The staff at the Wynn Cartier is fantastic. Yesterday I was tagging along with the BFF and her fam as she was checking out their Tank Collection watches. She normally works with Michelle but she wasn't in that day. Michelle had her reach out to Paul during this visit. He and Jorina (I think that was her name?) were lovely with assisting her with finding her perfect daily work watch. Jorina assisted BFF with the different face sizes and band offerings for her watch. After a couple of assessments, the steel band with a brown leather band ordered was the final call that gave the Tank watch more flexibility. The steel band was sized perfectly. Throughout this process, Paul assisted with removing and cleaning the BFFs 2 Love Bracelets. We sat comfortably through this process and was provided beverages as we chilled out. Once everything was complete, the staff was kind enough to provide me a small gift for being the "Moral Support" throughout the visit. Lol Lovely! I received two sample size sprays of the Pasha de Cartier offerings for men: edition noire and parfum. It's the little things that make a difference. I've been thinking about writing this review for a while. I went into this location and bought an item, I worked with Sidwell. When I followed up later and expressed interest in something else, Sidwell ghosted me and never responded. Tried to text him a few times about 1-2 weeks apart, same thing. So finally I went in and worked with someone else & there was Sidwell who barely glanced my way and avoided eye contact. The 2 ladies I worked with that day were great. I forgot the name of one of them and unfortunately she never gave me her card and the other lady was awesome and responds to texts if/when I have a question or new product I may be interested in is available. Most everyone else I've dealt with has been awesome, just avoid Sidwell unless you want to deal with someone who is childish and will ghost you. I've always had my eye on a Cartier love ring, especially the rose gold one. When I looked online I wanted to make sure I try it on and see if it fits. I was visiting Vegas during Veterans Day and checked out the Cartier at the Wynn. When I looked online it recommended I make an appointment and I didn't see any that fit my schedule so I decided to Walk by and if their door is open then they take walk ins, if not then you have to wait. The staff are very professional and friendly. I'll have to go back and check my receipt to catch the name of the person that helped me. I told her exactly what I wanted and she was patient with me when it came to finding the correct size and which ring I wanted to wear it on. She mentioned to always keep in mind the temperature you're used to because some altitudes your hands swell with the weather. They luckily had my size and I was able to process my purchase very easily and wear my ring out of the store. Once you purchase from Cartier you can stop by any location to clean your ring. It isn't recommended to get it shaved down if there are scratches. The love ring is definitely a classic and so if the infinity ring. A very disappointing experience at Crystals Las Vegas. My salesperson Alex sold me a love ring paved with diamonds ( $17K) but since he didn't have the actual piece on hands, sized it wrong and after wearing it and having the most difficult time taking it off (soap, windex, lotion), he refused to exchange it and stopped returning my calls. I called corporate and was told I would get assistance and never heard from them again. I have been a faithful customer of the brand for years but feel that the customer service I received was deplorable for such a luxurious brand. I now have a ring I can't wear and never heard from them again. Cartier has been in my family since World War I when my great grand father saved the Cartier's son life in the trenches and my great grand mother had a numbered Cartier ring as her engagement ring as a thank you gift from the founder himself. My relationship with the brand is definitely tainted after this and I can't recommend them. A very costly purchase! Call me weird but i collect these wax stamps because i am a true hoarder. I was so disappointed at the care packaging because when i removed the tissue paper from the bag, I find my Cartier outer box open, Cartier box propped open, my bracelet in place but screw driver out of place and had slightly scratched my LOVE Cartier bracelet from it being tossed around the box. Granted, i'll probably end up scratching my bracelet myself but this is was just poor customer service and packaging!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE. ABSURD. For the amount of money people spend at Cartier, I would advise management to ensure their staff provide better customer service and care packaging. Making sure everything I wanted to try on had my size and are comfortable. The ring I wanted was out of my size in every region for transfer so Saprina had to order me one directly from France. It did took a little while to get here. Saprina was very apologetic about it. But yet very professional, updating me with every status of the ring. The day before the delivery she called and confirming the address with me again and making sure someone will be there to sign the package. After I received the ring, we talked on the phone she make sure I love the ring and the fit is right. Saprina made this process so easy. She also gave me a Cartier cleaning kit for my jewelries.
