Super happy with this location. Purchased a pair of shoes at this store for our child while on vacation. Two days later the shoes just aren't working out. Killing his feet and he's not going to wear the $100 shoes we just bought him. The clerk was super cool and refunded our purchase with zero hassle. His only concern was we were the 1st customers of the day and the system may not allow a cash refund. He walked it through and was incredibly nice. Great Shoe palace , when i first went in everyone is super nice and greets me and asks if a need help . a sweet girl helped me get what i needed and i check out. The next day i realized they gave me to different shoe sizes. (Which is still kind of odd because the girl that rang me up took both shoes out of the box and checked the size) But the day i bought the shoes i wore them that same night so i wasn't expecting any kind of refund because the shoes had already been worn, but thank you so much to alex the manager he found the correct shoe with the correct size and gave it to me no questions asked. super grateful ! read more

The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because they actually have a good selection of shoes. The staff, however, was terrible. No greeting. Was in the store 10 minutes before someone even said hi, and when I asked about a shoe in my size, the literal response I got was "I don't know. Probably not". And then the sales person just...walked away somewhere else and I didn't seen them again for the rest of the time I was in the store. My son wanted these expensive $140 pair of Jordan's, he deserved it so I bought them for him. As I go to the register I notice the shoe box and it is beat up! Marks dents faded areas really bad shape. I mention it to Erica and her response was "well you're not buying the box" I said "excuse me?!" When a box is beat up you question if the shoe is damaged, plus I like to keep all my boxes. Her comment should have been," sorry this is the only box left or let me look for another box. This is my go to shoe spot in Vegas! All of the employees are hip and super knowledgeable about past and upcoming shoe dates. My fav is the store manager Diane she's always helpful and friendly every time I see her and if she doesn't have the shoe she'll help u find another location that may have the shoe. Just because I cant give it negative stars, I dont. I bought a wrong size, went back the next day to return it, and customer service was a joke. The first guy who "helped" me was incredibly rude. He raised his voice when I asked to return the shoe, he said I should go to another shoe palace because if I'm not happy here, they "prolly got this s**t over there too." The manager, a young African-American female was also incredibly rude. When I asked to return the shoe, she tried to accuse me of wearing the shoe outside.... it's common sense that if I wore them outside, the shoe would be completely dirty, and I wouldnt have even tried to return them... she still kept insisting, and the other guy pitched in saying "our floors ain't that dirty. Think about our marble floors." THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE SIZES FOR 5 DIFFERENT STYLE OF SHOES!!! Went straight to Footlocker, the workers greeted me right away, got me what I needed, and put a big smile on my face. In short terms, save yourself from mistreatment and poor customer service. I came in with my son who wanted new basketball shoes. He trIed on a couple paIrs of shoes but decided he didn't love any of them enough to spend his birthday money on. We walked in asked for shoes, tried them on, did not fit, we then left the store. Went to other places. Came back in as their selection is outstanding, we were approached and then waited for almost 45 minutes for a return answer (mean while being looked at by staff but ignored) MY MONEY SPENDS LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!!!, watching others get help. We left, found what we wanted at CHAMPS. Customer service was top notch. Even though Shoe palace has a wonderful selection, I will NEVER step foot in the one in the Galleria Mall ever again. I wish I could give zero stars! My daughter's and I went to this location the day before father's day to buy my husband a pair of shoes. They didn't have his size in the shoes we wanted and they got mad when I told them I didn't want to pay for the shoes and pick them up at another location. So I went to foot locker in the same mall. They had the shoes but for a little higher price. I asked them to price match Shoe Palace which they agreed to do after verifying the price. When we tried calling Shoe Palace we were hung up on three times. When we finally got ahold of them for the fourth time I told them they needed to stop hanging up and verify a price. Then they told me a false price that was $20 more expensive than the actual place. When I called them out on their lies they tried to cover it up by saying that was the price with the taxes. Which was also a lie. Finally, I stated the true price and the guy said "yea ma'am that's what I said" and hung up the phone! I couldn't believe what I heard. My jaw was to the floor. They were seriously so mad that they lied to their customer all because they didn't have the size I needed but another shoe store did!!!! That's a disgrace. I have been to a lot of shoe retailer stores, I heard about the new Shoe Palace location out in Henderson so I had to check it out(mind you I'm coming all the way across town) I was afraid I was gonna be let down, but as I finally got there, parking was a breeze, easy to find the store, now I enter the store and all the employees greeted me even though it was fairly busy! I wanted to know more about some of the shoes they had, every section I went to from Nike, Adidas, and Jordan they were very well knowledgeable of the products! I couldn't have had a better experience at a shoe store like I did then, oh! And the store manager also introduced himself to me and I must say he was one of the most down to earth and friendly store managers!(His name is John Rey) The long drive was definitely worth it in the end spent some good money.
