Andreas created us, took us to the back so we could watch him clean my rings, and then helped us pick the perfect new diamond. To help ensure we were picking the right size, they even took my current stone out of the setting so I could get a better visual of what the "new" ring would look like. They made upgrading my diamond easy, affordable, and just a very comfortable experience.
