My husband actually worked at a pawn shop for many years in his early 20s & This place by far was the most welcoming & reasonable! Keep in mind we shop pawn shops in every state we visit coast to coast. We walked in and were quickly greeted by Jesus & Melanie. They were so relatable and friendly. Extremely social!! No weird con artist vibes!! Lol. We found 7 VERY unique pieces! 3 bracelets, a watch, 1 necklace, earrings for our 2 daughters. The experience was so nice! They had a wide variety of items so it's hard not to find something here. The deals just got better & better with every item we added to our purchases. After we completed our purchases they also cleaned our other jewelry for us. They literally went above and beyond!! I will definitely visit them every time I come to Vegas or anywhere close w/I a 5 hour distance lol. We were given the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE out of all the pawn shops we have ever visited. We left feeling valued & appreciated. Definitely recommend!! You won't regret it!

I think he just saw it in my demeanor that I was letting go of precious heirlooms and wasn't a willing combatant in the world of haggling. This gentleman offered me over a thousand dollars more than what the so called "highest buyer/payer of gold" literally across the street offered me. I came in knowing what the value of scrap gold would be worth, but the man showed true integrity by being honest, and I can't overemphasize being FAIR in his offer. With that being said I hope this message will find the person hesitant to let go of treasured heirlooms in their own personal situations, or times of crisis, thinking everyone is out to get over on them. I wouldn't write such a personal review like this ever, but this one was absolutely necessary to help anyone thinking that these gold/jewelry buying businesses are all shady. I can't express how smooth the process went, and how much you can trust me that Aaron and the A1 Cash now business will be straightforward with what you bring in, and practice a high level of business etiquette.

Unfortunately, our experiences here couldn't have been more night and day…read more Our first visit with Rueben was excellent. Very humble and down to earth. He took the time to thoroughly explain gold pricing, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable, especially since it was our first time ever stepping into a pawn shop. He was welcoming, patient, and transparent, which made a strong impression on us. In fact, based on that experience, he encouraged us to come back and bring in additional items. Because of that, I brought my mother in on our next visit to browse handbags and potentially sell some of her gold jewelry. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. The employee assisting us was dismissive and uninviting from the start. When we asked about an older ring, the offer felt extremely low with "gold is down" explanation okay but she hadn't even made an offer weighed it nothing that Rueben did, and there was no effort to engage or provide the level of service we previously received. It was disappointing, especially after being encouraged to return and having such a positive first impression. Consistency in customer service makes a big difference, and we hope future visits better reflect the professionalism and hospitality we initially experienced. If we ever go back it'd be just to interact with Rueben and this review has zero reflection on him just my experience with the young lady today. Didn't end up selling anything or buying anything I'll just keep it for another 10 years when "gold is high".

Unfortunately they will most likely be the last guns I purchase here. Yesterday I call about a gun I wanted. Pretty standard stuff. Well a man named Tom answered the phone and I cannot emphasize enough just how disgustingly rude this name was. I genuinely thought there might have been something wrong with him due to how rude he was. It would take me 2 paragraphs to explain every thing he said. So I said ok let me not act up or anything so I ended to phone call on good terms and due to how nice James had been I decided to remain a customer. Well when I walked in the door tom was there to scream in my face that the gun was gone because I didn't come in last night and he said it as though I was the stupidest man on the planet for not coming in. Listen I buy a gun every 5-10 days, and since James has been so nice I decided I'll do most of my gun shopping here which I had been doing. I sadly will never be shopping here again. This isn't some small oh an employee had an attitude no this was rudeness on another level of nasty that I've never experienced. I hope James gets all the praise in the world I genuinely hope he can go work elsewhere so I can still do business with him. But Tom, you sir are a horrible person. I've seen the way you talk to the other staff members and the way you talked to me. You're awful and I hope management can see that and you get removed so I can go back to my favorite pawnshop/gun-store. I walked in with $3,000 cash this morning and walked out upset that I won't see James anymore. Tom good riddance.

If the shop doesn't currently have a lot of traffic, one of the staff will pretty much accompany you around the store. Especially if you're looking at the jewelry with the semi-precious stones as they can then help you identify stones and take things out in order for you to take a look. So expect that. Their standard IS that they will take your semi-precious stone choice pieces away on a tray to keep at the cash register until you're ready. For us, they were super patient and helped me compare the two pieces I was interested in at the counter. It's just a basic security measure and I get it because Vegas is exciting and people sometimes forget they're still wearing a small something when their eye suddenly catches on something else. I've accidentally walked out of smaller boutiques with a super expensive piece on me before, then only realized it hours later before rushing back to return it. Additionally, it also gives them a chance to dust it off, clean, and polish it up so that you can see how it looks all super shiny before purchase. Their "50% off everything" offer isn't a limited-time-only thing. I was super excited to see a place that sells larimar as I've only really seen it sold online. I found the lady helping us to be super pleasant and helpful, and we had a wonderful time discussing types of semi-precious stones, cooing over more unique cuts of stone, and chatting about local restaurants and spots. XD Side note, remember to take a look at the jewelry displayed behind the counter as well, as there are some nice pieces there. Located in the Miracle Mile Shops mall, you can take advantage of Planet Hollywood's free parking. The mall itself is great when you need somewhere to hang out while sheltering from the elements as well as getting souvenirs. Meanwhile, Shemoni Jewelry is a wonderful place to stop by to treat yourself. XD
