I love the fact they were quick to come out and deliver a pool table and I had found a special online for free cue balls with Golden Knights on them but apparently it was over. They still have me the deal in good faith. My sides were scratched on my pool table so they are bringing me new ones but still gave me ones from the floor just so I would have my pool table set up for an event. AMAZING SERVICE. Polite and quick delivery. I will change to 5 stars after I receive my new side boards. They had to be ordered. read more

I received a price for a new pinball machine via email. I drove out to the store and paid for it and they delivered exactly what was promised and exactly at the time promised. I can't say enough good about them. I am playing pinballl right now with a smile on my face. They even showed me the basics of how to operate. read more

I stopped in the store and inquired about buying a pool table and pinball machine. I was looking for the stern pirates of caribbean pinball machine. They told me they have one at the sunset store. They were very helpful and polite. Enjoyed the interaction and also bought the pinball and pool table at the sunset store. Great business. Decent prices. read more

PLEASE SEE THIS BEFORE PURCHASING: My husband was interested in buying a pool table for our new home and he contacted this business. He got in touch with Craig, and began throwing in some offers. My husband decided to look elsewhere based on this guy's rude and unnecessary responses. Please see them for yourself on the pictures. People with common sense and customer service skills know that this is not the way to respond! Even if you think that the offers are ridiculous. If anything, one should explain to the customer why they cannot accept the offer in a descriptive and courteous manner. It's our first time trying to buy a pool table and we were not trying to take advantage of anyone, but simply trying to get a reasonable price. Good luck with your unprofessional attitude! read more

My wife and I went in this morning looking for new billiard balls and cue sticks, when we walked in there was a lady behind the counter who didn't even bother to say " good morning ". Ok, no biggie. We proceeded to walk through the store and still after several minutes she didn't bother to greet us or ask if we needed any help. I guess she has enough business that she didn't need us to buy new billiard supplies nor 2 of the pinball machines that we had decided to purchase. Do I have to put 1star for her business? read more

My husband and I just went to the store to purchase nfl pool balls and cue sticks. Walked in and the woman behind the desk didn't acknowledge us when we arrived or left. Was talking to someone about private matters. Sorry you lost hundred of dollars on sales. I would give 1 star, but had to. read more

Don't support, nor will I be a repeat customer. I wanted to support local business, bought a nice pool table set (over $7K). Installation did not go as well, had a minor damage. Techs took pics and submitted for warranty repairs. To date, 5 months later, and still no resolution. My pool table still has the minor damage. They are non-responsive and frankly, I believe all they care about is that they had the initial sale and not the repeat business. I will never support anything related to this company, nor do they need a second chance for my business. Sad, since my next purchase we're going to be retro gaming machines and a full-size dart board machine. read more

What an amazing buying experience! I wanted to finally finish off my game room; so I visited the show room to see my options. The young lady working was welcoming, new the products well and answered all my questions. I went home to consider, send in a quote request and Craig was able to work with me and get me an amazing deal. All my items were delivered days later and were professionally, setup and I was given a walk thru. This is one of the best large purchase experiences I have had, really made it feel gratifying. Thank you so much! read more

For the owner to comment 2 years later just shows how much the business is active. Your prices don't match the internet. I've found multiple with better prices. And working in customer service so every time a customer walks in they gotta be quiet ? Usually a "professional" manner would be to acknowledge the customer and let them know you'll be with them.. so before you comment on my comment. BE ACTIVE BE ATTENTIVE & BE AWARE read more

Free delivery, and warranty, but no real way for them to service out-of-state clients in my experience. Months of "trying to find repair near you" with NO success. Found local guy, paid $85 to fix, Billiards N More will NOT reimburse because they didn't work on it. Many of the games on Cocktail Arcade are duplicate/bootleg of real games. read more

I ordered a pool case from them it has been a week and it says it was sent priority mail that usually take 2-3 days. I talked to the store no help. I email the store owner Chris and he has no customer service skills and is a complete idiot. I will never do business with this place again. Buyer beware!!! read more

Went to Rainbow Blvd location to see if they have a pinball machine Ive been looking for, for years! A kind lady was assisting others with pool cues so she said she would be right with me. As that made me feel welcomed as a guest. I was not seeing the Pinball machine I've been wanting and knew it was a long shot, but I asked her when she was done if she had a particular game. She called the Sunset location and said YES! We have that machine! I waited until the next day to take my wife and daughter to see the condition of the machine etc. From the moment we walked in the door we felt comfortable as the business as clean as can be! The lady was assisting guests and I just told her I was just there to see a pinball machine. The owner Craig came out and I felt like I've known him for years. Showed me the machine, told me everything I needed to know. Pulled the machine out for full inspection. The machine I aways wanted was in MINT condition! I couldn't say no to this beauty!! The price was right and overall I have NO COMPLAINTS! Treated us great, in fact he and his wife (or gf)?? Lol came in on a Sunday (when they are closed) to make sure I was 100% satisfied! Love the store, love the prices and overall you get what you pay for. If you wish to have a busted up non working machine or machine the needs or is going to need repair and cost $$& shop elsewhere as ALL of the machines we looked at were darn near mint and working 100% and priced to sell. He does not sell garbage here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be back!! read more

Billiards N More - Billiards and More sells quality at an affordable price! - Pool & Billiards Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Purchased a pool table and various other accessories. Table was promised to be a brand name but when it was delivered it didn't have the quality that we expected. The Lady in the in the front is very rude, argued over everything that I asked for. Some of the parts were not delivered on time, no timelines were provided. Overall a terrible customer service experience. There are other competitors in town who will value your business more. read more

