This was our 2nd time staying at the Cosmopolitan with a Fountain View in the Chelsea tower. Sitting on the large balcony couch and eating dinner or enjoying a drink while watching the fountains of Bellagio while the Eiffel Tower at Paris Paris twinkles in the night with a peak of the Las Vegas Eye in the distance is fantastic. With American Express Fine Hotels, we got an upgrade to a bathroom with a small soaking tub and window. The shower is large and roomy. The bathroom is in its own room, but the door does not stay open but fortunately there is a bathroom fan there. Double basin sink and lighted make-up mirror. The room has a dressing area with a long bench - good for a suitcase and a separate living area with a couch and long bar. A stocked fridge plus an empty one for your own drinks is available. We arrived on a Monday at 11 am and are supposed to get 12 pm check-in based on availability with Fine Hotels. You can use the priority/high rollers separate check-in room with the coffee. A hotel room was vacant and a request for a priority cleaning was put in. After checking back two times, we finally got a text at 3:30 pm that we could come and get our key. Unless you are a super high roller with MGM, don't believe the "priority" housekeeping request. I did see someone else being escorted by a person in a suit to his room, so there were rooms for some people. There were a lot of people sitting waiting for their rooms in the lobby. You can request a key to get you into the pool areas. Have your swimsuit/flip flops/sun screen/Kindle in your carry-on bag if you are going to stay at the Cosmopolitan since you will be WAITING for your room. We did the self park in the garage Waiting in the line to get a ticket took some time. Spots are small. There are green and red lights to show where there is a spot and a number of open spots by floor sign. The self-pay kiosks didn't work - spit out my credit card. The help box said it pay at the gate which did work at the machine, even though the gate was unattended. The hotel has a wide variety of restaurants from fast food in its food court area to nicer sit down restaurants, plus there are stores attached. Walkways to the Bellagio and other hotels. Two pool area with hot tubs. Chair side service was not as good as other hotels, since no one came by to ask if we wanted a drink although there was staff walking around. We went to the bar to order our drink. There was a frozen pineapple and mango mix. I got both in one drink. You can get it with or without alcohol. We were in room 2029 Chelsea Tower which is on the 20th floor. It felt low down, any lower, the air conditioning or parking garage could block our view. We could not really hear the music from the Bellagio fountains although we could hear the boom of the jets when they went off.

Came here to visit the Chandelier Bar! The bar is absolutely beautiful ad felt very vegas showgirl-esque. We ordered their signature cocktail that makes your mouth a little numb and tingly after you eat the flower, then tastes completely different. Not the best drink ever but it was fun to try. We also played some slots here and one person in the group some tables. The smell in here is pretty nauseating, the amount of perfume scent they pump into cover the cigarettes creates a cloud of smell that will stick with you and on you. I appreciate that they were trying to cover the cig smell, but couldn't stay here too long before feeling sick from the scent.

My visit was as a casino and food court guest. The Cosmopolitan definitely had a unique look to it as a large number of crystals drape the middle of the room. Several reviews and images on Yelp mention the Chandelier Bar. Walking through this hotel and casino, I felt like I was on a cruise ship. The placement of the crystals, elevators and shops toward the middle of the space is similar to a cruise ship design. Elevators take you up to the food court area where you'll find a breakfast sandwich favorite, Egg Slut. One place I do NOT recommend? Illy, the coffee spot. Service was odd - as if the clerk didn't understand their own menu. The scone must've been expired. It was hard and crumbly.

As red as the rose, as pink as the sunset we are living life at the moment! Let step it up and take a moment to see the Cosmos here at the Cosmopolitan! This hotel, the beautiful chandelier hangs from all over! You can feel the glory and beauty of hard work that went into creating this. If you live here like me, the casinos, are what we have. We might want to see what's it's all about. The art of this hotel is truly unique. Take a moment to relax in the Chandelier Bar. It has three levels . Make sure and see all three of them. Have a drink and share a special gift of love for one another. Now if you're a local or visiting here the best of all things is here. Vegas used to be twenty four seven. If you are searching for real food then look no further than the Cosmopolitan Hotel, and the restaurant The Henry. They serve amazing food . The full menu all times of the day. Eat in or take it out. Sometimes bar food is not the way to go. Come to Henry's and have real food and fun. This hotel has parking and it's all over priced these days. The garage is a spinning mess of circular fun but not too hard to maneuver. The hotel is safe and comfortable. If you choose to stay the rooms are good and each room has an interesting art theme. One of my favorite places here in the hotel is the third level of the Chandelier bar . They have a few different themes from the "Alice and Wonderland," books and movies artwork. You can sit with the caterpillar and enjoy every single moment. The queen of hearts theme too might break or make your heart! Let's see!

