We had no idea what to expect and Red Rock Running Company blew us away! Recently, my husband has noticed that he has difficulty finding shoes to run and walk in specifically because of his right foot. I had remembered hearing about how RRRC had a shoe and foot experts and I was eager to take my husband. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Gerardo. He spoke with my husband and started helping us. When he did the first step and my husband could see that his two feet were different - we were shocked at the difference. Then he measured his shoe size and moved to the treadmill to video him running to see any pronation and supination. He came back with two sets of shoes and the first set my husband tried were the ones. They fit great and were what my husband had hoped for! He also talked him into some fancy toe socks as that works well with the brand of shoe. We felt the price tag on the socks and shoes were fair as they'd be used ... A LOT! Shelby, the assistant manager, needs a huge shout out. Went in just to look and get some ideas of what was out there. She took the time to see how we ran, listen to everything we said, brought out so many shoes I swear it was half of their huge selection, and took the time to explain why she chose each one. Even after trying one several I asked for others and she made it happen all while also expertly taking care of 2 other groups at the same time. She made it all look easy and was even able to find a discount to make the shoes I wanted an even better value. Been shoe shopping at Dicks and REI nobody was very helpful. Sales clerk helped me here with what shoe is best for my plantar fasciitis and my ankles turn in a bit. Got insoles as well that have been life changing. Very knowledgeable on what shoenis best for each activity and for my feet. Left with New Balance runners which I had not even considered prior. They have been perfect for me. Been back 3x since and got same help each time. Prices were exactly in same range as Dicks and REI so no reason to go to thise places any longer. read more

Shout to Mike who helped me out on Sunday 4/6/2025. He said he was a manager but for the Centennial location. Super glad he was at this location when I walked in. From start to finish the process was awesome. I'm starting to take my running serious and wanted to invest in 2 pairs of running shoes. One for outdoor runs and one for indoor/track runs. Mike explained what the process would be and got to work. First time we used a heat mat to get a visual of how my feet land on the floor. Also walked and ran on the treadmill to get a feel for my stride. Mike brought our 4 options and some soles for the shoes as well as socks. I walked out feeling more educated about what I should do to improve my runs and also the recovery process. I didn't think it was expensive at all. I am pleased with my purchase but probably will just order online going forward. Walked into Red Rock looking for Cross Country shoes for my son and running shoes for my daughter. Alyssa and Logan gave Amazing service: Finding the right shoes for the right reasons! Not just the look! Step 1: Sit and place your feet on a board which takes the thermal image of your feet and this determines your pressure points and arches. Step 2: Measure the size of both your feet with the foot measuring device. Step 3: Walk in a single straight line and from this they analyze ankle movements (gosh i forgot the word!) Step 4: Wait as they return with 3 shoes with different feel to try on. (Try on each pair , and walk around the store or get on the treadmill and run in them for a minute) Step 5: After both kids chose their shoes we then dove into inserts. These gave extra comfort and support in the arch and balls of the feet. Alyssa then cut both inserts to fit snuggly into both kids shoes and we were set! Thank you for the hour long great service ! Great attentive service, large shoe selection, finding the right shoe by using different measuring tools, including where the pressure hits in your foot. I do a lot of cardio and walking and I'm at the point where I'm starting to take walks longer than 30 minutes two-three days a week. I've had my current pair of workout/walking shoes for about a year - they're still in excellent condition but I wanted to buy another pair. Then I found Red Rock Running Company, which is right up the street from my house. My parents and I decided to take a trip here together on Saturday morning because they were also in the market for new shoes. My shoe size is a 7...or so I thought it was. I've always wondered if both my feet were different sizes after wearing shoes to a job interview last month where the right shoe fit tighter than the left shoe. Turns out my shoe size is actually a 7 1/2, plus I have low, flat feet, which requires me to have arch support in all my shoes. We were helped by Cat from start to finish, where she had great customer service skills and recommended shoes in all our sizes (SO many shoes to choose from!). After she measured our feet, she made all three of us walk to and back from the side door in front of us, with and without wearing shoes. My favorite shoe brand is Brooks, which is the brand of the pair that I've had for a year, but I ended up going with another brand called Saucony in a color that I really liked. Cat told us at checkout that if we didn't like our shoes, we could return them within 30 days for a full refund. These shoes fit me perfectly and I can't wait to wear them during my next walk or workout. Their shoes are pricey, but I promise you, they're worth buying! read more

