What an unforgettable luxury shopping experience! The staff were incredibly committed to giving customers complete privacy--no smiles, no eye contact, and absolutely no unnecessary conversation!!! The best part? Almost nothing was available to purchase, so I didn't have to worry about making any decisions. Thanks for saving my money!! Btw, I really appreciated being treated like I was interrupting rather than shopping. read more

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here at the Wynn Chrome Hearts. We had came on 2 separate days and we were helped by Dominique on 1 day and Dane another day. These 2 employees were incredibly helpful and made the experience stress free and very fun. They both were so encouraging to allow my boyfriend to try on a variety of pieces and really let him take his time in making his selection. They were extremely knowledgeable and gave insightful feedback on which jewelry pieces would be the best fit for him. We loved how little pressure they put on us. This was a breath of fresh air because we had been dealing with pushy salespeople all day at the neighboring stores. My boyfriend left with a new bracelet and necklace that he is absolutely in love with thanks to this wonderful staff! One thing to be mindful of is that they have specific times available for walk-ins and other times available for appointments. I think the previous reviews are pretty silly considering these guidelines are clearly stated on the door. The door lady was so sweet when communicating this to us. I honestly feel sorry for all the nasty people she has to deal with just because they can't accept their basic guidelines. People, be more considerate! The workers are simply implementing guidelines created by the company. Thank you for making our time in your store so pleasant! We will definitely be returning read more

My son and I were excited to try our first in-store experience at CH. The store employees do not welcome any guests nor do they smile. When I asked for help, the older lady, possibly the manager felt bothered and left us feeling uncomfortable with cold, short answers. I didn't want to bother her anymore with more questions so we just left. I thought it was just me but after we left my son commented "she was a little rude, no?" My son really liked this brand but the first impression left it to be less desirable now. read more

Chrome Heart at the Caesars is my to go spot. But On April 4, I was visiting Chrome Heart inside the Wynn with my friends and I had the worst experience ever!! I was trying to buy a specific shirt but in multiple sizes, the sales person refuse to sell it to me and told me I can only buy one of that specific shirt from the store. And if I want to buy multiple shirts from the store, it would have to be different merch. I was shock! When I tried to ask a different sales person, I'm told that I would have to deal with that same sales person. I was very mad and upset! I never had such experience at any other Chrome Heart Store! I'll never go back to that store ever again period! The worst customer experienced!!! read more

Before today I was a heavy supporter of you alls brand. After my experience at the Wynn Las Vegas location today I feel as though the manager of this location is very racist, now I'm sure this isn't a reflection of you alls entire company, but Literally before closing the manager told me as well as the doormen that the store was closing therefore I couldn't not be allowed access inside to shop. At this time is was 6:53pm, About 10 seconds into our convo the manager and myself were approached by a group of 4 Asians who said " hey we were here early today and we are back to buy a jacket we wanted earlier. " the manager and doormen said sure your good come on in and buy the jacket. I then asked both the manager of this location and doormen how and in what way is this an appropriate way to treat someone ? I was then told a few lies that they had an appointment therefore they were allowed to come back while the store, as I was told moments before was closed for the day. Please return back the next morning at 11am read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR EXPENSIVE OR HIGH-END ITEMS HERE!!!!!…read more I brought in my $1,000 Hermès belt for what should have been an incredibly simple job: punching one additional hole. They punched the hole completely off-center. I genuinely don't understand how a professional repair shop manages to miss the center of a belt this badly on such a basic job. To make matters worse, they also left excess material hanging from the back of the belt from the punch. I brought the belt back and specifically told them to clean up the excess material but DO NOT attempt to fill the incorrectly punched hole. My concern was that any filler or resin would eventually crack or fall out, potentially causing the two holes to combine and permanently damage the belt. When I returned to pick it up, they had ignored my instructions and filled the hole anyway. I was told the resin would stay in place and that the belt was "fixed." I wasn't happy with the repair, but I decided to accept it and hoped I could at least continue using the belt. The very first day I wore it, the resin cracked and fell out. Exactly what I warned them would happen. The two holes have now combined into one large hole, making the belt unusable at that size. What made the situation even worse was the owner's response. I was told the original missed punch was essentially "not a big deal." If it wasn't a big deal, why did you attempt to repair it against my explicit instructions and ultimately make the damage worse? Mistakes happen. What I find unacceptable is the combination of poor workmanship, ignoring a customer's specific instructions, an unsuccessful repair, and then minimizing the damage afterward. This wasn't a cheap belt I dropped off for a quick fix. It was a $1,000 Hermès belt, and I trusted a professional to perform one of the simplest alterations possible. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not trust this business with an expensive handbag, belt, or other high-end leather item. At this point, I believe the appropriate resolution is reimbursement for the belt they damaged. Extremely disappointing experience from beginning to end. AVOID THIS BUSINESS IF YOU VALUE YOUR HIGH END ITEMS!!!

