OK, I've been coming in for ages yet never bought anything here cause everything I wanted was "DISPLAY ONLY " and so management wouldn't allow a purchase. However not too long ago I ran into LANA who actually took the time to get my details. Didn't think much of it at the time but I was looking for a particular watch ( NORQAIN Gecko Green ) and so I called into the store and LANA made contact with me regarding my needs. Lana was even gonna come in on her day off to handle the sale ( OMG AWESOME ) but I indicated she enjoy her day off and I'll pay for it when she returns. Lana contacted me a few days later when she promised and I purchased the watch. Great customer service throughout the process. One of the rare sales people who actually understands the sales game.. I've been to a few Bucherer in different states and this one seems to be the most over priced. My fiancé has been on the hunt for some vintage rollies, so we always make it a point to stop by any Bucherer during our adventures. This location is one of the bigger ones we've been to, but with a smaller selection of pre-owned watches. Upon entering there was not a sole to be found. It took a few minutes of wondering before we could have an employee to direct us towards the pre-owned rolex case. We saw a few that were unique, but waaaay overpriced. My late father got me interested in Rolex watches. He had two, and I remember him telling me how they are handmade and are the best of the best. I got my first - an Explorer II - in the early 2000s. In those days you could just walk into any authorized dealer and take your pick of models. Not so anymore. In 2019 I was lucky enough to find a blue Datejust on a trip to London. In 2023 I decided I wanted a Submariner. This is perhaps the most iconic of Rolex models and is emulated/copied by many other watchmakers. I also knew how elusive it was. In May 2023 I strolled into Bucherer at the Forum Shops. They were still in their small temporary store as their huge and glamorous store was not open yet. I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah Hudson. We chatted about watches, and I told her I really wanted the Submariner Date. She took down my information and gave me her card. Over the next two years we checked in with each other every few months. In 2024 I brought my Explorer II in for its routine overhaul and maintenance. Sarah graciously assisted me with this as well, and a few weeks later the Explorer II was back looking brand new! Fast forward to my birthday, April 2025. I looked at my phone and saw Sarah was calling. A happy birthday call I figured. Well, it was that plus the words I had waited two years for - we have your watch! I was at the store within a few hours to get my birthday surprise. Sarah was wonderful to work with, and I'm impressed with the beauty of this store and their wide selection. My wife and I recently experienced our first visit to Bucherer Time Dome 1888 at the Forum Shops, Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. We were on the market for Grand Seiko watches and were put in touch with Client Advisor Johnny Kakallis. First of all, the establishment is incredible with almost every brand of watch imaginable there. the atmosphere is warm and inviting. But we were looking for Grand Seiko's specifically and were greeted by Johnny warmly and sincerely. Johnny knew the specific pieces were were looking for an had them on hand for us to look at and ask questions about. Johnny is a true expert in the field of horology and watches. My wife and I had been studying up on the Grand Seiko brand and Johnny's knowledge of the brand's history and reason for being is second to none. As a client advisor, there was no hard sell on Johnny's part. He patiently answered all of our questions about the watches in question and made sure we had something to drink while we were with him. And chocolates! We also noted the collegiality of the staff at Bucherer 1888 who all were very friendly and helpful. Johnny has excellent interpersonal skills and my wife and I felt very comfortable working with him to narrow down the watches we wanted. In the end, we not only purchased the two watches were were interested in, but also one more that Johnny introduced us to, also in the Grand Seiko line. We also took a look at other watch brands in the boutique and Johnny's knowledge of all of the brands we looked at is impressive. We have been, and will continue to frequent this establishment for the purchase of timepieces and of course, will use Johnny as out Client Advisor. He is the best and we highly recommend him if you need someone that is extremely knowledgeable about watches and watch brands. I feel compelled to share my experience of buying a Blancpain watch. On 10/14/2023, I purchased a beautiful timepiece, the Villeret moon phase, at Bucherer in the Forum Shops. From the very beginning, I sensed that something was wrong with the watch--it kept stopping on my wrist in the middle of the afternoon. Initially, I attributed it to a bad wind and bought a nice winder for the night, but the problem persisted. On 11/28/2023, I returned the piece to the