Stopped in to get some new running shoes for my half marathon in February. Was immediately greeted by Amano (spelling?) who was super helpful in assessing my foot size, and fitted me for inserts based on my arches using a heat sensing mat. He video tapped me running on a treadmill for 30 seconds and was able to evaluate my stride and help pick the best shoes to support my feet. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and didn't push to oversell me on anything. Bought hoka bondi sr. On dec 19th while on vacation. Went back to work on Jan 2, bought them for work only. So Jan 2 go back to work and within 4 days of working my left achilles is hurting very bad had to miss my 5th day because of the pain. After wearing them for 4 days didn't feel new already breaking down. So I put my orthopedics in which I usually wait at least 6 weeks to do . Unfortunately no help at all still dealing with pain in left achilles. Shoes broke down way to fast . To me you sold me either a defective product or used shoes!!!! I've gone through 8 pairs in last 3 years never had problems like this. Would've brought back but you guy's only give 2 weeks to bring back. From gels, to socks to my fav pair of Brooks, they have it all. Customer service is always on point. I've shopped at Red Rock Running Company for many years and service up to today has always been good. My husband and I went in to get 2 pairs of shoes and were in there for at least 5-10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. While I will say it was busy, there were times that an employee would walk by us without as much as saying a hello, I'll be with you shortly. Finally we did get recognition by an employee that asked if we needed help, to which we replied yes, and we were told that "someone would be right there in 2 seconds." We took a seat to wait for the next available employee, which was Logan. He finished up with his customer, then instead of coming over to help us, he was just standing around doing nothing for a few minutes. We didn't realize he was done with his customers, until a man that walked into the store well after us, went over to him and got him to help him prior to even looking at us. Logan was also the employee that from the moment we walked into the store, he walked by us a few times, and never once smiled or acknowledged us. At this point, since it had been approx 20 minutes of sitting there just waiting, we walked out. I know you can do better, I've witnessed it on many other occasions and have never been treated so poorly by employees in this store. You not only lost 2 purchases today, you've lost my business. They're very very nice people! However very disappointed with my purchase. I've been a runner for over 20 years and finally was going to spend a good amount of money for the hokas I've always wanted. To my dismay the gentlemen told me I've been wearing the wrong size my entire life... mind you I've been a runner for over 20 years so I was really confused when he told me I was 2 sizes bigger than I am. Yeah.... I injured myself running in these giant clown shoes and can't wear them again and they're $150! Not only that he was trying to sell me inserts at the end so that makes sense why he sold me shoes way too big.... He wanted to fit inserts in them and make extra money. They're very nice people but I'm super upset I wasted so much money and also injured my ankle running in giant clown shoes. I had to run across town to get the last pair of Hoka Arahi 5 which they had ONE pair left in my size! I called first and I was thinking to wait until Saturday for the grand opening of their new location which is 10 minutes from my home but something said, GO NOW! Your race is in 3 weeks! When I called, the young lady who answered was so nice, I told her what I was looking for and she said "we have one pair left in your size". I asked her to hold it and I would be there within the hour. I had to ask if they took ApplePay since I left my wallet at home and I was past my house and even further from Green Valley lol they take ApplePay! I drove over and everyone was super nice! Came here to take my fiance looking for comfortable shoes (particularly Hokas) for a future trip to Disneyland. We were welcomed by all their staff right away, and Ryne quickly helped us, asking us what we were looking for, if there was a particular brand we had in mind, the purpose of the shoe need, etc. Ryne was exceptionally knowledgeable and helped us out immensely. He offered a few different Hoka options and knew the support and focus of each one, and even did an arch and walk analysis for my fiance to determine if he pronates when he walks. What was most impressive was that my fiance was in between sizes and widths, and though my fiance was hesitant with the recommendation for a smaller size but in a wide, it worked out PERFECTLY. Even the arch supports Ryne suggested panned out fantastically. I asked for an arch analysis for myself as well and ended up getting inserts, too. I waited a few days after our visit to really try the shoes and inserts for a few days, and Ryne was dead on with his recommendations. I cannot recommend this store and Ryne in particular enough. He even remembered us when we came back to pick up my fiance's shoes (they had to order the color he wanted), and remembered our Disney trip and wished us a great vacation! My Podiatrist recommended RRRC. I am recovering from foot surgery, a bunionectomy. I walked in within crutches and a removable cast ready to get in a tennis shoe. I was immediately greeted by the assistant manager, with a friendly joke about how they only sell shoes in pairs. He was in luck, I was at the phase of getting in to a regular shoe and start walking. There was only one other customer in the store and they were training, so I was in luck to be surrounded by awesome employees and showered with attention and knowledge. Turns out, I was the lucky one! The manager was so knowledgeable. I don't remember anyone's name, except Niya (probably spelling it wrong), she was in training and ended up helping me in the end because they got pretty busy while I was trying on shoes. They were all so patient with me and very, very, very friendly. I interacted with everyone but one employee, that person was holding the fort down while they all doted on me. I know the shoes are expensive and I was there to spend the money, they seemed more concerned about my comfort and didn't push anything on me, they took their time and had several options for me. They were smooth, in a good way, I ended up buying two pairs of shoes rather than the one pair I was going to buy, because of their overall customer service. I don't think I've ever encountered a store where the entire staff was collectively friendly. They nailed it. Good job with the staff whoever hired them. Where you are immediately pickup by a sales person and and followed around like the store as if you were about to shoplift a pair of running shoes.
