The name should be changed to Over a Dollar Tree as there is basically nothing that cost $1. There is a few aisles to the right that normally has whatever that month's holiday is or what is coming up next. There is a huge selection of cards to choose from (birthdays, anniversaries etc). I'm not fond of the food here (it is mostly pre-packaged or convenience type food - for best fresh food finds, like bread & produce, I like 99 cents only), in particular, but we have found some items, from time to time. Welll guess this store is closed now! Bc some girl teeens set the potato chips on fire From wat i was told. My neighbor went there few days ago n said he saw the wmployees and They were theowing alll store items in a huge trash bin So i guesss they r not reopening Sucks that these kids r so rude and doing bad things n now it affects us all! The store looked stocked with a good selection of food items , cosmetics and overall their shelves were pretty well stocked. There was only one cashier my receipt says James. Customer service could be better, no greeting and no thank you, the only thing he said was "you need a receipt". Do better! Visited this store on 10/2/2025 . You are now $1.25 , $1.50 and $3-up. Store was very messy and unorganized. The prices are mostly over $1, cashier was highly unprofessional she was having a full on conversation with someone that she was talking to in her AirPod. The person before me checking out was confused thought she was speaking with them and than walked out I also thought she was talking possibly to me but I realized she was on the phone. I enjoy going to the dollar tree, they have great bargains and not too bad quality. My issue with most of the dollar tree stores is how messy the customers are. It's amazing how you see empty drinks stuffed in areas that shouldn't be there. Hey, I understand maybe, you don't have the money to pay for the drink but the least you could do is throw the empty drink in the rubbish can. I also see lots of items on the floor of the store, outside of the store, etc. I don't know the answer to having a decent looking dollar store but the customers should be more mindful and take care of the store too. if you see something, say something. I came here to buy balloons for my niece's birthday. But once again their helium tank is empty. Ok no big deal, I asked the cashier if they sold some gift cards and she showed me where they were. I decided to get my niece a $50.00 gift card from Sephora so I don't have to make another trip to the actual Sephora store. Well, a few weeks later, my niece tried to used it but she said the card was empty. I told her to call customer service bc that's not right. She called them but they said they couldn't do anything and to go to the actual store. My niece went to the store with the receipt in hand but the manager said there wasn't anything they could do either. I am so disappointed with how they handled this. They told me to dispute it with my bank. I told them I paid CASH so how do I dispute that?! It looks to me that someone at the store voided that transaction and took the cash!!! This Dollar Tree is the only location in the Centennial area so I go there frequently. It is usually stocked and organized however, the lines are constantly very long with only 1 cashier. It is rare to ever observe a manager come out of that front office to give direction or assist but they most definitely can be found outside the front door smoking cigarettes. This is the first time I have ever been in a Dollar Tree. My daughter likes to try out new places in the Las Vegas Valley as well and so we decided to stop by while we were eating breakfast at babystacks. Inside the store, I was quite pleasantly surprised. The store was clean inside and the staff was quitr friendly. There was a whole bunch of household items, to clothes, and children toys. Everything that we saw in the store was a 1$. Mostly everything inside the store was off-brand. The store even had makeup! If you are in need of supplies at a cheap price, you should check out this store. read more

If I could leave a 0 stars I would! I had the most awful experience at this location! Despite the lack of cashiers the staff has poor attitude and performance. Yesterday I went to this location and purchased multiple glass cups. The cashier proceeded to carelessly put the cups in the bag. I apologized for being difficult considering there was a line but asked if she can wrap the glass as it is standard and I did not want them to break. Instead she looked at me carrying my sleeping toddler and said there was a long line. She attempted to call someone who stated they were busy. At that point she was just putting my cups to the side and finished checking me out. I asked for some news paper so I can wrap myself and rather than help the woman watched me attempt to wrap these glasses one handed with my child in my other hand. Instead of helping me wrap the remainder of the glasses she proceeded to check out the next customer and put everything she was purchasing on top of my stuff. Eventually another lady came out to help me wrap the last my glasses but over all the worst experience. read more

