We were looked after by Maria, her service and attention to detail was outstanding. I've purchased some goods from different locations. However, this location in Maria service was so outstanding that she gave me her card and I'll not be ordering with her to make sure the order is right, get some advice and then she'll have it shipped. Outstanding service and will definitely be back when in Vegas. read more

I was helped some time ago by amber cooper . That's the name on my receipt . I dropped off 4-5 pieces of jewelry to be repaired . Several months have passed and I was wondering why I haven't gotten a call so I went in there today . Amber had told me that I would not be able to get my items back without the receipt and I had since moved to Cali so I never had Them. So I never went in . I finally got them only to find out I could have gotten them sooner with just my license . Also I was charged 80.00 for items that were broken , no fault of my own but more factory problem. The Clasp was broken on one , and another the string just broke one day on the beaded bracelet . What a joke !! How can you charge on something that costs over 450.00 That is not your fault . Service today was so much better with the lady that assisted me. Mrs Moore was fast and pleasant and took the time to Explain the drop off policy . read more

I don't typically take to the internet with negative reviews but given the circumstances I have to share that I am extremely disappointed with the Tiffany & Co., store 144, at Fashion Show Mall. On July 28, my husband and I brought my wedding and engagement ring in for a cleaning. Josette Moore initially greeted us warmly, but her demeanor noticeably changed as soon as she examined my ring and pointed out that a diamond was missing. She told me she could not clean the ring and handed it back to me without suggesting options for how we could proceed. We had to ask her what our options were and eventually tell her that we wanted to get the ring repaired before she helped us with the next steps. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and dismissed. Before leaving, my husband specifically asked whether I would be able to pick up the ring myself once the repair was completed, without him being present. Josette told us that I could, as long as I brought the receipt. On August 20, we received the notification that my ring was ready for pickup, so I went to the store. When I arrived, the jeweler assisting me told me that I could not pick up the ring myself, even though I had the receipt. I understand that there may be a store policy requiring the account holder to be present, but that is exactly why we asked about it in advance. We were given incorrect information, which resulted in an unnecessary and frustrating trip to the store. I have always expected a certain level of service from Tiffany & Co., especially when dealing with something as meaningful as a wedding and engagement ring. Unfortunately, both visits left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. read more

Everything is so clean and beautiful. This was my first purchase and more to come because I did LOVE IT! I purchased so champagne glasses for a friend and I wanted to get them engraved. However I didn't have the option online. The service at the store it self was good. Everyone was nice they were a little all over the place. I would say maybe ask the customer exactly what we're picking up so you have a better idea of where to look. They just asked for my ID I was going to show the order but they just took off with my idea later I let them know and had a better idea of where to look. However they were so sweet with my daughter. (I have to point out that my daughter is not an ordinary seven-year-old. She actually knows how to behave) my daughter asked me for the ribbon they used for the gift if she can keep it I said no because it's a gift. The sales agent said it's OK. I can give you a ribbon and got a ribbon and put it in a small Tiffany bag which made my daughter super excited that she had a tiny Tiffany bag. The champagne glasses were inexpensive and beautiful can't wait to get my own. I'm also thinking of going back and getting my daughter a bracelet and having my husband buy me so beautiful plates. My grandma had some similar once's and I want some like hers read more

This is one of my favorite stores to shop anytime I see one when traveling. I know that they have online shopping, but it's something about being able to see, touch, and take in the beautiful jewelry. I also love Tiffany & Co because of my name of course, lol! They truly gave us a 5 star experience! We were politely greeted when we entered the store. We shopped around for a while. As each person completed their shopping, there was an area set up for us with beverages and cute little look books. We had a great shopping experience! read more

