I found this place on Google and called to get a quote for resizing my ring. They honestly have the best deal around. The store itself is beautiful and smells amazing when you walk in! It's in Boca Park, right next to Kona Grill. As soon as we arrived, Ryan, the general manager, greeted us with a warm smile. He was super helpful, I showed him my ring and explained what I needed. He told us it would be ready in 45 minutes, which really surprised me because I expected it to take a few days. While we waited, we browsed around. They have a gorgeous selection of jewelry, lots of men's rings, stunning engagement rings, and more. When we came back to pick up my ring, I was so impressed. Ryan mentioned he'd polished it, and it was so shiny and looked even more beautiful than before! It fits great, my fingers are really slim, so it's just a tiny bit loose, but he offered to add little metal beads inside if I want it snugger, I'll be back to do that soon. I'll definitely be back soon to get one of the pretty bands I saw to match. I'm so glad I found The Diamond Store, thank you for making me fall in love with my ring all over again! read more

On a whim, we popped into this store seeking ring resizing services. Burko and Terri were amazing. They sized my wife's fingers and set us up with the service. After a few days or so I recieved a call saying they were ready for pickup. We went to pick them up and were pleasantly surprised they were cleaned up so nice and looked just like new again! The sizing was perfect! We were both very happy with our experience with The Diamond Store. Thank you guys! read more

We went to all the big name stores (Jared, Kay, Zales), and though this was our first time ever buying diamonds, we both got the same feeling at each - impersonal salespeople trying to sell you on "what's in the case". We did see one item we liked enough to short list it, but then my beautiful now fiancée had the idea to check out some smaller, more reputable shops in town NOT owned by Signet (as are all three previously mentioned shops). Fortunately the first place we went to was the Diamond Store in Boca Park. We were greeted by Birko, and my guy just gave us a lesson in diamond culture neither of us were previously aware of, nor were even remotely offered by those Signet shops. nobody mentioned the 4 C's, nobody was willing to show us loose diamonds, and it didn't even occur to us that we could shop that way. We went in believing we wanted a specific thing, and left with something so much better, thanks to Birko. We looked at dozens of loose diamonds, sizes, cuts, etc. We landed on a 2 carat Marquise in a white gold band wrapped with 12 small baguettes (totaling 0.42 carats) to symbolize the lunar calendar. The timeline as quoted was exactly the time it took to receive the custom ring, and we could not be happier with the end result. I'd love to give a shout out to Birko and Terri for making this a friendly educational experience. We'll definitely be purchasing our wedding bands here. read more

I went in today to pick up a custom ring made by Ryan and tighten my wife's studs since the stone was coming loose and was quickly informed that Ryan was no longer with the company. Okay, fine, stuff happens right? I was at the store for roughly 5-10 minutes and spoke to three different people, first time that's ever happened to me there. The first person I spoke to was kind and approached me to help, I informed them what I was in for and they took my ring to another person after I confirmed my name, I did not have any other interaction with this person even though they were 10 feet away from me the whole time. Another person, appeared to be helping another customer and left them to approach me and state "sorry, we had to let Ryan go" and then waited for a response from me, this was highly unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable as a customer that has been coming in for the last 3 years, working with Ryan each time. I don't know what type of response this person was looking for, but I assume it wasn't the one they were expecting, because they walked away after I nervously said "stuff happens I guess" a third person approached me and handed me the ring I was there to pick up and asked if I needed anything else, I was still waiting for my wife's ring to finish being cleaned and adjusted. Once that was done the ring was handed to me and essentially they were ready for me to leave. I had to remind them that I had brought in the original box for the ring as I was just standing there with two rings in my hand, which was never the case before. A box was always offered, Ryan even put it in a bag for me so I wasn't carrying jewelry boxes out in the open. Overall it was the coldest and most uncomfortable experience I have ever had at The Diamond Store. Ryan is my guy and always will be, we are acquaintances that turned into pretty good friends over the years. He has always went above and beyond for me and my family and has never been pushy, in fact I've never heard him say I can't do that or make that happen. Overall just the short time I was in the store, it's already not the same since Ryan is no longer there. DO NOT GO HERE, if you want a positive experience and receive quality jewelry, reach out to Ryan directly. I will not be going back to The Diamond Store. It was extremely unprofessional for the individual to go out of their way to approach me and tell me they had to let him go with no other context and wait for a response from me and then seem to have zero interest in my business after I apparently didn't react the way he expected. To me it seems like they are only interested if you're in the store to spend a lot of money and if not, you are nobody to them. read more

The moment we walked in, Ryan treated us like family. He had no idea what our budget was or what we were looking for but his knowledge and warm inviting vibes made us feel so special. He immediately asked if we wanted drinks (which we did considering it was a big decision for us) and guided us through the whole process. We went to three jewelers before we met him and he knows the business like no one else. He recommended a custom make, and it turned out exactly like what I dreamed about (a Tiffany remake). He truthfully gave us advice like if he was the one proposing. We even purchased the wedding band from him as well. From this point on, we will be going to The Diamond Store for any fine jewelry. Ryan, you are amazing! read more

