This might be one of the biggest Burlington stores in Vegas! I've been here countless times and always find amazing deals. This location always has a great selection of clothing for women and men. And their racks are always jam packed with clothes, especially denim. I'd say for clothing this Burlington is by far the biggest and best-- but other items such as shoes and jewelry it's a no. Customer service at the registers has always been great-- no complaints here. And the store seems to always be clean, organized and well stocked, no matter the season. I havent been to burlington since 2008 but but this really awesome pea coat there. Unfortunately the pea coat no longer fits me because its too big and I needed a new nice jacket. A friend recommended that I check out Burlington again for warm wear which worked out. The location is in a nice plaza with tons of people shopping but few people actually working out on the floor. I was never greeted or asked for help but found a great winter jacket. Its not very stylish but it is functional and looked nice on me. I was extremely shocked to see the price tag of $25 as I was expecting to pay about $60 for it. This allowed me to spoil myself and buy another much more expensive pea coat elsewhere now giving me two options for Seattle and New York! I was very pleased with my experience here and the guy who checked us out was very friendly and professional. I will probably end up coming back here for other stuff since the deals are so great! read more

We usually encounter friendly staff but tonight the cashier seem disinterested in being there and lacked customer service. The store was organized but pretty empty shelves & racks. It feels like a prison in there. They've got the shoes in a gated off area with signs saying not to take baskets and other items in. That's dumb. Then upon checkout & leaving, the security had to unlatch the barrier to let me out - didn't know I was locked in??? & it was only 1 way in & 1 way out. I have seen lines outside of Burlington for a while, so when I stopped by and could get in, I was intrigued. I understand that they have had sales, but I was surprised to see that much of the store was completely empty. It almost looked like they were going out of business. What I did see on the shelves was not anything that would appeal to me. I did appreciate that they were counting the number of people coming into the store so they could keep the social distancing guidelines. I don't know that this would be a store that I would be interested in coming to again, but it will be interesting to see what their shelves look like after the initial rush post lockdown. read more

Today I was hunting down button down T-shirts. I've been to three Burlington Coat Factory's here in Vegas. I am going to a special event so I thought I would look nice. Until I got to third Burlington Coat Factory, I found what I was looking for but I felt their were eyes on me. I felt uneasy. I'm a very large fellow so Burlington Coat Factory has my size which is a 4X. I did find a nice jacket and a couple of shirts. And then that's when everything went wrong. I've worked in loss prevention for a couple years so know when I'm being watched. That's when I realize that I had four people scoping me out thinking that I was stealing. But what notice was the person that was videotaping me with her phone and thinking that I will notice it. I'm a person who wants to shop not to create drama. I felt unwelcome that is the reason why I will not be going to this Burlington Coat Factory. The Burlington Gestapo makes feel unwelcome and just a " Can I help" will work that's what we call customer service. read more

