Great Store and customer service I had Frank and Jonathon originally and I purchased the 3 step system these are pricey but they do work if you follow through as directed it's not rocket science just patience. My personal experience you will have some slight discomfort initially as you realign your feet and support. After 8 weeks a still had a little discomfort at home with the thicker ones only the strengtheners at home. I went back to the store and they gave me a slightly thinner strengtheners one size down now no issues now I do not know I'm even wearing them at home that's the goal. The key here is patience and go back to the store if you have to so the professional staff can tweak the inserts by going smaller or larger. I love these now they are so comfortable and my knee and Achilles pain from injury and wearing boots for 25 years are now gone because my feet have proper weight distribution. It's been over 2 years and they still feel great lifetime warranty if your inserts happen to fail or wear out I come in every year so they can check the arch of the supports. I felt like some in the beginning and questioned myself if I made a bad decision now I know these are the best and my feet love it. 2026 read more

So I was very upset w thses insoles at first and I didn't notice a difference until wearing them w my heavy duty sketchers for like a month straight OMG a huge difference now they set my feet in the right place Hardly any pain My bad for judging to soon read more

High pressure sales, overpriced merchandise and a horrific return policy. Think before going here. A podiatrist can help so much more than these overprices, cookie-cutter inserts. The inserts are over $500 a pain and can be purchased elsewhere for $35. They will pressure you to buy more and more items, only the inserts are refundable if you meet there strict return policy, Save yourself some heartache and money, shop around. read more

I've been dealing with knee, back, feet problems no matter which shoe brand I buy with extra comfort I still had problems. I finally gave up dealing with all the pain and desperate for a solution. I met Amanda told her exactly what I was looking for she suggested that I should try their products to see if I could feel the difference plus with much more support, comfort in the shoes. Yes the cost is a huge amount and I have to say I made the right choice to invest in their products because not even a month all of my pain has gone down with the supports. I'm a healthcare worker that's on my feet for long hours I highly recommend The Good Feet Store. Thank you Amanda for your great knowledge, customer service. read more

The price of their products is extremely overpriced, you can buy inserts that do the same thing at many outlets. I asked why there inserts were so expensive and really didn't get an answer. I paid over 1700.00 dollars for the bundle of three and truly regret it after other inserts that I saw at other stores. Don't buy them it's a ripoff. read more

Seems to work. Not sure if it's worth 1900 hundred dollars. Also I highly recommend if you are looking for something like this, to just buy one pair, not the set of 3 pairs plus whatever else they try to shove down your throat. Also I'm curious how they can diagnose you then give treatment like a podiatrist when no one there are licensed healthcare workers? read more

I am so pleased and excited about my time today at Good Feet. Frank was an absolute professional. He made everything make perfect sense. He listened to my needs and helped me make the best decisions for what I needed. I spend so much time on my feet. I'm definitely happy and looking forward to using the great inserts. Thanks again, Frank!! read more

Attention: Buyer be aware-There's a reason why they are rated only 3 stars. The product doesn't work and they take advantage of your pain by selling you a false solution at a very high cost. Once purchased you are screwed! No refunds no returns and you are stuck with $1,000 piece of plastic! I'm more than happy to answer anyone's questions before you make a decision. read more

I sent an email to Sandy Kessler (Director of Client Service) over two weeks ago and still no response back- very unprofessional. Sandy, please don't reply to my Yelp review asking me to send you an email to go over my concerns if you don't respond back within a timely fashion. read more

Best investment I've ever made in myself ! The difference in over all pain management and life style were enormous ! I've had my supports for over 25 years! read more

I have been wearing these insoles for 16 years. They are expensive, and your feet will hurt until your feet get adjusted to them. I remember I was in such pain, that I couldn't get up to go to work. I worked on my feet for 45 years, and it takes a toll. One of my co- workers told me about them. I ran down, bought a pair and was in pain another 2 weeks. But, once my feet and back aligned, I have been a happy customer ever since. Yes, unfortunately some of their employees are shady, some aren't, and they are expensive, but if you do decide to buy them, they come with a lifetime guarantee, and I use it every few years. You must be patient, it's hard, but they do work if you have plantar facilities, or heel spurs. Go to a podiatrist, and maybe if you have insurance you can get them through your insurance. It's the best investment, I promise you, but it's something you have to adjust your feet to. Good luck. Buy your sneakers elsewhere, they are cheaper sometimes at Dicks, or DSW. read more

Awesome store!!! My dad is a stroke recovery patient and his arch on the left side was killing him. It was hampering his recovery and his overall activeness. We went in not hoping for some miracle but at least some relief when he walks around the house or during his workouts. Kenneth assisted us by giving us very thorough ans detailed information about how the support works and what is needed for the future for my dad's overall comfort. He really made the experience for me and my sister, a genuine and caring one. Customer service is a dying trait in the industry and Kenneth definitely excels in it by providing what's needed above and beyond. Awesome store! read more

I went into Good Feet to have my current orthotics checked out as I was having constant back, heel pain and headaches. Nase took one look at my current pair and said I'll be right back with your new ones. I put them on and within 5 minutes I felt completely back to normal. My old pair were over ten years old and until I looked at both pairs, side by side, I had no idea that they wore out and down. I have been wearing orthotics since I was ten years old and I can tell you that I cannot go without them. LT read more

We were there of our arch support problem..300plus dollars for a premanufactured insoles is crazy..but i have to say Nase is a true professional and very friendly..he walked us through all the details and gave us some very helpfull information..but even a podiatrist friend told us 300plus dollars for a "premanufactured" insoles is way too expensive.. read more

WOULDN'T PUT SHOES ON WITHOUT THEM !!! Since 2002 I've worn the Good Feet Exercisers (now called Strengtheners) with the Super Athletic Cushions, as I was on my feet all day, often on concrete, and my swollen calves were killing me... Within a week I was wearing them all day, full time, and it's just "normal" for me to wear them every day, as I'm continuing to reap the benefits... There have been many good people at Good Feet I've dealt with over the years, and my Daughter was fitted for their Arch Supporting Orthotics by a gentleman named Nace... During a recent visit to the Blue Diamond Rd. location in Las Vegas, Crista was very pleasant, helpful and professional... Let the pros at Good Feet change YOUR life... read more

The Good Feet Store - Orthotics Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Overall bad customer service and very expensive. Unbelievable I don't recommend anyone period.

