A young employee greeted us, and when we explained what we were looking for, he went to get a coworker. He then proceeded to tell his coworker that he was already clocked out. The employee who ended up helping us clearly seemed inexperienced, while there were two other gentlemen working there who appeared to have much more experience but did not step in to assist. On top of that, we overheard them having a conversation about butt plugs, which was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate to be discussing in front of customers. I have previously worked in both a bridal store and a tuxedo store, so I understand how these businesses should operate and the level of customer service expected. Unfortunately, this experience was beyond disappointing and very unprofessional. We definitely will not be returning.

Selection of clothing is pretty good but the prices are very high since they stock mainly big and tall merchandise which they charge a pretty penny for (or would that be nickel now that they stopped minting pennies?). I located what I needed after a lengthy search since some stock was not organized properly and checked out in a longer amount of time than it should have required.