Store is filthy, only 1 cashier always. Not safe for the staff with all the recent crime in the area!The isles are either messy or not stocked well. Cashier are nice and try to be as fast as they can, but management is not trying to keep the place neat or properly staffed. I guess covid precautions at this store doesn't mean anything to their employees. I guess the "lead" Sue because she sure doesn't qualify to be a manager does her own thing. She's disrespectful to people's personal space and she clearly doesn't follow social distancing protocols. As I was checking out she decided to push past me through the already cramped check out aisle without so much as saying excuse me. When I made comment that she didn't say excuse me she just continued talking with her cashier only to push past me yet again on her way back. Disgusting!!!!!!!!! I ran into the bathroom and was shocked at how gross it was. There's absolutely NO excuse for such filth. This wasn't an "end of the day so we're about to clean" type of messes. This was a let's not Ever clean type of mess. There is mold in the soap dispenser as well as debris and who knows what!!!! What the hell are the employees using to wash their hands? This was my go to store when COVID-19 hit Vegas. The store was always stocked with various cleaning supplies. They have a limit of 5 cleaning products per customer per day. I appreciated that they added a day to open early to seniors. It took them awhile, June, to put duct tape on the ground to help remind people checking out to social distance and added the barrier at the register. I've gone at least once a week to get supplies for my employees to use for their client's they work with as essential workers. Thank you to the employees for working through a tough time and keeping the shelves full. read more

This was my very first visit to any Dollar Tree Store. What got me there was just the circular in the Sunday paper. I was just looking for some Christmas decorations for my dogs graves at the pet cemetery; and some for my desk at work. Found lots of cheap Christmas items; and exactly what I was looking for. HORRIBLE customer service. There was an associate named Jazz that was extremely rude. She was very dismissive as she was checking me out. After she had checked me out I was trying to get my card put away and she just tossed my bag to the side and carried on with the next customer while I was still standing right in front of her seemingly trying to rush me away. The customer behind me was an older woman and she hadn't taken her items out of her basket. The woman proceeded to take the basket and dump it out letting everything crash on the belt. It made a very loud noise and the older woman jumped and the associate didn't even bother to acknowledge it or anything. She just had a smug look on her face. Very very rude. On June 25 2021 @ 4 :25 pm I walk into the establishment to purchase a few items when i arrived to the front there where to 2 registers open with 12 people in 1 line and 6 in another when i noticed how long the line was i said we need help here with all the people in line a Cashier by the Name of Susan with the rudest Attitude Said will i like to open a Check stand i told her it wasn't my job and she needed to request for more help to come and help. I told her that it was not very good customer service the way she respond to me and i would be making a yelp review about her nasty comment when i said that she told me i need to leave and she was calling the police several customers stated that I had did nothing wrong and i have the right to free speech you left her register with 12 customers still in her line and said she was calling the police i told her i had fid nothing wrong but i would leave another Customer yelled in the store you did right by stating what was going on. I removed myself from the store and went and sat in my car has my Husband finished waiting in line to make the purchase of are things i feel like she was upset that i would make the review about her very nasty customer service so she threaten to call the police as i was sitting in my car she came out of the store on the phone stating that called her a derogatory name she have stand on why she was calling the authority which was a lie. Honestly, what is there not to really like at a dollar tree, besides the quality of a few items? If you know how much everything costs outside of this store, and know how to save and spend money--you're on the right track. Last week, I watched as a disabled elderly Lady asked for help taking her purchases to her car, which was parked less than 15 feet away from the door in handicapped. Both the cashier and then the manager told her no, I personally could not understand the manager telling her "No, everyone is working" when she obviously wasn't. That BRAVE LADY, asked again - and was told no again, I call her BRAVE because she had enough chutzpah to leave - right in the middle of her $50-$60 purchase being rung up, (before I could offer help) and walk out! Kudos to you - I hope you read this, you are my HERO! I started counting, it took that crippled old Lady all of 30 seconds to reach her car, and I could see why she needed help - there was no way she could've made 3 or even 2 trips. As to the UNCARING and MEAN manager who couldn't afford 30 seconds of her time, she was left with a counter full of food and other items, that was going to take her/her employees, at least 15 minutes to re-stock, they had to clear the counter before they could take the next in line (about 5 minutes) AND they didn't get that old Dear's money. That elderly Lady taught me a valuable lesson, always treat your elders with the dignity they earned and deserve....and don't be afraid to walk out when someone won't, You don't have to pay for being treated like less than a human being. I was shopping with my cart half full. I love your store and I shop quite frequently. 3 times a week... to get my home organized. When I asked to use the restroom, one employee said that I have to ask for the key at the register. This is just a few minutes ago 9/1/2017. 9:15 am. I asked the lady at the cash register for the key to restroom. She immediately said there's no key to the restroom. I told her the man at the back told me to ask from the front. She immediately said, It's out of order. And said that the man is just a STOCKER! I pushed my cart towards the window and walk out. So this person knows...
