Don't NEVER,EVER,NEVER Go to this location I'm giving you a heads up and a recent review because, I see that they haven't been reviewed and quite some time. Like a former guest said the things here are old DILAPIDATED, UNUSEFUL and OVERPRICED to SAY THE LEAST...The level of customer service or shall I say UN-CUSTOMER SERVICE that you will receive might be the WORST in HISTORY by Far..They are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL,INCOMPETENT and overall just HORRIBLE at what they do. In addition, they treat their guests as if they owe THEM something.. namely the employee by the name of " BRITTANY"... The level of customer service that she Exudes should be OUTLAWED.. She has no business in Customer service and She should be REPRIMANDED, BANNED and allowed nowhere near the business. Until she completes a class In customer service and guest etiquette..she will talk to you as if you are the lowest scum of the earth and no one pays or should be paying for for that type of service ...She should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!! She gives superpawn a bad name as if pawn shops don't already have a bad name.. they will take ADVANTAGE of you,LOWBALL you and then sell your things the moment you miss a date... Not only that, some items are melted down or destroyed.. So,if you have a family heirloom by all means never take it here or any Pawn shop for that matter or you could risk losing them for all times.. NO MATTER how hard up u are.. For Some things are TRULY PRICELESS and shouldn't be BARGAINED withb at No cost. As a former employee I am a witness to this.. ..In addition, BRITTANY the SHE-DEVIL MISINFORMED ME and gave me the wrong information about when my items were due to be paid.. And I Truly believe she did this purposefully,as if they get a bonus or something when things fall out of pawn. Again, as a former employee I know firsthand that this is not how it works. Moreover, the reason why I ultimately left Cash America/ Super pawn as an employer was because I saw the treatment they gave their customers and I was afraid that I would be treated the same way as an employee and I did In fact receive that treatment.. I had to take them to court and sue them I also filed a complaint and had them Investigated With The FTC to shine a light on and pinpoint the UNSAVORY, DISTASTEFUL,SHAMEFUL and UNSATISFACTORY practices that they partake in.. So if you're reading this you've been forewarned that they will treat you as if you are NOTHING ...So much so that I had to let THEM go as an Employee instead of the other way around I was and still am truly DISGUSTED and APPALLED at the way they treat people.. So Much so that My Integrity and The Moral values I uphold would Not allow me to stay Nor stand for it and in All honesty there should be a whole new REALM and special place in HELL SPECIFICALLY ETCHED out for this ESTABLISHMENT,this COMPANY and this EMPLOYEE.. This place has potential. Forget the fact that right when you walk in everything is so clean and organized, but check this out I asked for assistance from someone and there were 2 gentlement at the front counter they said "someone will be right with you" So 3 minutes later Gloria comes out and Wow I mean she is so personable and very nice. Very helpful. The best part was that she gave me a discount on something that was already cheap. and I ended up finding what I was looking for. This is a great location. TY super pawn read more

Lots of old, dilapidated items like farm equipment and construction tools. Quite a few tv's but they were older. Our reason for the visit was a gaming laptop. None there. The staff was very friendly. We were greeted upon arrival and exit. It's in a not so great area - a few homeless people asked for money. read more

We'll I'm not happy about the fact that I've had to pawn everything I own of value but you do what you gotta to make sure the bills paid. Every time I have had to pawn something the customer service has always been on point. They always give me what I ask for and never have I experienced anything negative from this Pawn shop. Didn't feel good visiting this store at all. Guy was a stickler and wouldn't budge on any prices. Wouldn't bother to check what he had in anything, just refused to consider any negotiation. When spending more than $400 at a store I'd think $10-$40 wouldn't be unreasonable. That's alright, I'll just spend my money somewhere else where I feel better about it and the employees and management have policy to look to take care of a serious customer when they can. read more

F*** a positive review....I stood in a line that went out the door for 25 minutes while only 2 out of 5 people that could work the registers did it like snails taking their time. 1 there's an efficiency problem here and 2, you don't walk around the store talking about how to move things around for a sale 2 days away, while you have a line out the door. This is a store i.e. retail. You clear the store and then handle store maintenance in between. So many ppl gave up on possibly making YOU money because of it by walkin out. On top of the fact I only work 15 minutes from here, come here an HR early....there shouldn't be a reason I'm fckn late cuz this store can't multi task. read more

This is the worst pawn shop I've ever dealt with. Poor customer service. Poor response to phone calls. I had to call 11 times to get a response & spent more then 1 1/2 hrs on the phone trying to get answer. I was out of state at this time & could not return for approx. 2 weeks. This due to a family emergency. My pawn would go on sale in 1 week. They would not work with me, even due to the circumstances. I was told too send someone to pay on the pawn. After finding someone to pay (friend) on the pawn. They were told they couldn't pay on the pawn. Due to they were not related to me directly such as a husband, wife, brother, or sister.
