I called several other companies and after speaking with Kevin, I immediately decided to select them for the job. Kevin and his employees understand the true definition of service. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and accommodating. I will not hesitate to use them again and will gladly refer their services to my friends. On Cue Billiards deserves your business! Thank you for taking care of my pool table needs.

On Cue is the real deal! Spoke to Kevin to easily coordinate the move. Exceptional service provided by Daniel, Dior, Ricky & Q. Friendly, knowledgeable, on-time, fast and efficient! They moved an 8' Brunswick from one house to another, leveled and refelted it perfectly. From start to finish they completed the job in an hour and a half. Highly recommended!!! You guys are awesome!

We had on cue come and refelt an antique pool table that we got from out neighbor. They ordered us felt of our choosing and were able to get it in and schedule it within a few days. They got to our house within the time frame quoted. Nico, Aaron, Ricky, and Dior were able to get the whole table refelted and reassembled within 2.5 hours. It came out better than we could have imagined. For being a 60+ year old pool table we didn't know what to expect one it was finished but we are ecstatic. Their price was incredibly reasonable. We will definitely use them again in the future

Excellent job! From old to new! Clinton and crew moved pool table from my house to Daughters and put new color felt on. We love it and glad we picked you guys to fix us up. Couldn't have asked for better.

Was a very easy transaction. Q and Niko did an amazing job, quick professional and took time to educate me on taking care of the table.

I can't say enough good things about On Cue for moving my 1964 Brunswick table. They took their time and made sure it was done right. They had to reschedule another job because they wanted it done well, and they truly delivered (no pun intended!). I've already recommended them several times.

On cue billiards moved my pool table and "leveled" the table and said they warranty the level for one year. The pool table level is off. I called several times, left several messages and text messages but the owner Kevin who is the main point of contact and the phone number on this yelp page ghosted me. This is a very unprofessional move. I was even trying to give them additional business by having them install new cloth on the table too. Given the lack of professionalism exhibited and his unwillingness to hold up to his warranty I do no recommend this business.

Called on cue on a Sunday which according to yelp is the only day these guys are off but I said I'll try anyway, sure enough Kevin answered, I asked if he would be able to squeeze me in this week for a pool table move about 2.5 miles he gladly said his guys would take on the job Wednesday. After going back and forth with the seller we decided to go with Thursday at 1. Kevin said no worries he put me in that slot. Thursday couldn't come fast enough, it was Christmas in June for me ;-) Fast forward to Thursday, I get a call from the seller saying the crew is there and they were 15 mins early. I said great I'll be there. I met Ricky and Keegan that were already just about wrapping up with the breakdown of the table and mind you I'm literally a skip and jump from the sellers house. I was floored how quick these guys move. So all is smooth I tell those guys I'll see them in a bit and no more than 20 mins later I get a call from Ricky saying they're already on the way. All in all I would say no more than 2 hours from breakdown to install. These guys are the deal. Thanks fellas for the new memories for me and my family

Highly recommended!! Kevin and his partner came out on there day off to make sure I have my pool table set up properly. Very nice guys, honest and very professional. After the set up, they polished my table plus did some touch up on some scratches since I got the table used. To top it of Kevin, went out of his way and gave me a brush, rack and a triangle for the table. I feel like I should have payed them more for doing such a great job!! Thank you !

End product.

This is one of those places where my mom kept telling me I HAD to go to for the Happy Hour oysters,…read moreso off I went. I arrived at 4:50pm on Friday for the $2 Happy Hour oysters that Proper Bar has from 4-6pm Mon-Fri. There were several tables around the bar, in addition to seating at the bar. We sat at a table, and Krystal welcomed us with menus. I told her I was interested in the oysters and asked how it worked. I guess there's only one type because she just said "tell me how many you want, and I'll put the order in!" We started off with a dozen, and then asked for some time to look at the draft selection. Krystal went to go put in our order for the oysters while we decided on our beers. We ended up ordering a Blonde Ale and a Pacifico. Our beers and oysters came out within ten minutes. I'm not sure who is shucking the oysters but they are quick! It doesn't seem like the shucking is done at the bar because I kept seeing a man with a full dozen come out and walk into the bar area to serve us. The dozen comes with little tabasco packets, as well as cocktail sauce and a little mignonette. At $2/piece this was a steal. Since this is connected to the food hall, it seems like it is encouraged to order food from different venues and take it to your table. I saw other people with pizza, and another table with Lola's. We personally got sushi and Lola's and brought it back to our table too. I really liked how inclusive it felt because normally it would be frowned upon to bring outside food into a different venue. The oysters were so good, we ended up ordering another dozen and another two beers. As I was ordering the other two beers, I was trying to remember what we ordered and Krystal reminded me the Pacifico and the Blonde Ale. For all the tables that she was serving, I was very impressed she remembered our order. Kudos to her for that! As the staff was bringing out oysters by the dozens, I saw our waitress directing him which table to bring them too. So the fact that she was not only taking the orders, but also managing them - I was very impressed. Lastly, when we left, I asked if we should bus the table and she said she would take care of it. The customer service here was phenomenal. Overall - I had a really great time at happy hour. The oysters were big and delicious and such a great deal. The beer was also super cold and crisp and very enjoyable. The most notable highlight here was the customer service. I hope to come back again if I'm ever here on a weekday.