I absolutely LOVED the Burlington Summerlin Las Vegas store!! I would hours & spend hundreds a month in Burlington. I would find tons of deals and it would just make me feel so good to get such great deals for my family. May 17th, 2019 I was shopping in the Summerlin Burlington and to my complete delight I found these wild yet super nice quality men's dress shoes. They were marked down to $12.99 and said premium leather. I felt like even if my husband didn't like them for $12.99 they were a deal. I finished shopping and went to checkout. After politely waiting minutes for the cashiers to finish their personal conversation, I am called over and begins to check me out. As she runs across the dress shoes she calls out on the loud speaker for a price check. A guy comes up, the cashier shows him the shoes, after a few minutes the guy comes back with boots saying "these are the closest I can find." About that time, I speak up and let the lady know they were the last pair I found them on the clearance wall. She then proceeds to tell me that SOMEONE has put another price tag on these shoes. (Obviously, no one would do that and leave them, am I being accused of stealing?!) I went on to explain to the cashier that they were marked down many times and last markdown was $21.99 and further marked to $12.99 now. She ripped off the tag and asked the guy to look up an "accurate price." They decided the price before $21.99 was an okay price to charge me. At this point, I am completely confused at why this is happening. I asked her, "Who are you to change the price of an item I'm trying to buy at checkout?" She responded she was not "just a cashier but an auditor too." I then asked to speak to the manager and as I was trying to explain what had happen the cashier interrupted me and said the shoes had another label on them and she could not sell them to me. The manager reiterated what the cashier said, she can't sell them to me for the price advertised. I'm no attorney however sounds illegal to me. How can the price change at checkout? And if I changed the price why aren't you trying to press charges for stealing? That seems to me to be the proper way to address someone who's changed a price tag. Since I didn't nor would ever do that, the price reflected should have been charged. My total was almost $200 would I really change a price to save less than $10? I asked both of the employees for their names. I explained I didn't know what I was going to do about the situation however it felt very wrong. I paid the $20 for the shoes because felt very embarrassed, confused and even bullied once the manager didn't even see the sense in this situation... I was basically being accused of stealing & lying. Burlington lost LOYAL a customer that day.. Thank Golly they have that cashier who has an "auditor" title that has gone to her head. She saved the company less than what they pay her an hour and Burlington lost a lifelong customer who spent thousands each year. My family and I absolutely loves this store because they sell good quality well known clothing brands at good prices! Burlington have tons of stuff for everyone to buy from clothes, electronic accessories, undergarments, shoes, home utensils, and much more. They have good deals of jeans I bought from here for only around $15 each. I was even shocked they got Nike clothings here! I recently bought a couple of Nike shirts and they are new and only $13 each. If you are looking for affordable clothes and good well known brands, come look around here because this place is huge! read more

Hi I hope someone in management reads this as it pertains to mistreated customers. Generally this store is well kept than most BCF. It was a nice shopping experience up until we had to pay. We stood in line, was then prompted to go to register 5 of which BRANDON was manning. He didn't greet us started scanning items, I as the customer ask Him the employee how his day is going? And he replied, "Look around what do you think?"..... WHAT A RUDE WAY TO ANSWER A PAYING CUSTOMER. I simply said sorry for asking, he said "yea that's a good joke"...wow this guy must have stepped in poop and showered in skunk juice. I've been in hospitality for 10 years and this is one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. If you were my employee Brandon, you wouldn't have made it past day 1. Good luck. read more

Words could not express how amazing Ethan was from the Burlington Coat factory 10000 W. Sahara Ave that took place on 14 July, 2024. He took a very negative experience from a cashier/sales associate by the name of Carmen, who was working aside him in the evening of my exchange, for my granddaughter's shoes. I noticed the very first moment Ethan was asked to help after more than 7 minutes of attempting to speak to Carmen who did not seem to want to help in the first place was polite, patient and knowledgeable on the system. Ethan was nothing short of amazing and efficient. He was eager to assist. I would recommend him for management in the future as we need leaders like him. Unfortunately, I can not say the same for Carmen who continued to not only berate me that day, but made negative comments towards me as a customer, but was extremely unprofessional. In my 30 years in retail management experience, I was completely appalled by her approach in her customer service role and support services. Her behavior has caused me to decline to shop at this location as much as I love their merchandise and selection. This horrible situation defines every customer's nightmare and hope no one else has to experience such a terrible situation. read more