retailer, and after some examination, they concluded that there was a problem with the watch: it wasn't holding a charge. The spring was coming undone. I asked the store to exchange the defective item, but they responded that it had been over 30 days, and the best they could do was send it in for repairs, which could take up to 6 months. Yesterday, I called the store to inquire about my watch, and the clerk informed me that it had been sitting in their safe for over two months--they had even sent me an email. What a disappointing experience this whole operation has been. This morning, I picked up my $17K defective, refurbished watch, which I've owned for over 6 months but only worn for one. If you have other options, I sincerely recommend staying away from Tournaeu / Bucherer and Swatch / Blancpain. UPDATE: While you post your insincere, templated response to look professional to other readers and to maintain the misleading image of good customer service, I am still out 17 grand and have a defective, refurbished watch. So no, your service still sucks. And others should stay away. As far as your management is concerned, David the store manager knew of the situation and he had my phone number. He had promised to reach out to the regional manager for Bucherer and the manufacturer, so your management is where the problem arises. The staff is quite courteous actually. read more

Like many people, I have been on a hunt for a 36mm Datejust. I'm on several waitlist at several different location in socal, Vegas, and even Hawaii for the last 2 years! Let's start off with the obvious - the original Tourneau Time Dome is gone. The Forum Shop location relocated and temporarily closed for renovation after being acquired by Bucherer. This review is for the **new** Time Dome which reopened in early June 2023. By sheer coincidence, I was in Las Vegas the week the Time Dome reopened and visited it on June 7 - its second day of operation. The layout has some similarities with the previous store - with a large Rolex presence on the left side (near the entrance). As expected, the new Time Dome features Bucherer products heavily, including fine jewelry. Some lines have returned (Omega), but some others - notably IWC - are no longer there (even though IWC is still sold on the Bucherer/Tourneau website). A new IWC boutique is under construction across from the Time Dome and is supposed to open later in 2023. I found the watch displays to be much less customer friendly than before. For some reason, many watches are displayed in cases mounted on the wall above eye level. This, obviously, makes browsing difficult. And even though the Time Dome is supposed to be the largest watch store in the world (by square feet), it felt like the selection of watches was actually less than before. Many of the brands that are there very high end - Bucherer is clearly courting a more upscale customer. I didn't see a lot here in the "near luxury" price range - say around $5,000 to $8,000 (think brands like Rado, Tudor, or Oris). If they were there, they were not prominently displayed. The original Time Dome had a modern feel, but the new version almost feels old school. (And it's not just this location - I've also visited the NYC store on 57th Street - the Time Machine - and it felt the same as this does.) The overall vibe is very much more upscale, which can be okay if done correctly, but this feels almost "snooty". In the previous Time Dome, you could browse pretty much on your own and there would always be someone if you needed assistance. But here, the sales staff follows you from display to display, hovering and asking if you need help. Not every customer needs or wants that. And while security is always an issue - there are undoubtedly cameras EVERYWHERE and prominent security guards at the entry - so the "hovering staff" approach can be really annoying to some shoppers. I had come in with the intention of purchasing a watch, as I had previously purchased watches from this very location. But oddly, I could not find what I was looking for in the new Time Dome. A sad statement for supposedly the world's largest watch store. The whole atmosphere of the Time Dome is different than before, but I can't say it is an improvement. To be fair, some may absolutely love the new changes and that's fine. But after visiting both the NYC and Las Vegas flagship stores, I have to say that I am quite disappointed in this new direction. Disappointing, too, is Bucherer's closure of many previous Tourneau locations including Honolulu and Chicago, which are now just Rolex boutiques. In fact, with the exception of the Chicago and Las Vegas stores, all US Bucherer locations are limited to either the East or West Coast. So it's not totally clear exactly who Bucherer is targeting here. read more

Maria was very helpful and let my wife take her time trying on the watch. We did not feel rushed at all. She also let my wife try on other watches without hesitation. Maria made us feel very welcome. The buying experience with Maria was top tier and she made my wife feel very comfortable. The other Rolex location should learn from Maria.
