This is a very late post, but I needed to express my gratitude to Thomas Fleetwood who works in the David Yurman, Forum Shops at Caesars. In February 2023, I was looking for a new wedding band because the one I had was too small in proportion to my wedding ring. I new exactly what I wanted but thought it too good to be true for the store to have it. I started looking at different pieces and even thought of getting a whole new wedding set. Thomas asked me if I would be interested in an 18K band set with baguette diamonds around the front--THIS WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! The ring he showed me was in proportion to my 18K wedding ring and exactly my ring size. The diamonds went halfway around the band, and I wanted it like this vs all around the band. Thomas told me not to get rid of the ring I got married with, at the time, 33 years ago. I've worn my wedding ring and new wedding band since and always feel that it was meant to be that I stepped into the store that day. I came in to have my jewelry cleaned and to buy a bracelet for my daughter. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a woman who proceeded to literally yell at me to stay in the back of the store, didn't even get my customer information, glared at me like I spit on her mother and was hands down, the most obnoxious salesperson I have ever dealt with. She refused to show me the bracelet that I asked to see and shoved her hand in my face when I walked over there anyway. That woman has no business in customer service or dealing with people. Maybe she just hates short people or forgets that she works there, but I shop/used to shop there. Too bad, I took my money to Tiffany & Co (just down the hall right by the fountains ask for Sei, he was fantastic) sent one helluva email to corporate, and will never be back. Every purchase with her is made with confidence and she always ensures you are happy. I've interacted with other associates, and have had positive experiences, but our go to is Sara. This is a beautiful store with a great selection of product to choose from, and if the item you're looking for isn't there then it's easily shipped to you. Definitely a challenge to leave here empty handed...and they have a children's collection as well! There's a certain level of customer service many assume will receive when shopping luxury. It's always a tale of two stories- a horrible shopping experience with snooty salespeople or an experience so lovely that you literally are mentally planning your next trip to the store. My experience here was the latter and I left on cloud nine. No one appreciates spending a decent penny and not being valued for their time or worth. Many of us who shop in luxury can immediately recall a certain Pretty Woman story at one point where you left so annoyed that they overlooked you and provided you such crappy service. David Yurman at The Forum Shops displayed a class of customer service that once again reminded me why I'm addicted to shopping in Vegas. As I was wearing a very casual outfit with some anti-bright hangover sunglasses, I figured it was time to have a "Treat Yo Self" Day as Tom and Donna from Parks & Rec would say. After a day spent of shopping I was immediately attracted to their store as a moth is to a bright light. Upon entrance of the store I was greeted by multiple sales people and felt welcomed. A lovely associate asked me what I was looking for and directed me to the proper cases. Within the five minutes I was there my bags were picked up from me for them to hold onto, a beverage was in my hand (water for those who are curious), and a selection of men's bracelets for me to look at. The sales lady pretty much read my mind and knew what type of jewelry piece I was looking for from my description and gave me her honest opinion. As much as it pained me to realize it, she was correct that my first choice was too busy on me. Luckily the piece I selected was perfect and worked out just as well. As I informed her I was shopping for my birthday gift she smiled and asked if I had any special plans or needed any recommendations. It was as if Yelp came to life and was situated right in front of me. The packaging and display of their craftsmanship was beautiful and a special touch to their closing ceremony. I absolutely love David Yurman jewelry. I had been eyeing up a new DY ring back home in Chicago for a month or so. I decided I would treat myself on my upcoming trip to Las Vegas. About 5 days before my arrival in Vegas I called the DY store in the Forum Shops to see if they had the ring I was looking for in the proper size. I spoke to a sales person named Pooja, she was very nice and very helpful. She said they had the ring in that size and said she would hold in the their safe for a couple days until I arrived. She did not require any payment at that time, not sure if that is because I am an existing DY customer in their computer or if this is just their regualr policy, but it was nice not having to give my CC info over the phone. When I arrived to pick up my ring the store was awesome, I saw several other things that I had to have. Pooja was not working when I arrived but somebody else helped out. She brought out the ring, it was the correct ring, fit perfectly so I said wrap it up. The women that helped me noticed I was wearing some other DY pieces and offered to polish/clean them for me while I waited. GREAT SERVICE!!! I will make the DY store in the Forum Shops a regular stop on my future Vegas trips. read more