Finding myself on a rare vacation trip to Vegas with family, this was our first time staying at the Cosmopolitan. The 55th floor on the Chelsea tower offers a decent view of the paradise landscape. While the casino floor is reasonably sized, I feel like it the main focus for its aesthetic is the 2nd level as you end up walking through the restaurant row and its connection into Aria and Bellagio too. The gym is relatively well kept, modern and clean for the guests. Situated on the 14th floor, the gym and pool, latter opening later in the day, gets the job done. I would advise that if you were to go get some reps in, you should come early as there aren't enough cable machines for folks looking for a productive time. It's nice that they have massage guns for guests to use and complimentary water bottles/water fountain too. Parking underneath the hotel is okay, I think some better signage would be nice to know which ways people can get to other levels, but finding spots didn't seem to be an issue and it's free if you're a MGM rewards pearl member or above.

Wraparound Suite at The Cosmo is one of the coolest rooms in Vegas. The terrace is HUGE and gives you insane views of the Strip. Perfect for sunset photos and late-night vibes. The room layout feels like a high-end apartment -- big living space, sleek bathroom, and the soaking tub with a view is a game changer. Location is unbeatable since you're right in the middle of everything. Only downside? You may never want to leave the balcony. Love the Cosmo from their casino, restaurants, cocktail bars and nightlife is just my cup of tea.

Hard to complain about an over 1000 square foot room overlooking the Bellagio fountains... so I won't! This room is beautiful and sits on the 44th floor of the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Two bathrooms en-suite bedroom. Cool tub etc. nice and quiet as well which gets high marks from me. I've stayed in nice rooms other places that were so loud you simply could not get a good nights sleep. Checking in at the priority lounge was seamless and very pleasant. I feel very snuggled in here at the cosmopolitan and although it's my first time, it will not be my last. The slots were very good to us here as well.. Bravo Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino!

I had the BEST stay at the Cosmopolitan. From the moment I arrived, everything was amazing. The location is perfect you can easily walk right over to Aria for shopping, plus you're in the heart of all the action on the Strip. The casino has such a fun vibe, and there's no shortage of things to do. The butler was incredibly helpful--he stored our bags for us so we could enjoy breakfast at Eggslut without any hassle. It made our arrival stress-free and truly relaxing. The food options alone make this hotel worth it. The pool scene? Say no more. But the highlight was definitely my room. I had a fountain-view room overlooking the Bellagio fountains, and WOW! waking up and going to sleep to that view was unforgettable.

Happy New Year, fellow Yelpers! I thought I would start 2026 by posting, or rather catching up, with some reviews that I had meant to post last year (life can take you in many directions, and before you know it, the year is nearly over). And so, dear reader(s), I hope I remember how to compose a decent review.....enjoy the read (at least that's my hope). Disclaimer: My stay/visit at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas was in July 2025. I thought I would never visit Vegas in the summer again, but as I bought concert tickets, I found myself booking a plane ticket to Vegas. NOTES 1. There is an Avis rental car satellite location at this property. It's a bit of a walk as its located in the catacombs of the parking garage, but nonetheless it was convenient for our transport purposes that day (we opted to rent a car for 1 day to go off strip). 2. There are enclosed walkways that connect the Cosmo to neighboring sister properties, Vdara and Bellagio, respectively. Please note, you can also access Aria via Vdara, but the latter part of your walk will be outside. We thought this was so useful and helpful especially to avoid the Vegas heat (and other types of inclement weather). 3. Rideshare pick-up is street level, follow the postage signage. 4. I've always been interested to stay at the Cosmopolitan, and we were lucky enough to find an affordable rate last summer. We stayed at this property for 3 nights. HOTEL Amenities 1. There is the Wicked Spoon buffet, as well as various bars and restaurants, and a food hall on property. On this trip, we ate at China Poblano, and did a short bar crawl one nigh at some of the hotel speakeasy bars. 2. We visited the pool at the Chelsea Tower multiple times during our stay. The pool deck is a decent area with some day beds, lounge chairs, and bars....of course. ROOM Amenities 1. Spacious bathroom with double sinks, tub, and a huge shower. 2. Small living room area with a "L-shape" couch and tables....which we took advantage of to relax after walking in the hot summer weather. 3. Flat screen tv 4. Comfy king size bed 5. Balcony/terrace with chairs, small sofa, and tables. Our view was of the Aria with the mountains in the background., and the pool below (which was helpful to determine crowd level). 6. Small fridge, which again was helpful to store drinks and leftovers. There was a separate fridge for the mini-bar fyi. I think the hotel definitely has a convenient location on the Vegas Strip. It's not too far North or South IMHO, and with the property being flanked by the Bellagio and Aria, as well as Planet Hollywood across the street, there are numerous places to eat and visit. I absolutely loved the room! It was spacious, the bed was comfy, and I really enjoyed just being lazy in the sitting area. I also did appreciate there was a separate fridge for guest use (unlike NYNY where an in-room fridge was not complimentary), and the ample counter space in the bathroom. Lastly, we enjoyed the pool area, and thankfully didn't have any difficulty finding chairs. STAFF: The kind gentlemen that assisted us at check-in was very polite, friendly, and helpful in directing us to the Avis car rental location (he also provided a map which proved to be useful). BOTTOM LINE A comfortable stay at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The location on the Strip is ideal and within walking distance to other popular hotels/properties. We loved the room! I hope to stay here on a future Vega$ trip.

