After being enthusiastically greeted by Sammy at the very busy dressing room who is delivering unexpected WOW moments of kindness to everyone walking in to try stuff on, all while addressing piles and piles and more piles of jeans he and staff will fold, sort and put back, I am still missing the mark on sizing and in-store availability. The frustration of jeans is why this is only a 'once in a decade" outing of me. Enter Skyler to the dressing room after digging around in the back to see if she could find a size for me. Although I walked out with only one pair of jeans this day, between Skyler and Sammy, these two employees really delivered what I did not see coming. Detailed and attentive service to seek out what I was looking for, checking labels for material composition to determine stretch, searching on their computer inventory/website, kicking in any discount they can where they can, and in the making recommendations to have items purchased on line with them right then and there and sent to my house. I am a local and I kind of really never consider this mall like ever for any of my retail shopping needs. I mean like never. It is kind of crappy mall and make no mistake, I still find it a crappy mall. But it is now a crappy mall with a beacon of light parked inside for me at the Levi' Outlet Store. Warning - Unauthorized Charges…read more I visited this store one time to accompany a friend while she was shopping. Since I was there, I purchased a single item. Somehow, after that one purchase, I was automatically enrolled into a monthly subscription without my consent. I didn't realize it until about three months later when I noticed recurring charges on my bank statement. I never signed up for a subscription and honestly wouldn't have anyway because I did not like the items or the quality of what I received. When I contacted the company to get reimbursed, it turned into a complete nightmare. They kept telling me to contact customer service, which I did multiple times. The strange part is that they claim they cannot find an account under my phone number, email address, or credit card. The only reason they say they can't locate it is because my purchase in the store was made by tapping my phone for payment. At that point, I had no choice but to block the charges through my bank. What makes this even more concerning is that after mentioning this to my friend, she discovered the same thing happening to her. Her sister thought my friend had been using her credit card because she had been getting charged monthly from Fabletics as well, even though she never signed up for a subscription. It gets worse: my friend later discovered that her deceased partner is still being charged monthly for this subscription. This is extremely concerning. There are recurring charges being taken out every month, yet there are no accounts tied to the payments and no clear record of merchandise or subscriptions. The only proof these subscriptions exist are the bank statements showing the charges. Be very careful when making purchases here.
