This happened on 8/20/2024. I was very confused and disappointed by this experience, and I do not recommend this store. I felt terrible for my daughter and her friends. I have never had a manager approach me and tell me that it was one child per adult. My intention was to purchase something special for each of my daughter's friends, as it was her birthday. This store was one of my daughter's favorite places because of its jewelry selection and the value of its items. Unfortunately, the manager's behavior made us feel humiliated and embarrassed. What a cute little shop for some quick outfits and gifts. I would definitely say it's bohemian girlie vibes. Sizing is limited and you won't find plus sizing in there. You can get a cute lacy dress with a jacket and sandals or booties. They also have an interesting mix of gift giving like bride to be section of self care (masks, hair rollers, etc) The ladies there were super helpful as I was just looking for some flats for a quick change from my heals but not much luck. The did have some lug soled loafers and that was cute. The perfume I bought at checkout was floral and not too strong. Price range is a bit higher than let's say Forever 21 but that's ok. Not only did I get attitude from trying to get into the store when it opened, but I also got attitude when I wanted to check out because she wasn't ready. Probably one of my all time favorite stores. This cute spot is located in The District and is near Elephant Bar. Cute Accessories? They got em. Need an outfit for a special occasion or just for casual Friday? They got em. New shoes to go with that outfit? Well, you guessed it, they got those, too. The clothes here are always on trend and so adorable. I always get compliments on my outfits from here. They also have some amazing gifts if you're needing something for a secret Santa, your friend that just got engaged or a birthday gift. There's tons of little knick knacks to select from, from amazing smelling candles to cute wine glasses with adorable phrases. This store really is every basic girls dream. And I've always had the best service here, too. I think they must only hire sweet girls in good moods. Seriously though. The employees are always so helpful and welcome you from the moment you walk in. Often times they even come over and ask your name and introduce themselves, too. I warn you, just save your time and money by not going to this Francesca's location. I will not condone poor customer service and blatant disrespect from who is the store manager, Lisa. The fact that she is the store manager is appalling. I surely wasn't surprised as all the negative reviews on yelp & google are from customers who also experienced her atrocious behavior. My experience: Lisa refused to process a return of mine telling me that it was my fault for not checking the bottom of my receipt where it reads "items under $10 is final sale". I bought 2 earrings that were technically full priced, not marked down, but under a buy 1 get 1 free promo. The way they rang it up was they split the cost of 1 earring which was $22 so one item came out to $13 and the other was $9). I was returning both. She didn't listen to the fact that I told her I asked the sales assoc at the time of purchase if these items will be refundable where she assured me I wouldn't have a problem returning the items. This is why I proceeded to purchase. Lisa failed to apologize for any type of miscommunication and instead told me the return policy is posted throughout the store & is stated at the bottom of my receipt. I would have assumed a mgr in retail would understand the concept that a receipt is printed AFTER the sale! So really her argument was not valid and was just a way for her to not take any accountability. At this point it really isn't about the money, I could care less about $9 and some change, it's the principle. Instead, I escalated to corporate after seeing all her negative reviews. The district mgr (she's mostly at the Summerlin location) was polite & understanding as she even acknowledged that I'm not being unreasonable. She was the one that apologized for Lisa's demeanor but truly, the apology should have come from Lisa herself. Due to her ignorance, I had to take ANOTHER trip to the store. It's like she just wants to make it difficult for customers. Now I will never be returning to this store even if it's a convenient location for me. I can't support it. read more