Your strong! Your fearless! Your loved! Your happiness matter and so do YOU! Do we need a reason to show those in our lives that they matter? Love is what makes the world turn, once we believe that then your unstoppable. Tiffany's helps us to remember those in our lives, show them just how much we care that goes beyond words. Nothing says that your truly special than a gift from Tiffany's. That turquoise box, with the white ribbon makes us just swoon. Should there be a reason to gift someone Tiffany's. Perhaps, life is short these days. Do what makes you and yours happy? Bring on the happy! In the wake of so much tragedy my twins life, I brought some much needed happy to them both. Gifts come in twos for me. How proud I am of the twins? They are eighteen and I wanted to create some new memories. Tiffany is so elegant and simple. The gift of Tiffany's happiness will be something that they can share years down the road too. This is a special moment for the twins! It's their first Tiffany's gift. A simple turquoise heart engraved with words that will forever resonate and bring joy to them. "So proud of you both the heart will read, from mama!" During these post COVID times Tiffany's is open to the public. Appointments are appreciated and much welcomed. Who knows how long the lines here are? You must always wear the mask and sanitize your hands before entering. Make sure in these times of COVID to "sort of" know what your looking for. The inventory in the stores is significantly lower than years prior. You are allowed to make purchases over the phone and pick up in the store too. The same stellar service you receive in the store you will have on the phone. All my questions we're addressed when making the necklace purchases for the twins. The sales clerk will confirm with confidence the correctness of the order. They follow along by you providing a UPC number. You can both see clearly now. The staff will take the credit card and process it over the phone. If you have purchased with Tiffany's prior this helps the speed of an order taken over the phone. They confirm your identity with a text the store will send to your phone . Know that the company is just trying to protect your identity happiness. When you arrive at the store, "Don't wait in line!" Tell the clerk at the window that you are either here for an appointment or store pick up. You will be next, no waiting! When picking your purchase up they will unwrap it make sure it's what your heart sings for; then re bagged your on your way. Skipping along your engraving services will have to be on hold for now. Due to COVID this location does not engrave at the moment in store. Make sure and when ever your Tiffany's needs a shiny new radiant glow stop in and have it cleaned. Be off with new skips in your hop! Surprise! They ripped those white bows off the boxes. Twin turquoise mini hearts hang near their hearts. As the minutes go by the rhythm of each beat of their heart patters joy, pit patter. Pitter and patter. The happy builds a forever bond between the twins. Let some new memories be built around that turquoise box. I will never forget that first gift my mama gave me that was turquoise. Hugs and kisses all around. It's not the necklace that brings us all closer it's the emotional bond that we make along the way that we give to one another in a turquoise box. Find your emotional bridge with your loved ones. Forge new memories with a turquoise box and white ribbon. read more

Tiffany & Co - It's a gift... Shhhhhh ! - Jewelry Near Me - Paradise, Nevada

When we entered we were quickly greeted the upmost customer service. Asked questions regarding what we were trying to obtain. This had been a gift that was thought very carefully about and researched thru online venues. The attendant was made aware of what we were looking for. He then instructed us to go to the display counter to verify if the piece was the right one. We had conversation regarding sizing. Once it was settled he ushered us to the seating area, where we were given complimentary water as the gift was being rang up. This was truly a very neat experience as everyone knows the fancy blue box with the white bow. There are so many types of pieces for sale at all different price ranges. Even candles, which shocked me. Would def recommend - plus they offer complimentary cleanings for their pieces as well. Location is Fashion Show Mall- ample parking read more

Brianna and Sanja at the Fashion Show Mall were some of the best and most experienced and knowledgeable Tiffany employees I've ever met! As a person with anxiety, I get nervous entering stores and asking for assistance, especially when I am unsure of what I wanted. However, Brianna was so  sweet and attentive. She was extremely patient with me as I spent over 2 hours going back and forth between three different necklaces. I was shocked to learn she had just started a month prior because she knew her information inside and out, something I would've expected from a seasoned employee! It was such a great experience and I left the shop with a beautiful necklace and a new friend. tldr; Taylor is amazing. She will help you find what you are looking for. She is easy to talk with and very professional. Took the wife out for a nice dinner and wanted to surprise her with new wedding rings. Taylor was very attentive to our needs when we walked in. My wife and I both incorrectly remembered a ring we saw in 2018 at Tiffany and while we were looking through photos trying to find a old picture, Taylor presented us with options. In the end, it was the Tiffany Essential Band Satin Finish Ring that we saw in 2018 and indeed bought during our visit. Thanks Taylor! After we found my wedding bad, we spent quite a while looking at nearly a dozen rings. At one point, my wife had 5 rings on her fingers trying to eliminate them. Eventually she choose a Tiffany Embrace Band Ring. Check-out was a simple transaction and we both left with a big smile read more

