On the coin side, it's by John, and he was honestly great to work with true gentleman very patient and knowledgeable. He took his time going through our coin collection, explained things clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he knows what he's doing, but more importantly, he treats you with respect, which goes a long way in a space like this. The other side of the shop is more focused on toy collectibles. We didn't get a chance to meet the owner there, but the woman working was friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe was positive. Overall, it's a solid spot if you're into coins or collectibles. Good service, knowledgeable people, and a unique setup having both businesses under one roof.

Unfortunately, our experiences here couldn't have been more night and day…read more Our first visit with Rueben was excellent. Very humble and down to earth. He took the time to thoroughly explain gold pricing, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable, especially since it was our first time ever stepping into a pawn shop. He was welcoming, patient, and transparent, which made a strong impression on us. In fact, based on that experience, he encouraged us to come back and bring in additional items. Because of that, I brought my mother in on our next visit to browse handbags and potentially sell some of her gold jewelry. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. The employee assisting us was dismissive and uninviting from the start. When we asked about an older ring, the offer felt extremely low with "gold is down" explanation okay but she hadn't even made an offer weighed it nothing that Rueben did, and there was no effort to engage or provide the level of service we previously received. It was disappointing, especially after being encouraged to return and having such a positive first impression. Consistency in customer service makes a big difference, and we hope future visits better reflect the professionalism and hospitality we initially experienced. If we ever go back it'd be just to interact with Rueben and this review has zero reflection on him just my experience with the young lady today. Didn't end up selling anything or buying anything I'll just keep it for another 10 years when "gold is high".

I don't sell or buy precious metals often but when I do, I'll be coming back. They have my trust and they will be the only ones I'll be doing business with. Thanks again Tony!

While looking through a box of coins, my father mistakenly began examining a box that was apparently awaiting appraisal. The box was unattended, and he believed it was available for customers to browse. As soon as an employee informed him of the mistake, my father immediately stopped and apologized. Unfortunately, the situation did not end there. The employee raised his voice to my father in front of other customers and staff and continued to berate him even after he had apologized multiple times. What could have been resolved with a simple explanation instead became a public confrontation. My father is a 76-year-old disabled veteran, and the continued hostility was upsetting enough that he began experiencing symptoms related to PTSD and felt he needed to leave the store. We left immediately and will not return. My father made an honest mistake, acknowledged it immediately, and apologized. He did not deserve to be treated with disrespect. We have always had positive experiences at other coin shops where we were treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Unfortunately, our experience here was the exact opposite.
