Ridiculous to say the least. This is the 1st store me & my daughters finally were able to get a squishy in months ! What's in sane , we were first in line waiting a hot minute outside to score for my girls and when we went up the sign says "3 per person" . Literally awesome it means each of my girls can have 1 . This attitude filled lady told me my kids couldn't have any unless they had their own debit card WTH my kids are under 8??? I said what?? The other lady said I could just pay for each of us separate but this lady demanded my kids have a different credit card for every transaction. Guess what ! My kids weren't aloud to get the squishy they wanted & 1 kid was left out and she made me put her in the back of the line because it had to be a different transaction. What the F she's a little kid . Honestly how annoying ! The family behind us had 3 kids and they all checked out together I'm sure people don't have 4+ bank accounts. I didn't catch her name but seriously what kid has their own debit card to check out??? The other nice lady was telling her it was fine but she was so rude to even begin with. First time and last time in this store. A older gentleman put a toy back on shelf, maybe 15 items fell and workers walked by him. Didn't even try to help. This location of Five Below usually has what we are looking for. I only wish the Five Below's in Vegas would carry more Sanrio merchandise (like in other states) however they are getting better. Employees are nice. Interior is clean and somewhat organized however it can get disorganized depending on the time of day and season. Parking is plentiful. Five Below has a great deal of items to choose from like a huge variety of candies, toys, electronics, and various other items. Other than a few pieces of candy, they don't really offer anything for me, per se. But the kiddos love it so I like it. so there's a limit on squishies 3 PER PERSON but when you go up to pick which ones you want you can't get more than 3 per transaction/family. i had 4 kids with me and one had to be left out. lady was extremely rude as well. she wouldn't let us pick which ones we wanted either. when i asked why we couldn't get 4 (1 for each kid) the lady told us because the limit is 3 and that we have enough. i find it extremely rude to tell us that we have enough when one of my kids is being left out after they were so excited to each get their own squishy toy after months of looking for the ones they wanted. it's especially infuriating when your sign LITERALLY SAYS PER PERSON. not per family. not per transaction. she just wanted to be difficult and follow her own rules. read more

The store itself was fine and it was well maintained with a good product selection, although there was one worker named Sarah who was so rude for no absolute reason, and I just have never felt more disrespected in an establishment than I did today. I initially had to go up in this area and I wanted to stop by five below to pick up something. But when I have to use the restroom and I had nice clothing on at the time too and nice shoes and a dress a long Maxi. I had asked the employee if I could use the restroom I'm thinking it was a manager or shift leader they were very kind they unlocked the door I walked in and there was poop and pee everywhere. As I was inside I heard I'm guessing what is a ship leader and this manager they were bickering back and forth. I didn't end up using the restroom I was just taking pictures and I ended up leaving. Since they were already having a problem back and forth about something I wasn't even going to let them know what happened to the restroom I told them I couldn't use it the gentleman who opened the door I said I got to go. It's not the customer's responsibility to let people know that our employees at the restrooms are dirty that is their responsibilities to check in on them. People if you're going to go to a store and use the restroom be a decent human being and clean up your own baby's shit! I have never in my life have gone to an area where it's predominantly clean and the location and then all of a sudden there's just feces and urine everywhere this is pretty disgusting. I haven't returned since I will eventually I will not be using the restroom and beforehand if I do ask to use the restroom I will ask the employee to check the restroom. Most of the five below that I have gone to I don't know if it's the time that I go it's usually discussing it's messy it's torn down there's always something going on if they had security or hired someone specifically to do certain things like clean the restrooms this problem wouldn't have happened this is unfortunate because it was also hot outside during summer time and it was this year. I'll still shop at these locations I just won't do much in the restrooms because I don't trust it I normally clean the restroom before I use it with my own cleaning supplies because it's disgusting but this was just over the top. read more

My daughter and I finally had a chance to stop by Five Below! This store is relatively new in the Northwest Las Vegas. It's located in the Centennial Plaza off of the 95N/Ann Exit. There is a lot of parking spaces available! I was in awe with all of the different offerings inside Five Below. My daughter and I were specifically looking for water toys such as water balloons, water noodles, and much more! The prices ranged from $1 - $5 depending on what items we were buying. The team members at Five Below were extremely helpful, especially since it was our first time here! We ended up picking some candy out - 10 pieces for $1.00. There is a wide range of merchandise available at Five Below. You can find toys, apparel, electronics, home goods, and much more! The self check out was a breeze. read more

Five Below has finally made it's way to Las Vegas. I was driving by thought my eyes were playing tricks on me so I doubled back.The East Coast in me could not believe it ! Located in a shopping center there is plenty of parking. With it's signature signage it cannot be missed. The store is set up in sections as usual. The shelves were stocked and organized despite the opening day crowd. Fellow East Coasters and curious newbies packed the aisles. The tshirt selection and sandals did not disappoint. I hit up the makeup aisle and scored some cute coffin nails and make up brushes. In electronics I picked up cell phone accessories and a motion light. The fitness and toy sections were packed with variety. On to stationary there were some great quality sketch pads and markers. Finally I hit up the candy! The store was a comforting reminder of home. The staff was personable and energetic . They kept the store flowing despite the crowd. I will definitely return to see the store on a normal day. read more