I was in Vegas for my wedding. I had originally purchased my ring from the David Yurman website. But it was a little too big and I didn't have enough time to mail it back. I stopped in to see if I could exchange it. I came in on a Tuesday night and was getting married on Thursday. The Vegas store didn't have my size but found the only one located in the California store and had it overnighted for me and called me at my hotel when it arrived. I'm very impressed with not only the quality and beauty of the ring. But also the amazing customer service displayed. Good morning all, I don't like to write negative reviews but this time I consider it necessary. I did buy on November 30th a bracelet for at the time my fiance, as my weeding present to her. We got married the next day. Needless to say that she loved the present. My wife wore it a few times only. She took it off after our family dinner the past Christmas eve (2021) and the end gold piece with diamonds came off the body of the bracelet. My wife and I are extremely disappointed of the cheap quality of this expensive bracelet. We are not new to David Yurman jewelry, reason why I choose that bracelet. On top of that since i got this bracelet on a DY store in Vegas, the main DY store wont take my claim, I have to go thru the vegas store or any other DY store, which by the way, they do not answer their phone, they force to leave a voicemail and, well good luck to getting a phone call back. I live in the east coast. Please think twice on buying these cheap made bracelets (the cable ones). I wish i could post some pictures. Happy new year to all who are reading! read more

Went to David Yurman tonight to buy me and my partner everything new they had here that is not in our smaller store in Tampa. We are David Yurman followers and were excited about tonight. We get to the store at 5:58pm and they are locked up and the sales people are putting away the jewelry. We had check the hours of theCaesar Forum Shoppes and they were till 8pm. However David Yurman closed at 6pm. We were very disappointed and would have spent plenty of money. I can't blame this shop 100% because I could have looked up there hours individually. But we did check the hours at the Forum Shoppes. I just feel they should have the same hours. All the other stores were open till 8pm except 2 high end shops. So I do share the blame. Was just sad, and they missed a good sale. And why close earlier than the rest of the shops. Don't understand. My try the store at the outlet mall tomorrow. However, when he put it on, he no longer liked it. So the gal there showed us another ring. We really loved it. Although I wanted an engraving they told us it would take 2 weeks. We are getting married in less than 2 weeks so we chose to come back later for that service. The sales lady was very sweet. The Las Vegas David Yurman Store is incredible! The staff was incredibly hospitable to my friends and me the second we walked in the door. We were offered champagne and immediate customer care. It was not an intimidating, up-tight atmosphere, like a lot of other high end stores. They custom-ordered my ring for me and received it one month earlier than expected. It's laid out beautifully, has an excellent selection, and a very well informed staff. I work with Lindsay whenever I come in to make a purchase. She has impeccable taste and very well educated on the company and jewelry. She never tries to up sale me, she always asks what price range I want to stay in, and she makes me feel comfortable during the process. After I make a purchase there is always a follow up phone call or email from her making site that my purchase was up to my expectations. I will continue shopping here and working with her. I recently took my new David Yurman crossover ring here to have it resized. The work was done really quickly but when I received my ring back in the mail it was flattened all across the top. Their charge for resizing was considerable and I was appalled at the shoddy workmanship. I would have expected some kind of quality control and unfortunately now my ring looks like it was caught in a shutting door. It's a 6 hour drive for me to return it and I don't even know if it can be fixed. Very poor customer service! read more

I want to start off by saying I was deeply disappointed in the way David Yurman management in the forum shop, Las Vegas handled an issue regarding a charm I purchased along with a pricey necklace purchased with it. Instead of getting a call back from the store manager Kenya, I received a call from a salesperson who was told by Kenya that there was nothing they would do to resolve the issue. I feel they handled the matter unprofessionally and can not understand why the manager didn't have the decency to talk to me directly. How unfair it was to have a salesperson sdo her dirty work!!!!! What amazing customer service! I visit Vegas about once a year. I always stop here, always buy something, and always receive AMAZING service! This time my sister and I had the good fortune to work with Christina F. Turns out she is dating Joe who helped us last year (and was amazing) although he has moved on to the real estate industry. Christina actually remembered us from last year and was so much fun. We bought several things and then my sister mentioned a DY bracelet she had (purchased at Saks) where stone had fallen out a couple of days prior. Christina was all over it and told my sis to bring in the next day and they would send off for replacement. Wow! I love this place. I'm not gonna buy Yurman any place but here. Oh, and did I mention that on Saturday they had a DJ? And they have beverages and snacks? Highly recommend visiting this store if you love David Yurman and even if you are unfamiliar with Yurman jewelry. The whole shopping experience was an event. Christina helped my sister and me pick out several items (we both already have Yurman jewelry), but never with a hint of sales pressure. We'd ask questions, Christina would bring something out of the case or out of the drawers behind the displays, we'd try on, then we'd move on to the next bracelet. The customer service was above and beyond any jewelry store I have ever stepped into. The quality of Yurman is unsurpassed, but when you couple that quality with the beauty of the pieces, the knowledge and joy of the staff, the music that rocks, and let's not forget the champaigne (which we chose to consume AFTER the purchases), I wish I could visit the store more frequently than once a year. read more