I had purchased an order online. Upon arrival, several of the clothing items had faulty zippers that wouldn't unzip. I attempted to return the items to this location today and was told by employee (Lisa) that they were not accepting returns today. When I inquired why, she said there is a sign in the door indicating they were closing early tonight to do inventory. Again, I was confused as to what that had to do with accepting a return while the store was open. No apology, no alternative offered, and a complete LIE. Terrible customer service! I called a different store to see if that was the case at all locations and the manager told me that was not true and they could indeed accept returns even though they were performing inventory later that night. 1.23.18 The two young ladies working were super helpful & great. I found some cute heart & unicorn earrings for myself, a unicorn tape dispenser for my niece, journals & friendship gifts for a friend bday & so much more. They also sell purses, clothes & a huge variety of fun stuff. It's hard to see it all so thankfully I was the only one in the last hour so had time to browse w/o a packed store as they usually are. Tonight my friends and I went shopping at the district and went inside francesca's. All went well until I tried on a pair of $12 sunglasses. I thought they looked nice and my friend began to take a picture to which the employee very rudely said "Ladies... no." shaking her head, without even explaining what we did that upset her. Super sale was going on when I visited this store. The deal was buy one item get the next item 40% half off and I'm pretty sure it applied for everything. They were mostly stalked on their inventory but a couple of items I couldn't find in extra small or small. They had a clearance area in the back so definitely check that out first and foremost! The deals were select though especially with sizing, due to obvious supply and demand. They carry all sorts of eclectic items from candles, to pull containers with cute sayings, bralletes, password journals, an assortment of different style journals and notebooks, scarves, casual shirts and clothes, as well as dressy attire. They even had cute baby books that you could easily give as a gift to someone who just gave birth. They were the kind you document the first year or first couple years keeping track of pictures and memories you don't want to forget. For being a smaller store they had a good size of dressing rooms, at least 2-3! It was nice to not have to wait to try anything on. I also loved the mugs they had which were adorable for any birthday or just an everyday gift for anyone. They had ring trays, jewelry as well and home decor. I was pleasantly surprised not knowing they would have so many items in one place, especially that were all so cute! Making it close to even a one stop destination if you wanted it to be. So every time I come to THIS location the girls are very rude! Not helpful at all! They asked me if I had a face mask I said I didn't! I asked them if they had one I could have , they said to try next store! Now every other store that requires a face mask has ones for people that maybe forgot theirs ? Correct? Two employees "working" near register and not once did they acknowledge my presence when I entered or while I was shopping. I was the only one in the store. They were just talking. They have an eclectic mix of stuff - costume jewelry and a few books, candles and clothes, to chocolate calculators and gum iPhone stands. Went in yesterday to do some shopping and didn't see anything that popped out at me. They did have two pairs of shoes for sale - one was a vibrant blue pair of suede heels, but they were a size 9 so they were too small. They had some cute sweater jackets, but they were only available in a size small. BOO! read more

Worst Francesca's I've been to. Every other Francesca's store I've been through I was greeted at entry and asked if I needed help while browsing. However, at this Francesca's, the associates did nothing. All they did was sit in the back by the dressing rooms and gossiped about whatever and people. The same thing happened to all other people that walked in. Even if they have nothing to do, they should at least act professional and look busy while there are people in their store. I hate that I have to write a bad review while on my vacation. I was looking for casual shoes/ sandals to wear and my friend who used to live out here advised me to go here. I was staying at Green Valley Ranch right next door. The 2 ladies working didnt even acknowledge my existence. They were busy gossiping and talking about their weekend and god only knows what. I can tell they are definitely not getting paid on commission because they did not care to give any kind of customer service to anyone that walked through them doors while I was there. Every time I asked them if they had a my shoe size they looked at me like how dare I interrupt their conversation. I felt like a 5 yr old interrupting 2 grown folks talking by their stares. I gave 2 stars for the selection they had. Very cute items and clothes in this store. I believe the bad customer service is only at this location because since Ive been here I also visited the location in Gilbert, San Tan Village and the girls working there were not like this what so ever ‍ read more