I visited this place a few times. I like the variety of pool tables, arcade games, pool cue and pool cue accessories. They have lots of it and if they don't have it, they can order it for you. The reason why I gave them a "4" star was the fact that they have to order pool cues and pool cue accessories. I wish they would carry Meucci, McDermott, Schon, Joss, Pechauer, jump cues and some more pricey cues. I understood they don't want that much inventory. It's the same for the accessories, need more brand new billiard gloves. Overall, I would go and and purchase pool items from them because they are friendly and helpful. They just need to cater to the experience pool players who are always looking for better brand name in pool cues and accessories. read more

STAY AWAY! Can't make it any simpler than that. The owner "Craig" conducts himself in the absolute worst unprofessional manner. He describes everything as "AMAZING"! He'll make promises to the moon only to get your sale, then when there's a problem and he has all your money, you're screwed. It's worse if you happen to be out of state , such as we were. Machines were NOT as described and were jerked around for months with unkept promises for replacement parts. Finally sent 1 back and wonderful Craig hosed us for over $1K in fees, shipping, etc. He's a snarky wise guy with criticizing remarks when you push back. It'll be a matter of time before he deals this way with the wrong person. read more

If you've ever considered moving a shuffleboard table you know it's a daunting task. I called the store, spoke to Suzy who arranged for an estimate. Kevin came out, and after some measurements decided that they could move it down the stairs. On moving day, his team arrived promptly and got to work. Long story short, no issues, no damage, and perfect relocation. They were professional and knew their craft. Two thumbs up to the team. I recommend them without hesitation. read more

I have ordered a few items over the years from both locations. A jukebox which didn't perform as advertised and was total drama and then an all in one machine that routinely glitched. The customer service was lacking both times. Yet i persisted and went to buy a pop a shot. When my wife asked why the local delivery fee was so high and then found a website that was 3 grand cheaper including delivery Cheney asked her why we were so rude. Nice. Instead of responding to a reasonable commercial question she was combative and unreasonable. We bought online and i am deeply disappointed having heard the exchange. No more for us read more

We had a 8' ft pool table in our game room that we had brought with us when we moved here. It was just a bit to big for the space even with shorter cues. We went to look at Billiards n More for a bumper pool game table combo. Shaney was extremely helpful and recommended a very nice bumper pool table with a top which could be added. Better size for our room. The owner made a very fair offer to buy our existing table and we scheduled delivery/pickup for a few days later. Nico and partner (Sorry did not get his name) called prior to coming as they were running a little ahead of schedule and wanted to come early if possible. They arrived and were quick, careful and very professional. They dismantled the existing table and set up new table. They made sure I was happy with placement and table before they left. We could not be happier with the new table and the excellent service provided by Billiards n More. read more

We had our pool table refelted and Q and Ricardo did a great job. Very clean and polite. I highly recommend billiards N More.

BilliardsAndMore could have contacted me, right? I agreed to purchase a pinball machine from BilliardsAndMore, and I tried numerous times to contact them thru email and phone about scheduling a pickup time and to put down a deposit. Given my 20 phone calls and emails, they had to know that I wanted the pinball machine, right? I never put done consideration when I agreed to purchase the pinball machine, so BilliardsAndMore has the right to sell the pinball machine to anyone. Sadly, BilliardsAndMore could reach me after the sale to notify me that they sold the pinball machine to someone else. But strangely they could never reach me before the sale. And obviously, they sold it to someone else because they got a better price. Would you want to do business with a company like this? read more

Right from the start, JASON was amazing. The company I work for was looking for a distinctive gift for our CEO. I, know NOTHING about arcade games... but went down there anyway. Spoke to Jason and gave him an idea of what we're trying to accomplish. Jason did all the research on the games, sent me over options and pricing breakdowns. We wanted the game here on 01/30/16, but ended up getting our game 2 weeks early. The entire staff is very happy with the game and will recommend going to see Jason for all your gaming needs! read more

Customer service is lacking. Be prepared to have to do all of the follow up yourself as they do not return calls. Have been waiting almost a month for the rest of my order. I love Billards N More. I bought an 8 ft pool table from them 6 years ago and it was a little too big but still fun to play with. We moved out of state and just recently moved back to Vegas and wanted to put the table back up. Billards N More gave us credit back so we could trade our old table for a smaller table. That's a plus because some stores don't do that. Also we had them set up our new table and both Quinton and Darcy were very professional, did a fantastic job and informed us if we had any problems with it in the future, they could assist us with that as well. They will always make things right if you ever have any problems. Darcy and Quinton made sure my wife and I were very satisfied with everything before they left. We couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend these guys! read more

I honestly don't know that I have dealt with a business as incompetent as Billiards N More. We purchased a table top from these guys that was supposed to come with paddles, net and balls. We called to make sure the table top was in and were told it was. Once we arrived, the lone salesman in the store completely ignored us and spent about 30 minutes helping another customer. I finally made a snide remark about how horrible their service was, and he agreed to help us out. To our surprise, we were told it was at their Sunset location, but that they would have it transferred over the next day. In other words, we were lied to about it being ready for pick up. We came back the next day and were told the top was in, but that the net, balls and paddles were not. Upon entering the warehouse to pick up what we could, we found that there were actually 2 table tops in the warehouse, and they were both in the far back, behind tons and tons of boxes. In other words, they were not just delivered that day from their other location. Who would deliver it and then bury it behind box after box knowing it would be picked up that day. The saleswoman pieced a net and some balls together, but said we would need to come back the next day for the paddles, as once again, they were at their other store. Well, we are two days later, and when we called to say we were coming to pick them up, we were told they were still at the other location. These people seriously don't have a clue how to run a business, or what customer service even is! read more