Was at Tiffany's the other day at Fashion Show mall. Was super excited going in wanting to buy a jewellery piece I've been eyeing for a while. I got greeted by David who seemed unhappy to help me. He spoke to me uninterested and sounded monotone and his first question to me was "are you looking for anything under 300 dollars?" From this simple question, I immediately felt like I was judged from the start and just wanted to get out of that store. I ended up buying something for myself despite feeling uncomfortable. It's sad to judge people by their appearance. This is a sincere and honest review and I hope no customers should feel the way I felt! read more

Tiffany & Co just sounds intimating but so desirable. When in Vegas..you splurge! Tiffany NEVER has sales. But I personally think the prices are decent as is! Especially for the quality and service...they've got me hooked! I highly recommend trying on anything that interests you- things may look prettier in the glass cases, but might not be your style. I left here with 3 items: -Atlas collection barrel necklace ($175) // Simple! I love the size of it- perfect for everyday throw-on! There is a rose gold edition, but much pricier. (BUT BEAUTIFUL, NONETHELESS!) -Atlas collection hoop earrings ($350) // Classy and simple. Perfect for every day wear! -Infinity collection sunglasses ($390) // Been out for only 2 weeks! These are going to be hot sellers. SUPER attractive! 3 items under $1K was definitely better than I expected! I will be frequenting at other TIffany stores soon! P.S. Tiffany pieces will only appreciate (not depreciate)! A Tiffany classic bracelet was $75 10 years ago, but now worth at least $300! read more

I needed to pick up a gift and called a couple of times to confirm they had it in stock at this location. The customer service is horrible. Treated me like I didn't belong in the store because I wasn't buying a $50k diamond.

