Man the quality of employees has severely deteriorated over the years. Corporate needs to take a second look at this place because the customer service (gross lack thereof). The employees are not even inclined to make a deal anymore & they give such a hard time to people who negotiate. Awful. Idk who manages this place but you need to drop half of your fleet. The employee in there with the afro it's something seriously wrong with dude. sitting there looking at me while he's repackaging my bracelet into another bag and proceeds to tell me it's been packaged once i asked about it. And to add insult to injury, a couple of months later, when I had intended to privately sell it, they put in a passcode, which I didn't notice at the time, and disabling the iPad. There were about 4 to 5 employees working and I didnt have to wait long at all. I remember coming here years ago and they even had a drive thru to sell items hahahaha. The Management at this location is horrible and the employees lie in your face and deny anything they have said previously. The five foot nothing Latin male Supervisor/Manager whatever his "Important Underpaid" self title is was very unprofessional and rude. We found something we were looking for that was 2000.00 retail that we could buy for 500.00 which of course is a fraction of the original cost. We had a layaway that we canceled and were told we would get full credit towards other merchandise and the female agent told us they waived the $10.00 cancel fee. We decided to look at other merchandise then decided on keeping the original layaway item and just paying the balance to purchase it out right. Now keep in mind this all happened within the same visit within 20 minutes or so. We see they added the $10.00 to our balance and I inform the lady who just told us they waived the fee that it is added. She looked at my bf and I ands says yes you owe the 10.00 even though you canceled and then decided on purchasing the original item the same day. We said what do you mean as you informed us you waived that fee as a courtesy less than 10 minutes ago??????????? She looked at us both even though we both heard her and denied it. Then her "Manager" comes over and says no you are paying it I am not waiving anything! I told him I will spread word on this type of negative and dishonest service they provided me and he replied, ok go ahead and walked away. Wow, I have never been treated so bad in my life for making a purchase. Wow so you mean to tell me they are not going to hold their employees accountable for what they inform customers? Bad, Bad, Bad! We know is only $10.00 however it is the principle of the matter, dishonest employees with Managers that will back them up when they have mislead a customer is wrong. We just made a $500.00 purchase and they chose to lose a future sale over $10.00? Not a very smart or savvy way to operate a business at all as there are way too many other places to do business with in Las Vegas. I will not do business here again EVER and I will let everyone I know hear my story! This could have been a nice business transaction however they chose to make it ugly which is most unfortunate. I know NOTHING about pawn shops but we were in the process of upgrading our home theater and had a few 400 blu-ray disc changers, a Fireball movie system and an audio receiver to get rid of and someone suggested we try a pawn shop since the equipment was too expensive to ship. This shop was convenient so we went to check things out. The parking lot was packed on a Saturday afternoon and the place was hopping. Despite the crowd we were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We told the employees what we had and if they'd be interested in taking a look to buy and they said that we probably wouldn't get offered much for the items since they sell electronics for such low prices. I figured "yeah, that's just a line they use" but it's not. This place has CHEAP electronics! I had no idea! Some things were a true steal and others were a little pricey, just know what you're looking for. They had a nice selection of designer handbags, power tools, jewelry, cheap dvds (99 cents and up), dvd players (like new for $10), and electric guitars (some nice ones in the $50 range). The store was bright and clean and very, very busy. If you wanted to pawn or sell something, the line was at least 6 people deep -- be prepared to wait if you come on the weekend. Also we saw a woman dumpster diving out back, but that may just be due to the part of town where this store is located. I'd totally come back here to browse just for fun. I'd not bring electronics here to sell, though. We ended up donating our equipment at the Savers down the street; I'd rather get a big charitable tax deduction than $10 cash in my pocket. read more

Last week my office was forced to close because of the coronavirus. So that makes it impossible for me to either take pawn out or extend it. I just tried to call the store and as soon as I told her my issue she put me on hold and never came back to the phone . She forwarded me too a different line that seemed like if you stay on the phone long enough the operator picks up and tells you leave and tells you to leave a voicemail, but the mailbox was full so you can't leave a message. I was there an hour before closing with a few people looking at a few tvs to buy and we found 2 and bought them . Now my friend ended up paying wayyy less than $100 for his major brand TV and they would budge on the TV I was ready to purchase. Making me pay the sticker price ( mind you it didn't have a sticker or anything on it) The ladies put both TVs up to turn on and they did, from me to my friends TV. So I get home plug it up , start watching a TV show and it fades completely out ! Turns it off and turn it on , does it again and again. Searches the brand and it's been recalled and known as being a defective brand. I need answers on why defective brands are even taken? Why wasn't I told that something was wrong with the TV before I purchased? It took so long for the product to be found in the computer. I need my problem fixed . Purchased a Nintendo Switch from them for a Christmas present - pricing was as expected - there was no "deal" to be had there, and I was fairly disappointed in that it seems the more business you do at SuperPawn, the better deal you get with them. I used to be a frequent flyer of many locations, gave the sales rep my info, and was told about 2yrs ago they upgraded their systems, and older information was lost. Not kidding when I say myself and family (former, etc) have purchased tens of thousands in merchandise, that sort of turned me off from getting excited about a "deal" when thinking of purchasing something else too for other gifts. They had 2 games for the Switch, and wouldn't budge off the price of $45 --- online they were $20... just shook my head and said no thank you!!
