This Target on S Maryland Pkwy was my first stop after landing at Harry Reid Airport (LAS). I picked up a case of water, a car shade for my rental car, and a few snacks using Drive-Up. I literally asked the girl that gave me the bag was she sure everything was there. I should have double checked. I was so upset when I called and the girl told me I had to come in for the refund. This Target is off the strip and as an 'out of towner,' the area felt a little questionable. We saw a lot of homeless people, and many of the goods in the store are locked behind security glass and most items have security tags. But, all the merchandise was well displayed and the store was very clean (the bathrooms were a different story though). read more

I haven't reviewed this Target in a while but I'm glad to see that security has improved quite a bit over the years. I haven't encountered any issues in the parking lot like before. They have a lot of products locked up but at least they are quick to assist. The store is kept clean and organized and they have great displays. Their Valentine's Day set ups are great. They definitely have a vast selection for the holiday. In usual Target style they have fair prices and solid products which make for a great value. Self Check-out employees are consistently welcoming and helpful. There is a CVS Pharmacy and Starbucks in the store. This location is closest to work for me so it's super convenient. read more

The restrooms were dirty & the man cleaning them was out of it! 3 ppl were just sitting on toilets inside and it was super dirty aside from that just came here to find a waist sauna belt and they didn't have it usually they do! I was so disappointed in my visit to this store. I looked online the day before of what location had the products I was looking for and this store showed in stock. I made the trip having to go by the Strip and it is on the eastside. There was plenty of parking, however the store didn't have much to offer. So many shelves were bare and a lot of items were either out of stock or aisles were so full of employees stocking that you couldn't get by or see what was there. They have a very limited grocery section and for some reason more of the refrigerator items were out of stock. They have a lot of frozen items, but again a lot of items were out of stock. They do have a large home section, but I was disappointed that most of the items on sale were gone. This store is frustrating to shop. When I asked an employee about the products I was looking for, they acted like I was bothering them and just pointed me to a computer directory that was no help. Overall I left feeling anxious and that I wasted a visit. The employee at self checkout was ignoring everyone and they only had two open that was card only. This store can be a good value, but takes way too much effort to shop and find what you need. read more

We're visiting from out of town. While shopping My daughter walked away from my mother. My first reaction was to run towards the main door to look for the associates. I yelled at the them, I lost my daughter, I couldn't say much I couldn't even breathe. Right away wasting no time the associates got together started reporting a child was missing on the walkie talkies, they watch the door and acted immediately. Thank you target team for your fast response and reaction. Thank God my husband found our daughter. I'll never forget this nightmare that thankfully only lasted some minutes. Fun rang up my purchase was lovely! Super cheerful personality. Very helpful and just a pleasure to be around. You don't find out all the time these days so it was a welcome surprise. I use my target, red card, and I saved five dollars! But fun was just a really super sweet cashier with a bubbly, effervescent personality. And there was also something really interesting that happened when I was there I'm in Vegas, so UNLV is not far and there is a kid in a UNLV sweatshirt and he's looking at all these products and he looks completely dumbfounded, so I asked him do you need some help? And he's like yeah I think so and I said what are you trying to do and he said I'm trying to remove some stains from my sweats. I asked him what color his sweats were and he said black I said well you don't want to use this this has bleach in it and it will take the color out of your sweats. I said you need some thing like a spray and wash or a tide stick and he was like OK and we were looking for it and one of the target employees heard me say so and she came over and goes the spray and washes right here and I turned to the kid and I said look at that you've been totally taken care of and I said you better call your mom and tell her that you miss her I said it's not that easy and mom's not around doing your laundry is it?!!! We all had a good laugh, and he thanked us both and went on his way so this target has great employees that listen anticipate needs and we're very helpful! read more