First of all, most of the staff within that shop or fashion show mall appears to be friendly and I believe her name was Sarah who is really nice to me as a customer. I have purchased a fair amount of products from Tiffany and Co, And I needed a question asked about cleaning service for the products I purchased because they were tarnished rather quickly. A Mail manager who is carrying around an iPad tried to, make an attempt, Hinder and abstract my transaction with this fabulous sales woman telling her that there was other people more important ahead of me. Professionally she explain to him that this would only take a second and I totally appreciate the sales woman's courtesy. The gentleman with the iPad did not like her comment or it appeared my presence in front of her apparently wasting her time, so he started just to walk away. There are many products of Tiffany and Co. that my wife and I enjoy, I hope this discourtesy from this manager does not tamper with the thought of making for a future purchase in this store. I usually go to the Bellagio Tiffany & Co at the Bellagio hotel casino, or at Caesars Palace being I am a local since the 70s. I have provided examples of cute storage containers of Tiffany products from the past. Even though they are stored in the Tiffany provided storage pouches, the products I purchased tarnish rather quickly. Tiffany's offer complementary jewelry cleaning with about three day turnaround. The manager with the iPad made an attempt to shoot me away because there was possibly others making purchases. Again the salesman Sarah (I hope that was her name) Was extremely polite, cordial, and very professional which is consistent of the Tiffany's mission statement and goals. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Male, Filipino employee, RUDE. FIRE HIM OR RE-TRAIN HIM. I walked in with my two daughters and asked where the charms were for bracelets. Instead of walking us over to the case he just pointed to the back of the store and said, "They're over there." I already knew how this visit was going to go by him NOT walking us over and by him not even asking anything further. But I proceeded because my daughter wanted a look at what they had. We walk over to the case which has an extremely limited inventory for THE TIFFANY BRACELETS AND CHARMS SHE ALREADY HAS. I mean, I should not have held a MALL LOCATION Tiffany and Co up to a high standard as I would like the Tiffany & Co at The Crystals where we typically shop. At the case, I ask him as he finally made his way behind the counter, "Is this all the charms you have?" and he says WORD FOR WORD, "WE HAVE MUCH MORE BUT IT'S KEPT BELOW BECAUSE THE CASE HAS LIMITED SPACE." That's it. Instead of bringing out the charms that aren't displayed TO BE OF SERVICE or asking if we had something in mind TO BE OF SERVICE or instead of bringing up bracelet charms on the good for nothing tablet he carried around, again - TO BE OF SERVICE, that was it. It's all he said and just stood there. So I said aloud to him, "WELL I GUESS I'LL HAVE TO RECALL BY MEMORY WHAT YOU HAVE SINCE YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BRING OUT THE CHARMS ARE BELOW." Irritated and just disgusted by his kiosk jewelry style service, we turned around and left. He didn't even have the integrity to say goodbye. I was celebrating my 62nd Birthday in Vegas this past weekend. Popped into Tiffany to purchase the matching ring to to T bracelet my son gave me last year. I/We were warmly greeted by the security agent. Made our way around the store, numerous showcases & sales agents huddled around taking amongst themselves. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER DID ONE SALES AGENT ACKNOWLEDGE ME/US. I located what I was looking for although the pieces were in rose gold. NO ONE CAME OVER SO WE PROCEEDED TO LEAVE. As we were leaving that same security agent inquired if we found what I was looking for. I said yes but NO ONE other than him asked if I/we needed assistance. He even tried to right their wrong. I thank Simon and Cambridge, the two sales personnel so so much for explaining everything very professionally in a kind manner. More than 5 stars to them. However!!!!! there was this female manager with black hair (I don't know her name, I am not even asking. Engaged? Check out Tiffany & Co. located on the 2nd floor inside the Fashion Show Mall. This store just opened September 2011. I love coming to this convenient location to get the bling cleaned and always get wonderful friendly service even from the security guard, John-but he just recently went to Crystals (mall next to Aria)...let's just say the service at the Crystal's Tiffany & Co. from one dumb blonde "service" person was unprofessional so if you are at Tiffany & Co. and you see the dumb blonde...run! Other salespeople there were great. This store gets very busy but they go out of their way to make sure everyone is taken care of. Love that this store is conveniently located at the mall. The selection of jewelry is limited compared to the other stores they have on the Strip, but I was happy with the pieces they sold here. Sales staff was friendly, never pushy and did not hover over us while I jumped from case to case trying to make up my mind. They were helpful and let me try on different pendants and chains before I decided on what I wanted. It just so happened though the jewelry piece I picked out just came in and was a brand new design and wasn't listed in the books yet so it took a few minutes to find out. The only thing we we're not too comfortable with was when they go to ring the sale, your card is taken to another room out of your sight for a few minutes. Update- I forgot to update that after I spoke to someone in customer service and she saw that we were loyal customers they handled it appropriately so I was happy about that! Initial post-My husband purchased one of the bracelets for me for my birthday in May. I wore it for about two weeks and I bent down to pickup my newborn and the bracket literally just fell off into the floor. With a newborn and an infant it took me about a month to get down to the Tiffany store to have them repair it and when I took it in the told me it would cost $65 to repair it. I have A lot of Tiffany jewelry and I have never had an issue with them breaking but for an item I had for two weeks to just fall off!?! I even brought in the broken clasp so they could see what happen so why would I be charged for their bad craftsmanship??? I will be contacting their corporate office for this issue. I would probably have gotten better service at Zale read more

