My goodness, I've never dealt with so many IDIOTS in one store as I have at Bvlgari. So rude, uneducated imbeciles form the staff. I had purchased a Bvlgari watch from Saks 5th Ave, which is an authorized Bvlgari dealer, which needed warranty work. I arrived at Bvlgari to get it fixed. I had the stamped, dated warranty card with me along with original proof of purchase. I was denied warranty service because I had bought the watch from Saks. I explained to the sales lady that Bvlgari offers a warranty as long as the item is purchased from an authorized dealer, which Saks is. She refused to honor the warranty because I did not buy directly from Bvlgari. I had to call their main office in NYC who had to explain to the sales lady that my watch was indeed covered under warranty. So I let that very negative experience pass and returned to Bvlgari to get a new crystal on a different watch. I paid the fee and was told I would get a phone call once it was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick up the watch, it still had the same chipped crystal on it. I asked to see the work order and indeed they performed no service. I told them to take it back and replace the crystal. They refused unless I paid again. I explained to them I already paid and I received nothing in return. They said I needed to pay again or they wouldn't replace the crystal. Now this is no longer a simple mistake. It had turned into a case of outright fraud. I again had to contact the corporate office in NYC and they apologized profusely. It is amazingly frustrating to deal with such idiots who are supposed to offer the very best service for the exorbitant prices they charge. Will never again return to Bvlgari. read more

I've never been is a Bvlgari store before but because of the amazing customer service we'll be back! When we walked in we were greeted by 3 associates including the security guard! Yuki asked us if we were looking for anything particular and we weren't. She was very personable and we told her we were getting married in a week and she was so happy for us and brought us a bottle of champagne with glasses to celebrate. It was such a sweet gesture. Then I was looking at the sunglasses and jewelry and each associate brought me something to try on but not pushy at all. I really liked a pair of sunglasses I saw but they were purple which isn't my style. They went through their drawers and helped me find something that I really liked. My fiancé and I enjoyed coming in and talking to the staff and getting to know a little more about the brand. If they weren't personable and so helpful we would have walked in and right back out.