Worst customer service ever and a horrible experience. When I came in I wasn't greeted by employees minus the loss prevention guy at the door. As I walked in I waved to an associate that simply walked by me without saying a word until I said excuse me. The woman brushed me off and said another associate would help. Two Asian women completely ignored me and it was the black associate left to help which she attempted to after helping another customer. I was taken back and even referenced what was happening. Small talk I felt would make my experience better as I spoke to this elderly black woman. I heard a familiar accent and asked where she was from and she in turn decided it wasn't my business and then tried making bad excuses for the poor customer service I was getting from the staff. As she started making excuses I told het since her accent was none of my business I didn't wish to hear anything else for her based on her now rude demeanor. I asked for the district managers name and number and Stephanie the supervisor lied and said she didn't know it. Then she said she could give me a customer service number and I again asked for the DM. She then said she called her manager and said the was nothing she could do. I asked for her managers name and didn't get that either. I asked her to call her manager and she said she wasn't allowed to call her. I said you just called her why can't you call her again in front of me and let me talk to her? Its not allowed she lied. I said alright then lets call customer service so I can complain mind you it's during business hours on the west coast and the number we called no one answered and basically were hing up on being told to call back. This whole ordeal had me at a loss. I literally have spent thousands of dollars at these stores and today I was treated so poorly that this store has lost my business. I came to return an item of which I didn't have a receipt for. The item was a coat rack that I paid 12 dollars and some change for. The associate helping initially seemed polite until my number didn't come up in the system which I found strange. She then asked to see if it came up on my credit card at which I declined pulling out all ten of my cards trying to figure out which card I paid with for this 12 dollar item.. I asked for the store manager after I was told she couldn't do anything without a receipt which I know is a lie. The supervisor whom misrepresented herself stating she was the store manager reluctantly went to half heartedly look for a matching item to exchange and then came back in seconds stating there wasn't. I know she didn't really check and came back and turned me away . The associate helping said to me now that there was tension and said I was gonna hook you up but now I'm not at which I said you should take care of me cause its your job not because you think I need a hook up. We drive to the Store to buy and look for a pair of men's sleepers and a pair of shoes only to be told by a lady at the door that they close at 5pm.! So which one is it 6 or 5pm.? Website says open until 10:30pm the sign in the front says it as well....at 945 a girl approaches me to let me know the store closes in 15 minutes....as well as announcing it over the intercom. If the hours are wrong on the website and the holiday calendar on the front door please fix it. Customers were approached and turned away. I must say that I had the most wonderful experience at this store! Our clerk, Arija, was just a breathe of fresh air and treated us so kindly! With all of the negativity towards certain individuals in this country, it is nice to be greeted with a smile and a wonderful rapport! I hope that this store does not lose it's friendliness, cleanliness...Also... I am so glad that they have mixed the plus sized clothing in with the womens' clothing. You can go to other Burlingtons and they literally have the plus sized clothing hidden way in the back of the store. Some have junior plus size in the area with the other womens clothing, but true plus size is way, way back in the store! I sent a video to KTNV about this two years ago from the Burlington on Trop & Eastern. The manager asked me to remove the video and I stated no way! I think I've only been in a Burlington Coat Factory twice since I've lived in Vegas. Once at the Sahara location and once in Henderson, but for some reason whatever I bought qualified me to receive two merchandise credits. They had been burning a hole in my pocket but once the location on Sahara and Hualapai opened up I figured why not check it out. Upon entering there was a long line and then an announcement that the computers were down and they were only taking cash. Not a good sign but I figured in case I found something to purchase the issue would be resolved by then. I did browse the ladies' section but I'm just not that much of a bargain hunter and it's just too disorderly for me so I checked out the home section. This section was easier to shop. Their price point is a little lower than TJ Maxx and Marshall's but their displays are still more Ross then the other two. The employees I encountered while browsing were friendly as was the cashier. I think if you are shopping at any type of discount store just bring your patience and you will be fine. read more

So after my traumatic experience at Marie Callender's, I came to the realization that life is short. Everything is temporary, which is why I decided to buy another pair of khakis. Don"t get it twisted, nothing will ever compare to my favorite pair of khakis I bought the night Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer first aired on television. However, I now realize I need a backup pair for those wild nights of reckless behavior hehehe. So one of my gym buddies heard about by interest in buying a new pair of khakis and suggested I hit this place up. Boy am I glad I took his advice. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! 10/31/19 I visited the Burlington Coat Store on Sahara and Hualapai to look for fall jackets. What a waste of my time. It is an absolute junk store. Items on racks so tight I couldn't really look at items. Items just thrown on top of racks instead of hung up for viewing. It looks like they get returns and rejects from other stores. I spent about 5 minutes in the store and left. Will never return to any of their stores. As a big store name they should be ashamed of themselves for operating such a disgusting store. read more

Not impressed by this new store. It looks like a mix and mash Salvation Army store. The entire layout just sucks. Even Ross and Marshall are a little better, not much but a little. I tried finding some shirts and pants, but because they were basically hung all over the place like a garage sale I had difficulty. Gotta change the entire layout and make it look like a real store. Workers were very helpful though but because in the shoe section one of the girls spent a good time just fixing all the shoes that the customers dislocated. Shameful.
