I've seen it online and this was the purse. I was in the area so 30mins is plenty to park and walk to Gucci at Cystals and buy and then on my way. My daughter and I walked in. Was somewhat greeted and then Tann approached us asking if I needed help. I pointed to the Gucci Giglio large tote bag, she grabbed it and I tried it on. Uurghhh why is it so big on me. The strap wouldn't stay together at the shoulder. Darn it. I love the pattern and the style but am not 100% loving it to spend over $2k. I was disappointed. Tann saw and asked if I like the pattern and if there's anything else. I did a quick scan and did see something I may like for me and something else for my daughter. She pulled both, we touched and feel both items. I appreciate her patience and also not crowding us. I ended getting a pouch and it was over 1/2 of what I was going to spend on the tote, girl math, I saved hahahaha. Tann knew of the time crunch we had, only about 15mins left. She grabbed us some very nice bottled water while she rung me up and had the purse packed and boxed. Efficient and easy and I went away happy. Tann texted me after to thank me and provided her contact. I'm a no nonsense person so appreciate the time and effort from Tann. I now have a dedicated person I can turn to when I need. In return, my opto friends also gave him so pointers for comfortable eyewear/contacts, it was all a very personable shopping experience. Overall, the experience was phenomenal, we didn't feel rushed, the whole interaction with Ryan didn't feel transactional. It truly felt like the type of quality you would expect from such a globally renowned luxury brand like Chrome Hearts. I've been to a couple of stores in Asia including the other Vegas locations, and this one was by far my favorite. Still wearing the diamond baby fat on the daily!

Very Disappointing Experience at Coach Venetian…read more My wife and I are in Las Vegas for a few days and stopped at the Coach store at The Venetian. She found a pair of shoes she loved. The manager personally brought the pair out of the box, she put them on, purchased them, and wore them out of the store. The associate at the register told my wife she had 30 days for returns or exchanges, knowing she was wearing the shoes when we left. About 20 minutes later, after walking around the indoor shops on polished marble floors and carpet, my wife took one of the shoes off and we were shocked by the condition of the soles. They had extensive dark scuffs, marks, and wear that did not look consistent to us with approximately 20 minutes of indoor walking. When we looked at the box more closely, the tissue paper was also heavily crumpled and looked like the shoes had been handled before. We immediately returned to Coach. My wife did not want a refund. She loved the shoes and simply asked for another new pair of the exact same shoes. The manager refused, saying that once she wore them out of the store they could not be returned or exchanged. That was extremely frustrating because this same manager was the person who took the shoes from the box and handed them to my wife. She had no reason to turn over and inspect the soles before purchasing them because she reasonably believed she was being handed a brand-new pair of shoes. I even asked the manager whether the store had cameras. He confirmed that it did. I asked whether the footage could be reviewed to help determine the history and handling of this pair, but he would not do so. We cannot say whether these shoes had previously been worn or returned, but based on the condition of the soles after such a short period of indoor wear and the condition of the packaging, we had a legitimate concern and asked for a very reasonable solution: exchange them for a new pair. We weren't looking for money back. My wife wanted the shoes. We simply expected a new pair when purchasing new shoes from Coach. What should have been a fun purchase during our Vegas trip turned into an unnecessarily disappointing experience. I have photos of the soles taken shortly after we discovered the condition.