This target is honestly the worst and grossest target ever. I went into the restrooms and tell me why there is a used underwear by the toilet. Also one of the enployees were very rude, I was with one of my friends having fun and laughing and one of the employees asked if we were ok. Went to target tonight on 2/7/24 around 6pm been standing in line in the Starbucks cafe. While the girl goes and chats with her friend knowing they see us standing in line. There was a pregnant girl waiting in front of me. We clearly were standing in the line and waiting for her to assist us of course were being patient as she was working alone while her friend was on break. The right thing to do was to ask if we've been help or she will be right with us but clearly chatting with her friend and walking to the back was more important knowing there was a line. She looked at us as if we're just standing there for no reason. Please do better target especially representing a Starbucks brand and you have these type of workers with attitudes and don't know good customer service! Very ridiculous. Because I asked if she will help us and she said she's refusing to take our order?! Been standing in line for 30 minutes still no response! Just stopped in while I was in town for vacation. I needed to grab a few things that I had forgotten so I ventured off the strip to find better prices. Found this target that was not too far. Lucky for me that I had a rental so I was able to drive there. They are a full service target with a pharmacy, grocery store, and they serve alcohol. I have shopped at this Target since I moved to Vegas and I've never experienced the distasteful and honestly humiliating service I received tonight. At approximately 1853 on 01/28/2022, I was self-checking out when I was approached by the guest advocate and immediately, also loudly accused of skip-scanning my items. I am a former Target employee (TSS), a RedCard user of 3+ years, and a weekly shopper at this location so I was honestly taken aback. I offered the guest advocate a chance to take a look at the self-checkout screen, where my items were properly scanned. After realizing fault, the guest advocate didn't apologize or accept wrongdoing for the inaccurate accusation. Instead, the guest advocate proceeded to question why I was scanning items and placing them in the bagging area and remained in front of the check-out screen, prohibiting me from continuing to check-out. I asked if there was any further issue because I wanted to continue my purchase. The guest advocate then moved, but proceeded to remain nearby to watch me scan my RedCard and bag my items. I know this is not the guest service that should be provided to guests because I was a guest advocate at Target myself at one point in time. It was an extremely off-putting and very confrontational experience and it saddened me to encounter something like this at a place I have come to love. I no longer feel comfortable shopping at this location. tldr; Distasteful customer service was received after being wrongly accused of skip-scanning at self-checkout. It's an average target, it's not very big, but it has what you're looking for if you just need milk or some undies or something like that. It's close to my work so it's convenient if I need to pick up something quick during lunch or after work on my way home it does have a Starbucks inside, which is convenient as well. the people are friendly enough service is good store looks clean. Walked in today and waited for a staff member to help me out. Found one and asked if I could please get some assistance. He asked me what I needed walked over and saw what I needed. I was under the impression he would get someone to help me but...nobody came. Few minutes go by and about 3-5 staff members with stock walked right past me did not bother asking if I needed any help or assistance with any of the merchandise. Finally went over to customer service desk spoke with the manager. Tells me they're understaffed. I get that you may be understaffed I'm not an impatient person. But it's a problem if I had to grab one of your staff members for help and no help came. Soon after having 3-5 of your staff members walk right past me and did not bother to ask if I had anyone help me yet or if I needed something. Then it's a problem. Definitely terrible customer experience. Manager offered to help me after I had to report something like that out. Of course I declined. I stood around waiting like clown for help that never came. I am mostly favorable towards this Target. It attracts people from all walks of life, a multitude of tourists speaking foreign languages, and panhandlers galore during warmer weather. Tonight was not a good night. I had a full shopping cart. I made the mistake of slipping my Target REDcard into the reader before the checker had scanned all my goods. I also tried to show my Cartwheel app before she was finished scanning, and she waved that off. She also took a bunch of time advising the checker at the lane next to her about a customer. What ended up happening was I got my REDcard discount, but not the Cartwheel discount. The impassive and unsympathetic checker advised me to take my cart over to Customer Service and get my Cartwheel discount through them. Mind you, I had frozen food that was starting to thaw out. I muttered my discontent to her and wheeled over to Customer Service. After waiting in line a bit, a nice clerk gave me a cash refund for the Cartwheel savings. It doesn't end there. I take my cart, unload it in my trunk, and notice a bunch of stuff, including my frozen food, is missing. I go back in the store, go back to the checkout aisle I used. No checker. No missing bags of groceries. I look down, and see my groceries wedged into a hand basket. The checker had never let me know that I walked away and in my anger, had forgotten about my remaining bags. Gee thanks. I would've shown anyone my receipt had they asked why I was removing bags from an aisle. Luckily no one stopped me. I am a big fan of Target normally and I spend a good deal of money there. I shop there probably at least twice a month if not more. My gripe? Train the checkers to care about customers. Some of them couldn't care less. Mine didn't. I do give props to the patient and professional people who work in Customer Service there. There is a Filipino gentleman that works in that section that I say hi to every time I'm in the store. He is a great asset to them and I saw him actually tonight. He was the saving grace of my visit there tonight. read more

I bought this product from target. I was using it for about two weeks when I began to cough daily and it became constant it was horrible. I remember that cough in the past, it was after a co-worker decided to sprinkle carpet fresh all over the floor and I developed a bad cough. I could no longer be in the room. This was my first visit to their pharmacy to pick up medication as a favor. Was waiting in line for the pharmacy 10 minutes prior to their lunch break being over. Once they were available, the dark haired girl asks for who's next. Meanwhile another line had started in the aisle in front of the pharmacy. The two people in front of me were immediately helped. When I stepped up next, the dark haired girl tells me the guy in the scooter was next. No he was not. I was there at least 8 minutes before disabled guy. Even the girl in front of me was like no. Another guy in a different line asks if I'm there for drop off. I say no. He says pick up is in the other line and points to the now growing middle aisle line. Nevermind the fact I'd been standing there long before everyone in the line. I just walked out. You need to have more order with those lines when clearly it is not marked and there is no indication of multiple lines, etc. Furthermore, I'm wondering if I was a different color they probably would not have been so rude to me. Every employee has an attitude with me every time I ask them about this because that requires them to take out their headphones.