I recently developed pain in the balls of my feet. I called The Good Feet Store in Mission Valley. The saleswoman there reminded me there is a life-time warranty...and told me I could go to any of The Good Feet Stores near me, and get an adjustment to the fitting. So, I went to a local Good Feet store near me, in the Blue Diamond area of Las Vegas, NV. I had a terrible day at work with our freight companies...the balls of my feet hurt something aweful... . I was just drained and feeling bummed out. I went into the Good Feet store were I was immediately greeted by Ms. Dennin who was kind and attentive to my feet needs. I got an adjustment and got my old arch supports replaced for a mere $20.00. Thank you, Ms Dennin and The Good Feet Store- the balls of my feet feel great now. read more

I hate when places post hours of operation and when you get there you find out they closed early for no reason and without notice. Arrived here at 3:30p on a Wed after driving 15 miles. It's closed but the sign says open until 6 pm. You had my business once but you won't a second time. Patronize at your own risk- unless you're in the mood to drive 30 miles for no reason... read more

I heard about The Good Feet Store from seeing the commercials on tv and thought this is what I need. I have been having pain in my feet, legs, back and hips for quite awhile. The gentleman who helped me by the name of Nase Hatfield was very helpful and really new where I was coming from with the pain that I was experiencing. I have been wearing the arch supports for about a few days now and so far I have not had pain in my feet, legs, back or my hip. I am so glad that I went to The Good Feet Store and I will recommend it to anyone who's been stuffing with feet, back and leg pain. read more

I visited the store with a friend that complained of foot pain on Sahara Ave. about 16 years ago, 2004. It was not too expensive for a hard foot insert at that time. She stopped wearing them a week after because it was difficult to stay positioned on her size 5.5 feet and made her $$$ Christian Louboutin heels fit too tight and look funny. The store did give extra Velcro I remember. She did notice that they really felt hard in the feet. Last week I visited the store again and... WOW! $1080.00 for 3 sets of 3 inch wide by 6 inch long pieces of bent plastic? There is no doctor or certified foot, knee or back specialist to actually explain the benefits of these "new 3 step system" supports. Compelled to buy at that moment until I asked her, "did you visit a podiatrist first." I asked about inserts for diabetics and really did not get a REAL answer Be very very careful of the decisions for your feet. Don't forget this too, NO RETURNS ! read more

If your feet hurts it will hurt more if you buy these NON refundable insoles. It's just like placing a hard plastic like insoles inside your shoes. The price is like 300. and more. It would be a good idea to see a podiatrist to see just what your problem is because these sales people are hired off the street and have no knowledge of what your problem is. You are better off buying a pair of Dr. Sholes insoles from Walmart for 15.00 which works better than the crap this store is selling. Or go to Amazon and get it from a company called Snapsmile for 18.00. Don't say you weren't warned about this company with there NO Return policy at least with Walmart and Amazon you get 100% return policy and will work. What do you have to los read more

I was contacted by the manager of the store and she is taking care of my problem. Now that is excellent customer service. Just because the inserts didn't help me. I would definitely give them a try. read more

Mario took me through the process of making an informed decision. He showed me how deteriorated my feet were. He asked me to walk with the shoes that I wore into the store, and then inserted the orthotic. He asked me to walk again. All 3 of us (Mario, my friend and myself) saw a tremendous difference in my gait and length of my stride. There was a significant improvement in my stability as I walked. Mario was very knowledgeable, personable and sincerely understanding of my problem. Thank you very much, Wanna through Sheryl read more

Mario was very helpful. Explained the support systems very well. Super friendly. I have friends that swear by the Good Feet support system and just to get rid of the pain that is caused by the plantar fasciitis I've been experiencing will make these a smart investment. read more

Total ripoff!!! You do not need 3 inserts at $360 dollars a piece and they have a no return policy which is ridiculous. That just means they have no faith in their product and are taking advantage of people with feet pain. read more

These orthotics have improved my quality of life! I've had them for a few weeks now and my chronic knee pain that resulted from an exercise induced injury is now completely gone. I am so glad I came in here to try this out before pursuing surgery and injections. Yes, they take some getting used to. Yes, they aren't cheap, but I see this as a much healthier alternative to being on pain medication and having surgery. Definitely worth the small investment. If you have any type of chronic pain, go check this place out and see if this is the right solution for you. Thank you Dennin! read more

Definitely not worth your time or $. We found Foot Solutions for much less & the inserts were much better than what the Good Feet Store sells. Way over priced & over rated in our opinions. read more

I tried their arch supports for 2 months. Followed the "break in" period as instructed, but these hard supports hurt my feet. The front edge digs into your foot and is not comfortable. I was going to return them but just found out they are non-refundable. Saw a podiatrist today and he advised these short supports are not good for my feet and are not fit properly to my foot. I guess my salesperson got quite the commission from this expensive mistake. If you have foot pain, avoid this store and go to the podiatrist where you can get actual custom arch supports for way less $$. read more
