So I never write yelp reviews but when someone is doing a poor job I'll have to point it out because people spend money on these items, thinking they are real this isn't the first time I spotted something fake I asked if they buy fakes. she said yeah I'm pretty sure she was not listening to me and meant to say no. The worker stud was like yeah we have an authenticator well I have a pair nike dunks on everyday and i resell shoes So I showed her my real pair and the toe box and insole were completely different and there is no Nike logo on the sole. The dot of verification was missing and the material is cheaper than most you can tell once you pick up the shoe. read more

Great doing business with Veronica. Knowledgeable about jewelry. Very helpful and honest.

I came in to sell my Apple Watch series 3 . I paid $500 now they retail for $300 And their offer was $80 ! Not even $100 ???? If it wasn't for this lady that offered to pay us $200 idk where else we would have sold the watch . P.s. we took her offer read more

These folks try hard to help you and know you're in a bind. They give you a fair price for your goods, and don't make you feel "less then". They are not "Pawn Snobs", and treat you well and with respect. I dropped my resume here after our transaction, because if the people that work here have such a great attitude, then the store manager must be a good person to work with! Natalie/ Nichole was especially helpful and worked hard to help me and be consistent in her goal to do so. ( OMG, I hope I remembered her name correctly, I'm 59 lol.) Refreshing today that there are still examples of old school customer service left in Las Vegas!!! read more

Rosie Over at the pawnshop off of Valley View and Meade went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. She should be promoted and acknowledged for her incredibly amazing service. She is the reason I go to that pawn shop. read more

I think that any successful business is based on energy, product knowledge and perceived value but mainly I believe it's about connecting. The way employees connect with and handle the merchandise, the way they connect with each other and especially how they connect with the customers and let's be honest here dealing with some of the customers who come in to a pawnshop cannot be an easy task, I say this because I have been an extremely loyal customer to the Valley View EZ Pawn in Las Vegas for 10 years and I am a royal pain in the ass yet I have always been treated with respect and fairness. In my opinion every employee at this location is a gem however there is one who in all the years I have been doing business here is an absolute treasure! I am referring to Melissa, she is one of the managers who goes above and beyond for her customers, she has a high standard of professionalism, her product knowledge from high end jewelry, Louis Vuitton, computers, audio and video equipment, musical instruments, tools etc. etc. is mind blowing, her appearance is impeccable and her smile is contagious and to me that is HUGE Because I do animal rescue and will often need to Pawn several items when I get a call about an animal who has been badly beaten or severely abused in some horrific way that needs emergency medical attention and something as simple as a smile gives me exactly what I need to maintain a positive attitude under such heart wrenching circumstances. You'd Think with all of the sob stories she must hear would make her a bit cold or callous, I know I would be but she is not that way at all. I think when someone does their job by the book, who is kind, compassionate and professional is a role model. I don't know who does the hiring for this store but you were spot on when hiring Melissa, she is a diamond in the rough and without a doubt an asset to your company. I went there to buy a bicycle for myself and my room mate. I got amazing deals and was helped with a request that they put the bikes in the back so I could return in an hour to take them home. They gave me a bag with microwave popcorn and said pick out a movie free. I have found many great deals at this pawn shop. Its like magic I go the there and find what I need for a great price. read more

I had a great experience. I thought all my jewelry was silver until Malcolm scratched it on the stone and drizzled the liquid which came back "14k white gold!" Malcolm was extremely polite and took his time with my jewelry as he counted each stone in both my pendant and ring. He gave me more than I expected for the loan. I better get to work so I can get my jewelry out since I know it's worth. My jewelry can be used for collateral anytime as long as I pick it up and pay the interest within the dates he provided me. Thanks EZ Pawn. It was that easy read more

Today I needed to pawn my laptop and a valuable ring and was not looking forward to it. But after going to 2 of Vegas's "Great Famous" pawn shops and being severely under valued and treated poorly I went to EZ PAWN. Malcome and the store manager, Gary were excellent! They explained the process and gave me a fair price without trying to take advantage of my situation. Honest and good place to do business, I also noticed they have an excellent selection of quality jewelry, electronics, tools, collectables and so much more. I advise checking this place out to do business first.! read more