This was just my second stay at the Cosmopolitan. When it first opened, I believe it was an independent hotel, very different for Las Vegas because it has such a small land imprint (square footage-wise) compared to the other Strip resorts. It's definitely more of a vertical resort, with 2 tall towers, the Chelsea and Boulevard Towers, and 2 pools squeezed in on the casino rooftop. It's now part of the huge MGM Resorts empire and also has some affiliation with the Marriott Bonvoy empire. It has an excellent location between the Bellagio and the Aria complex, both MGM properties. There are now indoor walkways towards the rear of the properties that connect the Cosmopolitan with the Bellagio and Vdara. The majority of rooms are large studios or bedroom suites with a large sitting area and a balcony, very rare in Vegas. This is because the complex was originally designed to be luxury condominiums, but the 2008 financial crisis led it to be transformed into a hotel. From the get-go the Cosmopolitan had a hip, urban air, bustling and not particularly family oriented. What I found impressive in the past and now is the large amount of modern art throughout. There were (and still are, somewhat) starry restaurants. There's a day and night club, large conference center, "secret" bars, and of course a bustling casino. While the public areas have been decently maintained and refreshed (the Wicked Spoon Buffet was being refreshed during my visit), the rooms (at least my room) have seen better days. The check-in area is small, cramped and dark, as is the rideshare/taxi area outside. There are some pillars in the lobby with video installations to look at while you wait. And you will have a wait. I arrived early, so my room wasn't ready. However I was texted about an hour later my room was ready. Instead of waiting in line again, there are kiosks where you can make your own keys by scanning the QR code sent to you. I booked a Terrace One Bedroom Fountain View Suite. It seems the Terrace Studios are similar in size, but with a different floor plan. The One Bedroom opened to a large but dark sitting area, wet bar that had a minibar fridge PLUS an empty fridge (probably was meant to be a kitchenette), a walk-through closet/dressing area, then the bedroom with access to the balcony. The bath was adjacent with a wet room--shower and deep tub with a window and opening to the bedroom. The amount of natural light was minimal except in the bedroom. My suite was in the Chelsea tower further from the Strip, so the Bellagio Fountain views are lesser than those from the Boulevard Tower. Plus I was on a lower floor (16). Here were the niggles with the room: some lights didn't work. The pulls for the drapes were missing/torn off. Some of the bathroom pump dispensers were empty. The ashtray on the balcony was full of cigarette butts (smoking is only allowed on the balconies). If you use the balcony, you will smell cigarette/cigar/weed smoke, or bacon. Lastly, it is difficult to check your billing folio at check-out unless you stand in line. This was not the case at the Bellagio, another MGM property. I had a dining credit with my booking, but chose to use it at a Bellagio restaurant. The Cosmopolitan has some fine restaurants (I especially liked Jaleo, China Poblano and Momofuku in the past), but some do not participate in the dining credit offer. There is a very fine food hall called Block 16, I've been to Hattie B's Nashville Hot Chicken a few times. I'd still stay at the Cosmopolitan again if the rate was decent

Really fun vibe here at this hotel, absolutely love our room with a balcony and the room was very spacious. We didn't love the smoke around the hotel, but I suppose that's what to expect when you're in Vegas. We got to try a bunch of restaurants here, there was no shortage of places to go and late night options.

The hubby and I stayed at the Cosmopolitan for our anniversary weekend, and it was one of the best trips we ever had! At check-in, the registration agent completely made our weekend by surprising us with an upgrade to a wrap-around suite which hands-down has the best views of the strip and an added bonus of getting the best views to watch the Bellagio Fountain Water show. We were also treated to $300 in free casino play and $100 in dining credit which really elevated our stay and made us feel celebrated. We ended up using the $100 credit for room service breakfast on the morning of our anniversary .....and it was the perfect, relaxing way to start our special day! Lastly, the Cosmopolitan has an awesome mix of restaurants from casual bites to upscale dining, plus some great happy hour spots, so there's always something good to eat or drink without even needing to leave the property. We can't wait to come back!

