They did an excellent job re-webbing some patio chairs for me. I felt the price was fair for the work they did. I'd recommend them.

I called ahead checking to see if they had a certain item in stock, the employees said yes and I told her I was on my way. A few minutes later, she called and explained she spoke to her manager and though they had the item, there may be issues with delivery times, I explained that's fine, I was on my way I'd be there in 20 mins (noon.) I walked through the door with the multiple loud dangling bells at noon, didn't see anyone right away , not even another customer so I went directly to the items I was looking for and took my time measuring several of them. After a few minutes, I hear someone in the back corner and see an employee. I was never greeted, no one ever came over to offer assistance. I left at that point and never received another call. I still don't understand where the wonderful customer service I received during the phone calls went. You can let them know I was the African American woman who walked through the door at noon wearing a black history month sweatshirt with my braids in a neat bun. read more

The people who were helping us seemed to be a little rude. This was the reason we decided not to purchase at this location. The prices are quite high for outdoor furniture, but that seems to be the norm. The store was laid out nicely and had a decent selection. read more

On 10/25/2023, I purchased two Tropitone chaise lounges from Mrs. Patio at the Centennial Store. I had been talking with Melissa, who is their top sales person. She is friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. I had a great experience dealing with her and their prices were half off this month. Save lots of money and get the best lawn and garden products around. I always try to buy Tropitone. It's not cheap, so when you can find it on sale, do so, because their products will last 15 to 20 years. I have purchased Tropitone in the past (tables and chairs) and I'm still using them; they last that long, read more

In need of an umbrella and we thought we knew what we wanted. Then we met Nini.....very knowledgeable and helped pick out exactly what we need for our pool. Perfect for our price range. Such a selection. Looking forward to out next purchase! read more

Yes. They are expensive. But if you catch a sale, they are actually reasonable for the amazing quality. I had my eye on a furniture set for a year and could not find anything comparable in any other place or online. Melissa is wonderful and fully arranged delivery when it was convenient for me and walked me through the warranty for their products. She gave me a care sheet for after purchase housekeeping. I have been to the store three times and she helped me two of those times. Yes, the time that I was there when she was not working I did not have anybody greet me or assist my husband and me at all. There is something to be said about sitting in the furniture that you're going to purchase however. read more

Nice patio furniture with comfort and quality. We went there once before thinking the prices were too high. After hunting around, we couldn't find anything locally that matched the quality. You can feel the sturdiness and high quality behind the products. I've sat on lots of patio furniture and as much time as we spend in the backyard, we need something comfortable that will withstand time. I did find and purchase from an online retailer with quality and comfort that's just as good, but their assortment is limited. So back to Mrs. Patio I went. The service has been exceptional between April, Mel, and Ni Ni. They've been patient, answered all my questions, and April had another store email photos of the fire pit I was interested in. Also, I received a phone call right away letting me know the fire glass I chose was on back order with the manufacturer, which would not arrive in time for the delivery of the fire pit. Ni Ni sent photos of what she could get in time for delivery and that was much appreciated. Our patio sofa and fire pit have not yet arrived, so I'll update on that in the future. read more

We purchase a smaller patio sectional with coffee and side table. The salesperson was more than helpful and took the time to move tables from other floor displays to try different options. It was perfect. Delivery was within a week and the Sunbrella fabric has held up no problem. Yes, there are more expensive but worth the price! I've also purchased wall decor. I love their selection. Best in the Las Vegas valley! Marybeth W. read more

