You are already a customer. But if you walk to Walgreens next door, they claim you are no longer a customer and will have your vehicle towed. In what world does it make sense to have to start up your vehicle and drive 50 feet to Walgreen in order to not be towed? I have no idea how many Ross employees are being paid by the towing company to do this, but it isn't right. It's abusive. Ross is not a company that cares for its customers at all. It's one thing for a person like me who can afford to pay the $372 towing fee but who is significantly annoyed by the morality of the shady and predatory business practices. But I am certain a lot of Ross customers would be severely impacted financially if they got towed for doing nothing wrong. In my entire life, I had never gotten towed before. I have never even gotten a parking ticket. I always try to follow the rules as best as I understand them. And then this is how Ross decided to treat a now former customer. In my opinion, the employees at Ross are working against the customer, not with the customer. I believe that if you were to be violently confronted by a mugger in the parking lot and impaled by a sharp piece of metal, the employees would do little to assist or help you. At the same time, I feel like those employees would be more than happy to call the towing company on you if you stray more than even a few feet away from the front door of the store because they might likely be getting kickbacks from the towing company. If I get validated parking at one Downtown casino because I eat there or gamble there, and then I walk over to a neighboring casino for 20 minutes, I expect my vehicle to still be there when I return. I don't expect to have my car towed. They are fine with that. That is how a civilized society is suppposed to operate. But this Ross store is not part of civilized society.

Here's to 2026, but we need to trim the tree like they are doing here. Maybe we cannot afford all the adorning items that they have, we could add something special to the house. That's what we did.
