It took us a few minutes to get our bearings. Going to Target is basically like going to a mall - there are so many different areas. We were able to find the storage container and groceries that we needed. The store was clean, the shelves were perfect, and the aisles were wide enough for the carts. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially in the electronics department. The drive-up/pick-up area looked extremely busy, but the team seemed to be moving orders quickly and efficiently. Overall, this is a great location for regular shopping or quick errands. It's convenient and reliable for the basics, but if you're looking for a specific specialty item...like I was....you may want to check inventory ahead of time or visit during slower hours. I came here once or twice sometime in Feb or March 2025 (I don't specifically recall the date at the time of the review) as my sister ordered for pick up. We were able to easily find a spot to park in for pick up, and she entered the spot number on the app. A girl very promptly brought out our order and loaded it into the car for us. All items were bagged well and she ended up dropping one of the items on the ground and promptly let us know. It ended up being one of those baby food squeezeables, so it was no big deal as it didn't break open. Would recommend using the pick up for this Target. I haven't been inside in a while, so if I go back and shop inside, I will update my review for that. read more

I am a huge Target fan, but this location is by far the worst Target I have ever been to. I ordered some groceries online for drive-up. The person who handed me the items did not acknowledge me at all, no hello or thank you...not even one word. This was definitely the first experience for me at Target drive-up. Then when I opened the bags, I realized one of the frozen items I received was in an unbelivebable condition....clearly had been sitting in the freezer way too long and expired. Whoever packed up my order did not give a crap. The box was literally turned into particles and it scattered everywhere in my car and on my clothes. This experience does not change the fact I am still a Target fan but definitely not returning this particular one. read more

They just finished remodeling in 2024 but I preferred the old layout. This target has a large parking lot. Decent size target with 2 entrances ( but they usually close one entrance at night). Customer service is average at best and they mostly have self checkout stands now. They usually have 1 person at a register which usually has a long line. Overall, nothing special here. The manager Cheryl and cashier emmaunal were wonderful people. They helped my friend who is a teacher to set up her tax exempt account for ccsd. This was even done inbetween shift changes Tasha attempted to help but it was time for her to go on break which went very smoothly. Unfortunalty the womens bathroom was gross. The Christmas candy section was vast however all the Christmas candy items were not price marked. Some items were worth the price after price checking our items other were over what we will willing to spend. read more

