We are both watch lovers and had to make the pilgrimage to Bucherer at The forum shops at Caesar's Palace. Most watch lovers have seen the You Tube video with "Mr Wonderful" providing a tour of Bucherer! Bucherer does not disappoint and provides a truly awesome experience. Maria Jikh was our client adviser and allowed my son to try on some of the Rolex sport watches that he is in love with. She also took us to the CPO part of the store and we tried on some stunning vintage watches and beautiful Daytona's! I am now registered and the registration process is fast and easy. If you are ever in Las Vegas and a lover of watches then a visit to Bucherer's is a must! Besides Rolex they also carry many other luxury brands. Tudor, Omega, Longine, Cartier, Grand Seiko, Breitling, Choppard and more! It is truly watch Disneyland!

This location is one of the bigger ones we've been to, but with a smaller selection of pre-owned watches. Upon entering there was not a sole to be found. It took a few minutes of wondering before we could have an employee to direct us towards the pre-owned rolex case. We saw a few that were unique, but waaaay overpriced. It was fun to look at and try on, but nothing made sense for us.

She's not pushy and she would refer you to other boutiques that they work directly with. We have visited her a few times and have only bought one watch, but each time we come in and are looking for a certain kind of watch, she will either try to get that watch so that we can see it in person at another time or she will refer us. We are local so it is quite easy to stop by whenever she has a watch ready for us to see.

I've been coming for over 10 years & 10 watches later I keep coming back. Now here's my journey ! Rolex at The Wynn Hotel was where I felt the need to splurge and treat myself to one of the finest time pieces on the planet. I was looking for watch that reflected my personality, arrogance and desire for the finest things in life. Located in the causeway at the Wynn Hotel shops is where I walked into for that experience on the way to lunch. Upon entering I was greeted by a gentleman named Qusey ( BTW he didn't give me the stink eye since I wasn't in Wall Street 3 piece suit ) and asked if he could assist me. I said give me a moment to gather my thoughts and he obliged. After 5 or 10 minutes of eyeing my choices I then asked for further assistance. I pointed to 6 watches of my desire and he laid them out for me. One by one I tried each watch one on and till I decided on two that I would want. I snapped a few photographs of each watch on my wrist to help decide which timepiece was for me. After much deliberating I made my decision and settled on the GMT Black Dial. Great for everyday wear and yard work. My next indulgence a few months later was Da Bling watch an 18K Gold with diamond crusted bezel DAY DATE, and damn it looks spectacular. My 3rd piece was a steel Daytona 3 weeks later from Qusey. I'm so happy with my choices and the service I received. Just a note Qusey causally mentioned to me that if he shipped the watches to my residence so I could avoid paying the sales tax and he would provide free shipping. Well, that was it "Cha Ching" he made a sale and now I have 3 new Rolex watches for my collection. Now that I'm a player they move you into another room for some personal pampering while they fit your watch, offer you a beverage, kiss your a$$ and yes take your money. Qusey gave me all my paperwork and thanked me for my patronage. I then shook his hand and shared my thoughts on his professionalism and kindness. Now it was off to lunch with a huge smile on my face. Now the next day the amazing guy texted me a "Thank You" which was appreciated. In this day and age Qusey proved customer service still alive and well. You're the best my friend. We remained friends and purchased several other pieces from him over the next several years. It's unfortunate but Qusey has moved on but yet another mensch took over my account and that's MANNY.... He's taken over and became my new AD and has acquired me several new time pieces for my collection. Recently for my birthday recently he was able to get me the coveted ROLEX GMT ( Red / Blue ) bezel aka "THE PEPSI" and this year " I GOT THE CALL " for a piece I waited 5 years for and that's the ROLEX OYSTERFLEX DAYTONA named " THE GHOST " ... It touched my heart he got these for me and I'm forever grateful for Manny and his professionalism, he's a good man. I look forward to many more years of working with him & Watches of Switzerland. For those of you wanting the most exquisite watches on the planet stop by and ask for MANNY to hook you up. With Rolex this is the absolutely the memorable shopping experiences I've ever had and everyday I look at my wrist I know it was worth every penny I spent at Watches of Switzerland. And yes I have my eye on a another new time piece in which I shall purchase from here again.

1 Star -- The Worst Rolex Boutique in the World! In…read more I deal with four Rolex boutiques worldwide, as well as Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Omega, and other luxury watch brands. I can confidently say that Rolex at Wynn Las Vegas is the WORST boutique I have ever visited. After waiting FOUR YEARS for a watch, I discovered that my information had not even been properly recorded. When I asked for an explanation, I was treated with unbelievable disrespect. Tim was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. I had heard many negative things about him, but I didn't believe them until I experienced his behavior myself. I felt discriminated against, and he even threatened to call security if I returned. I have serious concerns about the fairness, transparency, and integrity of this boutique, especially regarding favoritism and watch allocations. Absolutely disgraceful behavior. Rolex deserves better representation, and customers deserve respect. Avoid this boutique!