Luckily we had an extend trip this time and made sure to get some oysters before heading home. We almost exclusively stay at Aria, so it's nice to have Proper Bar an elevator ride away. The staff is great at the bar, always checking up and helpful. In the future, I'd really want to stay and enjoy the drinks with my oysters while catching a game as it's the perfect environment for it. I think we ended up ordering 30 oysters this time and I'm pretty sure I ate about 2 dozen of them. Delicious fresh oysters. Comes with tabasco packets, cocktail sauce, vinegar, horseradish, and lemons. So however you like your oysters, they have it available. Pretty sure they have oyster shooters on the happy hour menu as well if that's your thing. Wish they had more days or hours available, but I get why they're not. It's one of the better places to get oysters when you're in Vegas.

I was glad to see a solid bar food menu Late post 8/11…read moreFirst time staying at Park MGM, and I'm still not too familiar with all the restaurant options here. On this day, I was looking for something to eat at I tried the Happy Hour burger, which was the perfect size, and the fries were hot and both were delicious. Bartenders Jessica and Robert were attentive, especially as it was close to closing time. The space has plenty of seating--bar stools, counter spots, booths, and several bar-top gaming machines. With 20+ TVs throughout, it's a great place for catching sports or whatever's on. Beer selection is decent, though I didn't see a beer flight option. As a lager drinker, I'd already tried most of those, so I went with a pilsner instead, which was also solid They close at 11 PM, but being connected to Side Betty Grill means you can still grab late-night food after last call. Next time, I'd like to explore more of the full menu--there were a few items that stood out. Overall, a good spot for drinks, bar food, sports, and a bit of gaming

It's pretty big which it does accommodate a good amount of people. Inside Park MGM, it maybe the only sports bar there. Plenty of television and a good size wrap around bar. Food is served but I think it's more of bar food versus a full restaurant. I could be wrong. I've been in a couple of times and each would be for some game on. This visit, one of the World Cup game. It was pretty busy but not overly packed compared to others we've been in. Service was good, sit at the bar as there's always a bartender ready for you. Everyone was there for the same reason, the game. This sports bar does look out to the slot machine but the main bar counter is inside. A decent place. It only seems busy whenever there's some major game on but does come in handy being at the hotel.

MGM Grand Incident at Level Up…read more On Sunday, May 24, we came to Level Up at MGM Grand for Karaoke to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday and Memorial Day. We were enjoying ourselves up until the following incident with the bartender Ray. I've dealt with busy bars, stressed staff, and occasional misunderstandings before, but this was on another level entirely. The bartenders communication skills were lacking from the start. We seem to be bothering him when trying to place orders. Not once were we greeted, welcomed or even asked if there was anything that we would like to order we had to call on him from across the bar for any type of service. What should've been a normal interaction turned hostile when the bartender demanded my husband owed him $6 for my Coke. My husband explained that he was gambling at the bar for the last half hour, but the bartender insisted he owed him $6 because I was not sitting there when he came with the drink, that he would not comp the beverage. Then came the request for him to place it on a tab so that we could move to a table closer to the stage. He outright refused to listen with dismissive responses, and instead of letting anyone finish speaking, he talked over my husband and daughter and escalated the situation. Rather than being professional, he became aggressive and confrontational immediately. The most frustrating part was being falsely accused of using profanity when no such act occurred. When my daughter told him he was being rude he shouted at her that she was rude and that's when the false claim was made that her boyfriend swore at him when he looked up at the man shouting at his girlfriend and had not said one word. Instead of resolving anything, the Bartender Ray took the incident personally and took it to the next level by calling Security to have us escorted out of Level Up, claiming we were irate, aggressive and he felt threatened by our presence, refusing us service. Despite this we remained composed yet justly upset and being publicly treated like we had done something wrong over a completely fabricated accusation was embarrassing and unnecessary. The security guard apologized and said he didn't understand why the bartender was so angry and that we did not need to leave the premise but needed to leave the venue. I understand customer service can be difficult, especially in a busy environment, but basic professionalism, listening skills and respectful communication should still be expected, especially in a tourism driven industry. Unless management seriously addresses how staff interacts with their customers I won't recommend this place and will never return. My husband is a retired veteran and I have over 30 years experience, in executive sales & customer service. I currently work in the hospitality industry for the largest 4 star resort in North America here in Las Vegas. I completely understand working with unreasonable customers, and we were not that in this instance. Far from it. We are very supportive and treat all service workers with respect. We are good paying customers that also gamble and all we expected was basic common courtesy. Retaliation toward paying customers is unacceptable and any employee in any situation that abuses power because they're having a bad day should be held accountable for their actions.
