We purchased floor tiles and supplies for our entire home and shower tile and supplies for our 2 bathrooms in our new build, from the Rainbow location yesterday. We were assisted by Alyssa. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We discussed all of the necessary supplies we would need for tile work and placed the order. We were fully covered for the tiling jobs since our project manager only told us to order the tile. Turns out we needed all but the thin set. Our project manager neglected to tell us prior to ordering that we did not need the thin set but Alyssa assured me that anything that wasn't needed could be returned. I wasn't able to speak to the project manager until the following day and it turns out the thin set was not needed, so I was able to have the order adjusted prior to pick up by our project manager. Alyssa knows her stuff for sure! I asked her honest opinion on grout color choices and she led me in the right direction! We are very thankful for all of her help and guidance and expertise through this journey. When we return to the store for future purchases, we will remember Alyssa for sure. To cancel the thin set from the order prior to pick up, I called this afternoon and spoke with Aidan and Aidan was able to process the return before our pick up and issue a credit to our account. We appreciate both Alyssa and Aiden for their knowledge and dedication to customer satisfaction. The Clemens family. read more

I went to Floor & Decor and made an appointment with Tony to learn the basics of installing tile. I am planning to replace my carpet with tile and wanted to see what doing the project myself would entail. Tony walked me through everything , from the different types of tile to the kinds of grout . The difference between ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone. If you are thinking of doing your own tile project, definitely go to Floor & Decor, ask to speak with a manager, and schedule an appointment with Tony. He'll set you up on a Saturday and make sure you leave with all the knowledge you need. They offer DIY classes which I think is an amazing idea. You walk out of there feeling confident in your projects. . This place reminds me of Home Depot but for flooring . They carry beautiful tile pieces and pretty good price compared to other tile stores I've looked into. Their delivery fee is $250 . read more

Huge shoutout to Kimberly! I was completely lost and thought I was beyond help, but she stepped right in and saved the day. She was incredibly nice, sweet, and patient with me. Outstanding customer service--thank you so much, Kimberly! read more

We gave 3 since the many purchases we made over the years have been great quality, fair priced and the staff is amazinq. I highly recommend Floor & Decor. BUT, this time we went to their design center rather than DIY. Needing 920 sq ft of floating LVT flooring installed over existing tile, the design center person said the price would be about $2.65/sq ft and that included reusing baseboard, and moving appliances and furniture. We have a loft so all is open and installation is pretry straightforward. Seemed fair priced so we arranged for a measurement and were ready to go. The quote was sent at $5.70/sq ft for labor only! No detail provided to note any challenges or add ons. No answer was given when we called on why the quote was so much higher than quoted. We didn't get the flooring, the price was too high for us. So very very disappointed by their installers. read more

great customer service!! every employee has been helpful and patient. home depot can learn a thing or two from here.

I never have a problem finding exactly what I need at this Floor and Decor. Just finished remodeling my entire home and found all the finishing materials in one location. All the staff have been super helpful with my orders making ordering large quantities a breeze, especially if Irish is helping you. read more

Floor & Decor is a store that specializes in flooring, home accents, and backsplashes. You can find all sorts of laminate, tile and much more at Floor & Decor. We ended up buying a bunch of San Giorgio Polished Porcelain tile to replace our first level flooring in the house. It was a pretty easy process to buy the tile and then pick-it-up. We initially didn't realize that their delivery services was only through 3rd party and that Floor & Decor typically recommends pick-up only. We rented a U-Haul for the day to pick up all the tiles. All of the materials was in great shape. Irish at Floor & Decor was quite helpful! If you're looking to start a new project in your home and would like flooring inspiration, you should stop by Floor & Decor! read more

Irish is the best in pro. He always takes care of me ! He texts me and helps me even on his days off. I love the service here

Super impressed! Night and day difference from my trip to Lowes. We got a new house and there's a million things to do. One of them being install new flooring. I tried to go to Lowes earlier to ask about paint and got about negative 5000 service that left me feeling... derelict. I came to Floor & Decor fearing no one would help me, in which case I'd be done because I know literally nothing about floors and even with some internet research, was still intimidated and clueless. Well in comes Nay. She was more than nice, she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and informative. She explained the different types of flooring and showed me what they had while explaining pros and cons and really helped me feel confident in making a choice. I was so impressed. This is what shopping for home improvement should feel like and I give major props to Floor & Decor and Nay for making this experience seamless and stress-free. My floors turned out awesome. Thank you! read more

Why go anywhere else, this place is amazing! If I could give 5 thousand stars, I would! Starting from the moment we entered the store the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have a large selection of tile, marble, wood, and more at reasonable prices. They also offer no interest financing for 12 months. I especially want to give a shout out to Eunique and Amaih who sprung to action when a precariously stacked pile of tile samples we were purchasing tipped over and caught it before it could break or seriously injure me or anyone else. They caught it just as it tipped over and showed contrition and concern for something that wasn't their fault. They even walked us out and helped us put our samples in our car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for flooring. read more

Kayla Fisher is the best !!! Whenever I am at the store on Rainbow Blvd, Kayla always meets and exceeds my needs and expectations. If you want attentive and quality service at the North rainbow Floor And Decor, see Irish at the pro desk. He has been helping myself and my company with purchases for a few years now. He's always attentive, gets back to us expediently and does his best to have orders ready when we arrive to pick them up. We truly appreciate when employees of a large company go out of their way to be courteous and helpful. read more

