Service is pretty hands off. The staff does not really assist, but I actually prefer that. You can take your time and shop without pressure. Dressing rooms are open and self serve, which keeps things moving. Pricing is what you would expect. It is fast fashion with a slightly higher price tag, but still affordable for what you get. If I had more time, I would definitely have been in there for hours either going thru the merchandise or talking up a storm with the lovely owner. Everything is color-coordinated & the mannequins are frequently styled by the owner to give you ideas on how to rock the clothes! I couldn't help myself & I grabbed a SUPER CUTE maxi w/ some aviator sunnies that Danielle suggested looked good on me ;-) The thing I love most is the story behind the owner. Danielle's story is honestly a fairytale & seeing how far she's come is so inspiring. I knew her from the beginning & seeing her success in physical form is such a blessing. Once you walk in the store, her personality instantly grabs onto you & you're drawn to her. Kohl's is like a mini Macy's as it's filled with items for the whole family including kitchen and home goods as well. Walking in is nice to see the feature of the moment which is summertime and a bit of July 4th items is nice to get a head start if you're the type to celebrate and looking for some decor is nice to have it in one are so that you don't need to do the search. Lots of clothing galore though I didn't really find much this visit sadly there were other items that I was delighted to find and makes it all the therapy that I crave. I also tried on two other pairs of shoes, Nikes, but I settled on this pair of Asics. (I looked at the care instructions, and this is spot-clean, can't put this in the machine.) Hubby also looked in Clearance and found a blue Champion hoodie which was marked $15.00, so he was happy. I only looked in two clearance sections, the underwear and Shoes. We usually do find something here at this location. Check the APP for promos. I like the APP but every once in a while, I get signed out, but it's not my doing.