Drive up associate Brandon had an attitude when asking for who I was picking up for. I didn't realize they went off names as I've done pick up orders many times before at multiple target locations and they usually don't go by names they ask for the code on ur target app. I am currently sick and was picking up cold medicine for myself so I just showed him my code on my app instead of straining my voice and he caught an attitude and asked for my name again. Idk if he was having a bad day but he needs to chill out or not work in customer service. He wasn't the associate who gave me my items. I normally love the service and quality here at the centennial target, but today I was a little disappointed and felt it should be noted. I told the checkout girl/target employee that one of my juices was leaking and she said oh no worries-you can go grab another one on your way out. I thought that was strange that it wasn't offered for another employee to go grab it for me. I even told her my foot was a little messed up so I didn't want to walk back over there so I didn't buy the juice. Then I told her I had waters and soda waters on the bottom of the cart and she tried to hand me the scanner to scan them and I said "can I just wheel them around to you?" She said "did you turn them upside down?" I said no sorry and she kind of had an annoyed look on her face. I didn't realize I was needing to make the target employees life easier. I'm about to drop $250 at target and don't want to lift soda waters and water onto the conveyor belt. Normally this lady is super nice, but she should probably notice how her attitude is towards repeat customers AND this was the only checkout open and I had a lot of items. My Updated Review! A crack pipe, locked up socks & the good/evil of customer service. Previously I gave this location three stars and I've decided to update it to one. The only star goes to one employee there, and her name is Marley who I believe is the HR manager there. I feel bad even mentioning her name here with a bad review because she was an absolute angel very sweet, extremely professional, and super patient. The Target circle app refused to work inside the store even while on their Wi-Fi and she was able to find a way for me to access my coupons and target circle money. I mean hey it was like $70 in savings. Marley I hope you are recognized and promoted because they absolutely need more people like you. If not then you deserve better. I'm giving the one star because I remain frustrated with the staff in general and their lack of personality or customer service. Before I asked for Marley I went through the cashier ( could not see her name but hoping the store manager sees this post and can ask Marley who it was) , the floor manager who both told me there's nothing they can do and I needed to call corporate and they needed to get the line moving so they shoved me to the side. Wow. This wasn't helping considering I had just stepped on a crack pipe and the accompanying foil ball while waiting for an employee to open up the men's underwear and sock section. First - how sad is this place that the "socks" and "underwear" have to be locked up. Secondly - even more sad that I find myself standing on a crack pipe while waiting for somebody to come unlock the socks and under underwear. When I showed the employee the pipe, he actually picked it up with his bare hand and I was like oh my God why are you touching that? He then realized he needed to get something and grabbed the pipe and foil with a paper towel and some spray. No gloves. He acted like it's a normal occurrence. Sheesh. I'm wondering how long the pipe was there and what would happen if a child picked it up and put it in their mouth. I'm beyond disgusted with the store they should be ashamed of themselves. Major overhaul needed. Former REVIEW: Somehow Target lost their way with their overall customer service and quality. Once in a blue moon I would get a cashier who was pleasant but most of the people working there seem like walking drones. Have people forgotten how to interact? It seems harder and harder to find someone in a red shirt to ask for help. Lastly , having a "grocery" section is convenient but the selection is less to be desired. We regularly go to two or three locations but last saturday we visited, and couldn't help but notice the Halloween seasonal department at this particular one was the largest that we've seen, in a great while. Since our son's birthday is next month, we are planning on giving out Halloween-themed goodie bags, and there is an aisle dedicated to that, in several denominations. We got three items in that aisle alone. It's also just fun to see what type of Halloween inventory there is, too. We noticed other families enjoying this department as well. Clean store, well-stocked. We needed a bunch of items, so it was a bigger shopping trip than usual. However, some items were not ringing up correctly; which we didn't catch until looking at the receipt while walking to the car. We waited in the car, while hubby went back inside to get it all sorted out. The Target brand 200 count cotton balls rung up at $2.79, but were marked $2.29- I check the signs before selecting an item. The Target brand peanut butter was mismarked, at $1.99, though, it was the smaller size for that price. Some weekly staples are: Low-sodium black beans, $0.85, rotisserie chicken deli meat, $3.69, (there is also turkey, uncured ham, & salami) assorted cheese blocks, $2.29 (special), mozzarella, white cheddar, etc. At the checkout, make sure you check the pricing. read more

They don't care if your packages have been stolen from your porch with proof showing someone taking your packages to where they will not honor an replacement nor refund for the stuff you bought after someone else ripping you off.. It's Target! This is my "Toys R Us". I love their clothing, store brand and home decor stuff. They sell Magnolia products from my favorite HGTV couple. Their store is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. They do enforce social distancing and the wear of masks and provides hand sanitizer. They do clean the carts for each use. I love the app that they have so you can use coupons if there is any and you can pay through the app. They did close down the Cafe and I think its because of COVID. But you can't go wrong with this place. It's one of those places where you go in to buy one item and leaves with one cart full of stuff. read more

As I watched numerous people mill around, I approached an employee to ask if there were any available cashiers and she said no. Then she informed me that I would have to help myself, unless I wanted to wait until 10 am, which was a two hour wait! While I scanned and bagged my entire cart, she just stood there. I don't often come to this location but I've been in here twice within the last 3 weeks. The place is usually clean and the associates are also friendly. Few weeks ago I went to self check out and James was assisting everyone there. Honestly, He was very attentive, helpful, and courteous- not just to myself but to everyone else checking out. Last week I also did a curbside pick up and forgot to check in on the app that I was on the way until I got there. The young gentleman that was running the pick up that day was quick and also courteous. This is one of the best locations on the north side of town thanks to their associates. read more