I am a fan of good service! I even understand forgiveness when mistakes are made. In this case this was an out right fragrant disregard for customer service. I entered this store on Saturday May 21,2022 with my daughter. Normal stuff hello, let me know if you need any help sorta trip. We walked around. We saw an outdoor umbrella for our backyard $3320. Next we looked over the swatches. One of the ladies politely told us that the swatches on display where not current and that she could get some current ones. Then her coworker Mellisa grabbed a box of cloth swatches and plopped them on the table. When my daughter and I asked if these where the current ones she said, and I quote" YES they are current, YES they are for sale, if they where not I would not have presented them to you, YES YES YES!!" As she rolled her eyes with a very immature attitude and certainly beyond rude. The next day my husband decided to go with my daughter because our pool and backyard need furniture. I did not want to go for obvious reasons. Of course, the same lady was there. She didn't remember us. I looked with my daughter again while my husband looked around separately. She was very kind to him. He even saw 2 umbrellas and began show interest. She met the salesperson at the counter. I stopped him as he didn't realize this was the same person who was rude to my daughter and I the day before. Over all would not recommend this place. My husband who is white and I African heritage saw 2 different experiences. This store is awesome! Mel is the best employee because she helped me a lot with what I needed to find and she's just the best

Purchased some replacement cushions for our patio furniture. Some of the pieces had to be custom made as the stock options were not the dimensions we needed. They were helpful in getting what we wanted but... They quoted a month for completion, i just picked everything up 2 and a half months later. Now im not a want something for nothing person, how much does an apology cost though? Instead i got a shit happens kind of attitude. All good one less place to shop at. The only reason i gave 2 stars was the quality is actually good. read more

Don't ever buy from these people. I've had cushions for less than five years that are falling apart that we paid a fortune for. They have been giving me the runaround for months. The quality is crap. Went thru manufacturer and no luck. This is sunbrella material. Horrible quality. read more

Whoever shops here has no money sense!! The prices are outrageous, and the sales representatives are snobs. Save your money shop online and buy a good cover for the Vegas heat! read more

DON'T SHOP HERE!!! I can not stress this enough! Unless you want to be ripped off!! We went here to buy patio furniture covers and called ahead to make sure they had it. They gave us a quote for $41 a piece even though online it says $39.. we said we would take it because we weren't going to argue over a few dollars. However, when we got there they charged us $58 dollars a piece!!! Even though it clearly was marked $41 on all of the packaging!! When I asked about the price she said "oh, $41 is the sale price." I asked her if we were getting the sale price? She said no. I asked her why we weren't getting the "sale" price? (There were no signs that there was a sale) she said oh, because I'm charging you retail of $58 and that's with a discount. At that point I was getting pretty angry and impatient, she said well I can rewrite the paper work and give you the price that's marked. I told her fine. Once she finished taking a water break, writing up the paper work, calculating all of the prices she was still charging us an extra $60!! I was so livid!! I made a scene about the whole situation and told her we didn't want to do business there anymore. I'm sure many of the other customers heard me! And I hope they did because she was clearly trying to rip us off and make it sound like oh, it's okay. Just pay it. So ridiculous. Will never come here and I will tell as many people about me experience here as possible. read more

My wife and I live in the Ojai Valley, CA and were visiting family in Las Vegas. We saw this new store, Mrs. Patio, that appears to have come in since our last visit. We're always looking to improve our yard so we took a look. Robin Wright, General Manager, helped us. Fabulous service, we loved the selection and the prices. They didn't have our exact size on outdoor furniture coverings, so we bought one piece to cover our fire pit and ordered the other pieces for our chairs. They sent them to us UPS, at our cost. They arrived quickly and fit perfectly. Thank you so much Robin and Mrs. Patio. We'll be back. read more

After shopping for a Sunbrella Chaise Cushion for quite some time, I chose to purchase from this location. Although when I got it home, it was extremely different than all my other Sunbrella products. That was two months ago and already the fabric is fading and spotting on the chaise cushion only. ALL of my other Sunbrella products are holding up beautifully. Mrs Patio and (April, the sales cnslt) insist it's Sunbrella and the price definitely reflects that, but the manufacturer is a company called "Gold Crest". Upon reaching out to Gold Crest they told me there is no warranty - UNLIKE all Sunbrella fabrics and products. I would never recommend Mrs.Patio if you prefer dealing with honorable, honest suppliers. I'll stick with on-line ordering and free delivery which, I know will be handled with care. The sales associate didn't even offer to wrap my chaise NOR assist in carrying it out to the car. read more