Had a good selection of tiles that we were looking for, although most of the colors were neutrals. We were looking for neutrals in addition to a colored tile for the shower wall but they didn't have much variety. Also, it is a pet friendly store. We saw someone with a rabbit and another person walking an unleashed dog that approached us. read more

Probably one of the best flooring stores thats open to the public. Floor & Decor has pretty much every type of flooring, backsplash and home accent you can imagine. Prices are similar to what you can find at Lowes or Home Depot but the selection here is far more expansive. They have a design center to help with inspiration and the employees are knowledgeable about their products. They have a solid return & exchange policy plus you can browse their entire selection from their website. One last tip: I'd advise anyone whose buying from here to examine each box to ensure there are no cracked or damaged pieces. read more

On our tile-search journey, this has been the largest showroom, hands down. We've been to Daltile, Lowe's and Home Depot, so far. I should also mention that I did some website research, before coming to this store, so I was familiar with some of the tile inventory. There are some projects (kitchen and bathroom) for inspiration on the left side of the front of the store (facing the front door, to exit). Many of them were quite the designer looking type of projects. (Check out my pics.) There is a table to discuss design ideas with a clerk, which is pretty convenient. Ceramic tile, porcelain tile, roman tile, glass tile, subway tile, sealed and unsealed (ideal for the kitchen backsplash and bathroom walls) in so many colors, patterns, sizes, textures, and I could go on and on, but I will stop here. It is impressive and could be overwhelming. I loved the choices and versatility of the possibilities. (Check out my pics.) I like that there is a table to place your sample pieces to help assist you with your choices. (I was contemplating a dual backsplash for our kitchen.) We did find some contenders. We need to get a quote from our contractor, in order to make our final decision. The middle (part of the store) features some other tile options for inside and outside, such as pebble, some wood-like looking ones, saltillo (from Mexico), just to name a few. Prices are high up, making it easy to figure out your budget, along with the price per tile or foot (you will have to note the size, which is specified), and how many pieces are in a box (the only downside with this store, (hence the four stars) is that when you purchase a box, you cannot return individual pieces, unlike Lowe's policy (we just got our guest bathroom remodeled)). Towards the back of the middle of the store are the bathrooms, which are pretty nice (displaying the materials and also, it's advertising), and clean, too. The right side of the store (facing the front door, to exit) features flooring, like: bamboo (I liked that one the most), wood, laminate, pet proof and children proof floors. (Hubby estimated that our cost for materials would be at least $3000, so that project is not in our immediate future. It is a clean store. We didn't notice many clerks working on the floor, so maybe there were more of them working in the back (?). It was a sunday, and there were numerous customers on a sunday night, surprisingly (but then again, tax return season). Hubby asked for assistance but the clerk did not seem to know about the particular tile, saltillo. read more

Very poor customer service at both the Summerlin and Northwest locations. We needed help with 18 heavy boxes of tile--no one offered assistance. Both stores were slow, yet staff were nowhere to be found or simply ignored us. For a purchase of this size, the lack of support was extremely frustrating. Worst service we've experienced in a long time. read more

This place is impressive! There is so much to look at and I like how it's easy to navigate through the store to find different materials. They offer a great selection at different price points. Before moving in to our new home, we took most everything down to the studs. We updated the kitchen, the flooring and all the bathrooms. I couldn't have done it without the assistance of the designer, Freya. She is an amazing designer! She helped me stay focused and with her help we came up with a game plan for the house. I love what we came up with! I highly recommend Freya and kudos to Floor & Decor for offering free design services. read more

Floor & Decor - 48x48 massive tile - Kitchen & Bath Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I don't usually do reviews but Tony and Hayden deserve recognition for the high level of customer service that they provide. I started DMS bathroom project couple of weeks back and purchased part of my supplies from the usual guys (Lowes and Home Depot). This is my first time doing this sort of job so I had many questions and I got little to no help from them. My wife and I come to Floor and Decor to choose the design for our shower tile. We were approached by Hayden and she started helping us. The level of knowledge this employee has is incredible. She answered all our questions and in fact helped us to find everything we needed to complete our project. Her supervisor Tony offered his support and advice as well. They also offered free project consultations to help you with any questions you may have. I highly recommend Floor and Decor to anyone. This is a place where you will get answers to any questions you may have and great prices. Give them a visit next time before you start your project and you won't regret it. You will deal with people who care. read more

I was a little angry when I wrote my first review. Now I am irritated that the email they want me to respond to doesn't work, so I will share here My first visit was amazing, quick check in and load even at the end of their day. I know I can't blame dumb drivers on anyone, but I think they could have evened out the loads and used plastic or metal strapping on them. The first pallet had 55 boxes of vinyl flooring and 3 rolls of plastic. I only has one tie strap, the load was only secured with shrink wrap from the store. I decided to take the back roads to avoid traffic, but, someone ran a stop sign and cut me off. I hit the brakes and swerved, about 10 boxes broke loose and hit the ground. I was angry. The next load was 45 boxes and secured with binding straps from the store. The next load was even smaller, 25 boxes, and only shrink wrap again. I know I shouldn't hold the first night against your company, I love your store, but next time I need flooring, I will use Home Depot. Military discount and free installation. I guess this was a live and learn moment for me. Sent from my iPhone read more