Was in the Fashion Show mall shopping around and decided to stop at Tiffany's because I have the "Tiffany T" ring my boyfriend had bought me from the Caesars location, that keeps tarnishing super bad on one side. I keep trying to clean it myself with the silver cloth cleaner they had given me, but it keeps tarnishing even when I wear it all the time. Which is super weird to me because my other Tiffany's jewelry doesn't do that. So I decided to go in the store to get it cleaned and ask why it's doing that. The lady that assisted me was kind and was stumped herself on why it was tarnishing like that. She apologized and offered the deep cleaning free of charge and asked me to come back after 3 days to pick it up. Because the deep cleaning takes longer. I go after the date she told me to, which was after November 5, 2018. I went on the 6th to pick up. A sales lady asks if she can help me, I tell her I need to pick up my ring. She asks for my ticket and I give it to her, she confirms my name that is clearly written at the top of the ticket I had handed to her. She tells me she'll be right back than goes to the back. The sales lady comes back with a Tiffany pouch and takes out my ring. I'm looking at it and it feels weird off the bat. Not smooth, and looked and felt like a fake ring that someone poured silver or dipped it into silver paint on it. I told the sales lady..it doesn't look right! Why is it look like that and why does it feel like that. And that there was tarnish spots still. She said she will take it back to the operations person to ask about it. She comes back 5/6 mins later and now it's all smoothed but still not cleaned as good as I've seen things get cleaned at a Tiffany's. She then continues to give me this paper to put my ring in that she says they use to keep the jewelry from tarnishing. I said but I wear it everyday and it still tarnishes and more on one side. She then asks me which side...(both sides are the same, how would I be able to tell her?! Really lady?!!! SMH) She couldn't explain why it was happening, I can tell...because she keeps saying "uh" in front of everything. "Uh, it could be your lotion" I don't put lotion on my hands because I wash my hands to much. So she continues to lie and make up why it could happen. Her vibe and not being knowledgeable was the worst. Then I looked at my ring and still...it was not polished or cleaned very well. I had to go back to work, since I had gone on my lunch break to pick up my ring. So I did not have time to continue with her. I let her put the ring in the paper and in the pouch and went back to work. Now I'm home and take my ring out of all the wrappings and notice there's scratches on it that were not there when I dropped it off. And the inside of the "t's" is all discolored and kinda tarnished. This honestly was a waste of time to even go to this location, because the ring I feel was not done correctly and has come back worse with all the scratches! Also the 2nd sales lady was just horrible and gave horrible service. She should read up more on the jewelry before getting back in the sales floor! I'm sure I'm not the only one with questions. The ONLY reason I'm giving this location 2 stars instead of 1, is because the first sales lady when I dropped off my ring was very sincere and apologetic when she didn't need to be. It wasn't her fault my ring is doing what it is doing. For a $400 ring and it being a Tiffany, it's very shocking this is happening! read more

Tiffany & Co (Fashion Show Mall) There's just something about Tiffany blue... I was recently at Fashion Show mall Christmas shopping when I walked passed Tiffany & Co. I stopped and asked myself "would the future Mrs. C. love a Christmas present from here?" I could buy her donuts for Christmas since she loves donuts. I can also buy her a good pair of socks for running since she loves to run. What the heck, I'll take a gamble and get her something here instead. I walked in and knew what I wanted to buy her. I headed towards the first employee that I made eye contact with and told her exactly what I was looking for. The sales person that assisted me was Ashley. She assisted me for over 45 minutes until I found the right piece of jewelry. She brought out every piece of jewelry that fit what I was looking for, allowed me to inspect every single one, and even modeled it. I ended up purchasing the first piece of jewelry that Ashley showed me. Ashley was awesome and very patient with me. I highly recommend her. For our 11th anniversary, husband bought me the classic Tiffany bracelet online because he didn't realize there were stores locally. Well, his measuring my wrist in my sleep, besides creepy, backfired. He bought the wrong sized. Instead of sending it back, I thought the family could pop over to the Fashion Show Mall and exchange it. The gentleman who helped us was super responsive and helpful. He took care of it quickly. I would give the customer service FROM HIM 5 stars. I was super paranoid being in there with my 5 and 9 year old. Apparently, so was a female store employee who just stared at us as if we were circus animals. Her smurky "you don't belong here" look reduced the store's stars for me. It's that type of attitude that makes me what to say, "I have a graduate degree and you work at the mall. Don't be all high and mighty, snotty chick!"