I was on my merry way to Anthropologie's sale rack when I saw a sandwich board outside of Francesca's Collections announcing buy one get one 50% off all attire. I made an immediate detour inside. This location is just like the one in Town Square but smaller. The ladies who work here are also a lot more helpful. They carry cute accessories, bags, and clothing for a reasonable price. Shirts are probably from $28-$40 and dresses are $38-60. The clothes have an urban feel to them so don't expect to find too many club wear options here. I ended up snagging two shirts and paid $60 after the BOGO. Unfortunately, I have two issues with this place. My first qualm is that yes, they carry some sub-par materials, such as shirts made out of 100% polyester, but still charge $38 for the shirt. The lower quality of some of their fabrics also lead to some items being very ill-fitting. Secondly, their return policy requires tags on. I took the tag off of my shirt today to wear and it has that weird moldy smell that someone once told me was from the way it was packaged and shipped. Thus, I paid $38 for a 100% polyester shirt that was kind of smelly, and I can't return it. Hopefully, a good dry clean will rid the smell, and next time I'll make sure to sniff before I purchase. Aside from those issues, I'd probably stop in again if I'm in the neighborhood to get some cute tops and dresses. read more

I am as much of fan as Francesca's as you can get. Whenever I go to The District I make it a priority to pop in here and check out the new merchandise. I love how eclectic it feels in here, yet everything seems well taken care of. You can tell the owner and the employees take a real pride in the place. Numerous items have been bought here for myself and for friends and family. I love their charms, jewelery, bags, and fun items. There's really something for everyone. I usually go here to find those "fun" items I'll drop into a friend's birthday present. Last time I was here I got my friend a wine stopper and rubber duck tea infuser. I also bought myself a purse hook. I've been meaning to purchase one for awhile and the glitzy jeweled ones here really caught my eye. On top of all this they do have sales every once and awhile. You'll see them put their on-sale clothes out on racks. I've never bought clothes here, but that's probably because I'm just attracted to all the nick nacks. read more

She's always working when I stop by to look around but never pays any attention to the customers. She isn't very friendly and doesn't welcome the customer. I was in the store for almost 20 minutes before she acknowledged me. I've been in numerous times before where she's chit-chatting on the phone with her friend about another employee. Do you find Anthropologie's prices a little too ridiculous? Walk a few feet and try this more moderately priced boutique chain instead. The clothes are incredibly affordable, but a little too youthful and inexpensively made for my taste. The jewelery is all fun well priced costume jewelery and they have perfect gifts for girlfriends, sisters and moms. They have a great collection of Anne Taintor stuff (I got myself a luggage tag emblazaned with "Domestically Disabled") here . Another favorite of mine is the stuff emblazaned with "I love not camping!". When you are fresh out of ideas for cute affordable gifts (candles, kitchen stuff, purses, jewelery, etc), this is a great place to stop in. read more

Cute store and great customer service. I was looking for specific item I knew they carried. I called to see if they had it but they had just ran out. They told me they got deliveries everyday so I told them I would call back in a few days. Couple days later I called and the woman on the phone told me she was hoping I would call back as they had my item in! She set one aside for me so it would still be available when I got there. Very disappointing. I bought a cute handbag maybe two to three weeks ago. Everything went wrong. It wouldn't zip. The strap that came with it was missing a hook, so I couldn't attach it. And the little buttons that held up the small straps wouldn't stay on. Well, I took it back only to find out it was on clearance and only got approximately 40% of what I had originally paid not even a month ago in store credit. Frustrated. I handed the store credit to someone else, since I will not be back. The girl helping me was nice, but I do feel like I just made a donation. You're welcome...I guess. read more

Morgan at this Francesca's is absolutely awesome! She isn't pushy and is very genuine and truly seems to value you being there. She's got a great eye for pairing items and helped me find everything I needed and was honest if things didn't look quite right etc. We were there slightly after close (which I don't condone bc I too work in customer service and staying past close is taboo) but she was really cool about it and made sure we left with everything we needed. Walked in greeted right away. The store had four female associates on and all were ready to jump in and help. The four girls all worked well with each other. I had asked about strapless bras my daughter needs a navy blue one, one of the girls went next door (Soma) and asked if they had anything at all. We had already been in there and they didn't, but the associate from Francesca's took it on herself to help. She did bring up a valid resolution, buy a white one and dye it.
