheez*its that they sell here...They also carry some Fruit/Nut trail mix type of bags that are very tasty also...Other than that I wouldn't shop here. I do enjoy seeing the young girl that works here every Sunday...She is very pleasant and nice. This store used to carry a good selection of dog supply and needs. Now days the shelves are bare and not much of any selection. This store in general is not well stocked. When walking around the store you can see items scattered around the aisle floor. Messy. Also there are long lines and lack of open registers. Seem like management don't care. read more

I had some time to kill, so why not right? You know when you walk into a store and you automatically feel that you're just going to have a horrible time? Yup, had that here. As I walked around, I noticed that more half of the shelves were empty. The actual shelves themselves had stains all over them from who knows what. There was merchandise on the ground and in places they didn't belong. There were open packages with the items missing inside. Then all of a sudden I hear the cashier arguing with a customer that she cannot use her EBT card on hair products. Omg what the h*ll is going on?! The cashier yells across the store for her manager to come help her. Instead of the manager coming to diffuse the situation, he just goes to another register to ring people up, leaving the poor cashier to deal with the irate ghetto customer and her EBT issue. I also hear another employee cursing as he is refilling the candy area because it is a complete disaster with boxes all over the floor. I did end up purchasing a Betty Crocker pizza slicer and a plastic measuring cup. Now I see why I stay away from places like this. No thanks! read more

Pros: Very convenient for a quick grab of things you need and of course the dollar prices! Good items for what they are. Shop here monthly. Cons: The aisles are too narrow for anyone to make it through; especially with their own shopping carts. The floors are dirty and there are products scattered under the shelves closest to the ground. They stack things too close to the ends of the aisles, making it impossible to turn the corners especially for the elderly disabled with wheelchairs or mobility scooters. Their cashiers are the most unfriendly group. Bland personalities, really. They have 3 or 4 registers with only 1 available 100% of the time and they never cater to the disabled, leaving them at the back of the line. They have their handicap register that's never open. The Manager of this location is hardly ever really in the store but instead, spends his time outside smoking with the few employees that should be in the store to help customers. And employment is impossible. I think there's some level of discrimination here on his part. I've tried applying at least 6 times and all he says is: "We'll call you." but I never got the call. Instead, they hire employees that aren't people friendly, out of it, don't speak English or don't know the layout of the store. read more

And the staff are friendly enough, but there is usually only one, maybe two working the checkout area. Which means some long lines at times. It's kinda of a creepy and weird place. As I got into the Isles, I realized it was the same guy watching videos on his cell phone that was doing it two days ago in here. This is the worse dollar tree I've ever been in. It was dirty and the aisles looked like a tornado went through them. There were workers in there that were talking so loud you could here them on the opposite end of the store. Granted the store isn't that big, but talking about how you shouldn't have to stock the shelves and fix the aisles is a little ridiculous. The store was also dark for some reason, a few light on, but most of the light seemed to be the natural light coming through the front of the store. The store definitely needs a facelift and more professional workers. read more

Normally i love dollar tree. Today at 12:15pm.. i went in and used 3 coupons, they accept manufacture coupons. I used .25c off bounty, 1.00 off take along Rubbermaid... and wanted to use my buy 2 get one free air-wick ... she would not take it... on the side it say 'Walmart' its a manufacture coupon.. that can be used ANYWHERE... she was VERY VERY rude! I will NO LONGER shop there because of her being so rude~ then walked away to put stuff on a shelf instead of opening up another register to take care of the 8 people behind me... I like tbis location. Employees are very friendly. The only reason i give it a low score is because there needs to be some type of limit to how many sunday papers each person can buy. I love my coupons too but i dont run to the back, run people over to get all 40 newspapers! I buy at the most 6 papers because i am considerate! There are people who really want to buy their newspapers to read and greedy couponers take them all just to throw them away. I think there should be a limit to howvmany papers each adult can buy. And i say adult because i alreasy see all these people trying to bring their kids to buy papers with them. Today I purchased about 10 greeting cards from this location. When the checker started ringing me up she asked if I buy a lot of cards at once. Thinking she was going to carry on a conversation as how nice their cards were or it's a great idea to purchase your cards at once etc. Instead the clerk advised me that next time I purchase my greeting cards to flip the cards around when bringing them to the checkout so they are easier for her to scan. Well I was in shock of her saying this since "isn't it her job to assist with checking out items instead of me?"