My wife owns an aluminum Rimowa that had issues with the hinge which was causing the case not to close properly. We were losing our faith in the brand but still wanted to visit the store and check out their new polycarbonate design. Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted by Madelyn who quickly became friends with us. She is also Filipino which made our conversation more opened and friendly. We told her about the issue we were having with our luggage and she suggested that we bring the luggage to her so that she can have it shipped out to the nearest repair center. During our visit, my wife immediately fell in love with the dark grey colored polycarbonate and decided to get it. This allowed us to go home with a new luggage while the other one was being sent for repairs. My wife loves the polycarbonate and it's way lighter and easier to manage than the aluminum which although heavy duty, weighs a ton. It has large, heavy duty wheels that glides across all surfaces with ease. It has plenty of space and the internal design is the same as our aluminum luggage. While Madelyn was processing our purchase, we were given some Fiji bottled water to drink and took comfort in their chairs they had for customers in the corner. I really appreciate Madelyn and her friendliness and concern for the issue we were having on our luggage. I'm glad we were able to get her help to have it sent for repairs otherwise we would have had to drive to San Francisco just to drop it off at the nearest repair store which would have been too much of a hassle for us. The other option was to ship it to the repair center where we would have to shoulder the shipping costs. If you're interested in a Rimowa, please visit Madelyn. With her vast knowledge and expertise on their products, I'm sure you'll choose a Rimowa rather than that Gucci next door that's 3x as much but not even half the quality of a Rimowa.

Didn't walk out with it, since we had luggage with us, and Carine shipped it to me. Can't say enough good things about Rimowa aluminum luggage and their customer service. Lifetime warranty on the aluminum pieces. But a Rimowa suitcase and you'll never need another one in your lifetime. How is that for value?

Even though we don't visit this particular store often--despite our many trips to the Fashion Show…read moreMall--because of the separate Men's store on the other side, we really should make it more of a regular stop. It's definitely one of the better Macy's locations around! A major highlight is the Backstage area, and while the employees were practically nonexistent (as is typical for many Macy's stores), there was plenty to browse through, and the overall store was in great shape. We'll definitely make sure not to sleep on this location on our next trip to Vegas!

Quality/Quantity - My buddy needed that mid day coffee pick up…read more After studying the mall directory, it had a Starbucks in here. Well great job to Macys, it was literally on the other side of Macy's from where we entered. It forced us to walk the entire department. The good news is that we did not shop or buy anything, but I can see people (my wife) doing that. Starbucks was not busy and had like 4-5 employees?!?! Does this Starbucks do that much business? Or is this a training location? Anyway, easy in and out once we knew where everything was. Ambiance - A blast from the past. I have not shopped at Macy's since I was a kid. One of my parents' favorite department stores. But sadly, neither I nor my parents are customers any more. Service - Self service. The lady was nice giving us directions to Starbucks, but she was not 100% accurate. Close enough. Price - Doesn't matter; my buddy needed his coffee fix. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1858. I am impressed that you are still around, and with your 450 locations (2025). You have an amazing history, see Google.

Plenty of selection of handbags, wallets and accessories with the leather handbags being on the higher end of the price range. I did notice that there were a lot of employees there although some of them were more attentive to the clientele in the store than others who were just standing around talking to each other. I got lucky that the 2 gentlemen in the store were very helpful to me telling me about what deals they had for Black Friday weekend. I made my selections: a brunt orange backpack and a black crossbody. Yes!!! I bought 2!!! I've wanted a Longchamp handbag for quite some time and now I have 2! Thanks Longchamp for the 2 wonderful gentlemen that you have in the store. They were very helpful and friendly.

Longchamp store is so pretty. Artistically and creatively decorated. It has such a beautiful set up with all the attractive colors catching attention. The handbag displays on the shelves caught my attention as they are all eye candies. I was just in awe of the green Longchamp Le Pliage in leather on the shelf being displayed. Malik was amazing! He was a joy to speak with. He provided excellent customer care. He even offered and gave us Perrier bottled water. The store manager Sean was also great. I came in half an hour before closing time as I didn't know they close at 8pm on a Saturday night. They gave me a new Le Pliage from the stock room still in plastic along with a dust bag instead of giving me the display. Thank you again Malik and Sean you guys are awesome. Will be back in a few weeks. In the meantime, will share with my social circles about this Longchamp location in Las Vegas.