They had a limited selection of non-alcoholic drinks and upon asking if I could get one of their featured drinks in a NA version, the bartender seemed like he was being put out by the request. He made it, but the drink I got didn't really have any of the flavors described. If you are waiting for a tee time at Twilight Zone mini golf maybe you could stop in, though honestly I would probably just go to the bar down the hall by the food court.

Generous grapefruit rind garnish, definitely boozey, I think I prefer a standard gin martini better, but def a must have if you want to try something different or if you're feeling like James Bond that evening. Wife had the Mint Julep. It included cognac & bourbon & was very stiff, but surprisingly didn't taste of strong alcohol... the sign of a good drink. My wife was riding high the rest of the night. Went up ready to order and the bartender asked where we were seated and said a waitress would come by and that we couldn't order with him. We sat, we waited 15-20 mins and no one came around. We waited long enough and decided it wasn't worth our money. If trying to get an order in was this difficult, can't imagine what the rest of the service is like.

We've have awesome experiences watching bartenders before AND we were determined to stay so we happily agreed. Paisley was a delight to chat with as we waited for only 10 minutes while seats opened up for us at the bar. I also got to check out the restroom, which boasts a high tech toilet with automated opening/flushing and a heated seat! We had the pleasure of meeting Michael our bartender and Yesi the bartender apprentice, and regulars Bill and Kim from Texas on one side of us, and Mario from California on the other as we spent the next hour and half savoring one luxury cocktail each and some complimentary snacks (seasoned pistachio nuts, cheesy crackers, and a little amazing bite that I can't remember the ingredients of). Welcome complimentary drinks: "Key to my heart" -- fun little rum drinks to start off with served in a spherical black case surrounded by dry ice! (See video). A bit sweet for my taste but tasty and just a little shot's worth (to be sipped). Cocktails: La Vie En Rose: (5/5) Rose infused gin, house made strawberry infused sweet vermouth, aperol, orange essence. Gorgeous spherical ice cube with a real flower frozen inside). Described as a summer Negroni. I chose it because I love Negronis and am always up for trying a variation on a classic like that. The Fountain (5/5): bourbon, Punt e mes vermouth (55 year old bottle!), orange essence. The Vault's take on the classic Manhattan. Michael gave us a taste of the punt e mes sweet vermouth and it was sublime. Both spectacular cocktails were definitely made for sipping and savoring. And to top it off! Little espresso shots at the end....mmm delectable dessert my bites to complete a flawless experience. We'll be back! Michael is a masterful mixologist and Yesi is an awesome apprentice! Highly recommend!

The only hint I'll give is that it's located on the casino floor. When we walked in, we were greeted by the hostess. She asked us if we had reservations or were walking in. I really appreciated this because the way she phrased her question told me they had availability and we would be granted entry. The bar is very small and seats about 30. Reservations are strongly encouraged, however we went on a Monday in February. If you're going on a weeknight during off peak season, you should be okay without a reservation. The hostess gave us the option of sitting at the bar or at a table. We asked her for her rec and she said the bar so that's what we chose. The decor is beautiful. The ambiance is dark and moody. It's perfect for a date night. We were greeted by both bartenders. I believe the bartender that made our drinks was Rory. He was very nice and knowledgeable about cocktails. He was able to answer our questions and make suggestions based on our preferences. As we browsed the menu, we were presented with welcome drinks in a fancy smoky container. I don't recall the name of the drink, but it had a lychee flavor with a sugar rim and it was good! Drinks are extremely pricey which is to be expected in Vegas. It's also on par based on where the speakeasy is located (hint hint). The cheapest cocktail was $30 so prepare yourself for the sticker shock. Some drinks were $80-$100! Sometimes you just have to treat yourself. I went with the Velvet Moon which was an interesting cocktail consisting of both gin and mezcal. It had flavors of hibiscus and it also had egg white which I absolutely love! The presentation was beautiful and I really enjoyed it! My friend went with the Basilico Bliss which he enjoyed. I didn't try any, but it looked really good. As we were enjoying our drinks, the staff presented us with savory bar snacks. They were tasty and were a perfect compliment to our cocktails. They do have food on the menu, but we had already eaten so we stuck with our complimentary snacks. As we were closing out, the staff presented us with a complimentary mini dessert. Rory described it as a Carajillo Jello shot. I don't like jello (I hate the texture), but I do love Carajillos. My friend does not drink coffee and does not like coffee flavor, so I ate both of them. They were so delicious (but the texture was off putting lol). I typically don't mention the restrooms in my reviews, but this one is worth mentioning. All I have to say is heated seats with a bidet! We really enjoyed our visit. Had the drinks not been so pricey, we probably would have stayed longer. If you enjoy speakeasies and/or craft cocktails, go have a drink at The Vault! The experience alone is worth it!
