I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I was very disappointed by my experience here today…read more I came into the store with my daughter, who was excited to shop for items for activities we planned to do together. One of the aisles was mostly blocked while an employee was stocking shelves and talking with another employee. I politely said "excuse me" before passing through, and the employee immediately seemed upset and told me "what's your problem, just go around" because she was working. I responded that we were shopping, and the interaction escalated from there. What bothered me most was being called "entitled" in front of my child. The situation became uncomfortable enough that we left the store without purchasing anything, and my daughter was very disappointed. I later found out the employee involved was the store manager, named DAL which honestly made the experience even more disappointing. I understand retail can be stressful, but professionalism and basic respect toward customers should still matter.

They have a beautiful mirror to use and cute little dressing rooms to try stuff on, which is perfect. The girl that works the register is very sweet. I asked her how it works and she was very kind to explain. You read the sign just above the clothes. They will state the sizes and any other info. Each little closet area is owned by a different person so that's why all the clothes are not sectioned by size. This is definitely a fun shop to visit for a fun thrifting afternoon. The parking lot is good size so I was able to find a spot. Though it is kinda busy. There are quite a few other shops and restaurants. It is situated back on the bottom floor of the shopping mall.