My Bestfriend actually introduced me to this store when I visited Texas earlier in the month. This store is soooo awesome, and I'm so happy that there are 3 stores in Vegas now. We both tried to look for Five Belows in Vegas when I was in Texas, and I was pretty sad that there weren't any ..YET. What a surprise it was when I came back home and saw that 3 new stores have opened. I checked this one out today, and it was great! The workers were very friendly, and the store was clean too. It's so affordable there. The things they sell range from magnets to candy to make up to board games to home decor and so many more things. They even have books, cleaning supplies, and other random things. To be honest, when I enter this store, my creativity gets stimulated. I imagine how I'd want my future apartment to look like. I imagine about the random hobbies I could learn (because they even have art supplies, for example). I imagine about the fun things I could even do with my family and friends. Since I dont live in Las Vegas anymore I was really looking forward to checking this store out. We took our kids here to get some pool toys and found so much more than we expected! My 6 year old found so many toys and things that would be way pricier at other stores. We walked out with all 4 kids happy and mom and dad!! I used to love this location and now it's always low on inventory, the store is a mess, and they close all the registers and make you wait for them to check you out. 1- why have self checkout if I can't check myself out? 2- why is it at 11:30am your shelves are that empty when you barely open at 10am and it's a weekday? 3- why is this store always a mess? Five below its a fun and dangerous place to go. They have so many products to choose from and lots of different kinds of snacks too. They have make up, electronics, house decor, cleaning, season decoration, fitness, and kids toys. Anything is $5 and below and occasionally some were above $5. I recently got tons of Christmas decoration because I don't want to spend too much. I found a 4ft Christmas tree. Not bad for $4 and some ornaments and lights. I got to have some holiday spirit without breaking the bank. They have lots of selection. Come check it out even and I am sure you will find something you will like. read more

I used to love come this location because of how organized and clean it was. Sadly it's not like this is anymore. Obviously the managements has let this place go. I couldn't believing how messy out of place everything is. Their candy section, makeup places is totally wrecked stuff in the floor things wrong places just totally mess. The store looks like a old. Lots of a broken shelf and broken counter of the checkout. Be a careful in the candy the plastic holder lots them broken I hurt my hand in because it was sharp. My gf will actually go to other location in Durango because it's a so much nicer, spacious and clean also have more a selection. The customer service here is terrible, I had seen lady with glasses and dreads being rude to her Co workers, ordering them like a slaves. Then lady that checked out me yelled to me cannot scan my items no more selfs checkouts I just have to wait on line. It also not helped that it's a very hot inside the store and have musty odor smell. So I just wait for 10 minutes on line. Today I went to Five Below and I just have to say that your associate that was helping at check out was so rude and unprofessional. You are not allowed any longer to use self check out, which I can totally understand. However I did not know this going in and proceeded to use the self check out. The associate pointed to the sign and rudely said, " you see the sign ma'am?" "You have to wait for one of us to call and help you." I was taken aback and said "ok I can wait" and gave her an attitude back. Then she just started to ring my things up while complaining to another associate that she ain't going to be checking people out all day. Umm did you forget it's your job?! Also check your attitude before coming into your place of work. I will never be coming back to this location again. read more

To whom this may concern I went to my local Five Below store in Las Vegas on tropical Parkway #1358. I have been shopping at this location for years as well as the other locations in LV. Today my visit was very unsatisfactory as being a customer here I am familiar with the restrooms. I went to use the restroom this afternoon as me and my partner were shopping and from the last time I remembered the code. As every worker was busy with freight ( and just so you are aware the racks were ALL OVER the floor) I went to let myself in. The next thing I know someone is pounding on the bathroom door yelling at me to "GET OUT! this is an EMPLOYEE restroom ONLY" he pounded on the door at two different times. I rushed as fast as I could to finish and wash my hands. I did not see a sign that said employees only as a stated before I have use the restrooms there before, and I have never seen a sign. When I asked for his name he would not give me one or an explanation as to why I was being rushed. Then as I looked at him I remembered I seen him at one of the other locations. His name is David and he is a SM at FB in LV. When he would not answer me I asked others what his name was and no one would say a word, they just turned and walked away from me. I have been a customer of Five Below for years and not once has it gotten to this point to where I had to reach out to someone and let them know what is really going on in these stores not only was there a restroom incident,your store is not ADA compliant, with all the large racks outside on the sales floor, no one in a wheelchair would be able to move anywhere. Also, your emergency exits are blocked with shopping cart full of merchandise so in case of any emergency were to happen, there is no exit strategy in place. I will be also be reaching out to the city for these safety codes not being in place. Something needs to change. You as a company need to look at these workers and teach them something called customer service (even if it's not always a positive situation). Send this to whom you must but from what I saw and experienced this afternoon, corporate needs to know what is actually going on. No one would give me corp information so I had to call another location for communication. I look forward to your response . read more

Purchased a chair a few weeks ago and after a few uses it broke and I FELL SO HARD. I was kind of upset because it was really cute, but you get what you pay for! It was cheap so I couldn't of expected much. Otherwise, I come here all of the time and anything and everything that I buy is great. Anyway... I called this morning to ask if there was any way that I could get store credit even though I did not have a receipt or the tags. I am a retail manager on the strip so I understand that most times, you cannot do a full return in this situation. The girl on the phone said that that was fine and was very kind. Later on in the day I proceeded to go to the location on rainbow. Three associates helped me out in total because they could not figure out how to do the exchange. The final associate, which was a manager, came to tell me that he could not do it at all because I didn't have the barcode. He didn't really take any time to listen to my situation and was quick to say no. He had even mentioned trying to just go to another store since he couldn't help me. I left feeling a bit upset because I had been told otherwise beforehand. Right after, I called the tropical store to explain my situation and Mel was so enthusiastic and the BEST WORKER EVER. I pulled up to her store and she was able to give me a gift card in exchange for my troubles. SHE DID THIS WITHOUT THE TAG/BARCODE AND WITHOUT THE RECEIPT. She took the time to tend to my needs as a customer and gave the most spectacular service. Thanks, Mel!!! Highly recommended. read more