WOW! THIS PLACE IS TRULY EXCEPTIONAL! Birko and Terrie are wonderful people and it was an absolute pleasure working with them. We walked in feeling uncertain and unsure of where to begin our search for wedding rings, but their warmth and kindness immediately put us at ease and made the entire experience SO enjoyable! I highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone in search of a special experience. The value at this jewelry store is phenomenal offering high-quality pieces at prices that are both fair and reflective of their craftsmanship. The entire team has consistently been welcoming and we are grateful for their outstanding service. We look forward to our next visit! read more

What an absolutely amazing experience! Birko and Ryan truly are the best in the business. I recently got engaged, but before my fiancé proposed we went to the Diamond Store together to get an idea of what I would want. Birko took the time to go over what makes their diamonds so special and that they only carry the highest level of color and clarity. I looked at various diamonds and landed on one I loved. Then we looked at wedding bands and I found one I liked, but there were some details that weren't quite right. Ultimately, I decided I still liked it overall and I'm sure my little concerns won't matter. Well, flash forward to my fiancé proposing. My engagement ring is absolutely stunning it has far exceeded anything I could have imagined it to be. The best surprise though is Birko heard all my concerns in the wedding band and adjusted the ring to exactly how I wanted it to look! I had no idea that those details would be changed and it is absolutely perfect now. They truly have the best customer service and exceed your expectations. We will be customers for life. If you're looking for an engagement ring or any jewelry needs this is the place to go! Huge thanks to Ryan and Birko for an exceptional experience. read more

I wished this didn't happen but even though the sales guy was knowledgeable and a smooth talker, we later found out we overpaid by almost double retail after getting an appraisal from another jeweler. read more

I have worked with Terrie for years. She is absolutely amazing. Where ever she goes I will go! She's my favorite. Birko (owner) has always been fair to me. Their margins might be a bit higher for the area but you get quality pieces. I have never had an issue buying jewelry from him. I highly recommend, you will most likely pay about 15% more purchasing in-store vs online retail but having someone local to assist and see the pieces in real time makes a huge difference. Also Terrie makes a great model, she's beautiful and you can see what it is you're purchasing, also how it sits and wears on a woman of class. Im happy to pay a bit of a premium knowing if I have any issues I will be taken care of in-store! read more

Worst experience. If they have to order the jewelry you want, I wouldn't recommend this place. My husband bought me a bracelet and the manager said they have to order it from their AZ office. He said it will take 2 wks. 3 wks later, we haven't heard from them so my husband called and they told him should be in next week. Called again the following weekend and they said it's custom made so they're waiting for it to finish, at this time it's been 4 wks. The 5th week we went in to get a refund and credit the account we opened up. I'm not going to start making a payment on something I haven't received. The manager then told us that customer made takes 2-4 wks. I told well this weekend is the 5th week and still nothing. This whole time, nobody contacted us. My husband had to call every single time. Do not lie to your client and tell them it will take 2 wks. If it's going to take more than that, be descent enough to call the client and update them. My husband took me to Sky Diamond and we found something there that we liked. This place is great. They didn't have the yellow gold I wanted to so they gave me the white gold to wear for now until they receive the yellow gold. read more

This review is long overdue! When we first started looking at rings last November we didn't know where to begin. A friend recommended The Diamond Store so we decided to start there and are thankful we did. Ryan was amazing!!! He educated us on everything we needed to know. We were able to look at many different shapes and settings. Ryan was happy to ship different size options when we decide on the shape we loved. We highly recommend anyone who is beginning their ring shopping journey go to The Diamond Store in Boca Park. You won't be disappointed! We loved our experience so much we just went back and got our wedding bands also! Thank you again Ryan! -Bri & Conner read more

Ryan helped me fix my favorite necklace today and was incredibly nice and helpful! I will absolutely be back for all of my jewelry needs!

I went to 3 different jewelers and told them I wanted to buy LG diamonds online and was inquiring about pricing for getting my diamonds set. Everywhere I went I received terrible service and felt like I was getting brushed off because I wasn't purchasing THEIR diamonds. When I walked into The Diamond Store I was immediately greeted by Ryan who not only helped me, but he also educated me about the diamonds I was about to purchase. He spent the time to look over all the specs and explain everything to me which ultimately helped me make the decision to not buy my diamonds online and instead purchase them through The Diamond Store. I'm so happy with my purchase and with the quality of service I received I will be coming back for ALL my jewelry needs. Thank you again Ryan for being so helpful!! read more

We recently purchased our wedding rings from The Diamond Store and had Ryan as our sales associate. I came in looking for a match to my grandmother's engagement ring and Ryan found the exact match with the very first ring he pulled. I tried on a few more rings and came back to the first one because it was the perfect one. My fiance tried on a few rings before finding his perfect ring. There is really something for everyone here. Highly recommended! Ryan was a gem and we're grateful to have found such a quality place for such an important item in our lives. read more

I was looking for a 3ct Lab Grown Oval Cut diamond all over Vegas and couldn't find one that caught my eye and price range. . A friend told me about a new store in Boca Park named The Diamond Store so I headed over there a day later to see what they had.  The moment I walked into the store I knew I was in the right place, a very warm comfortable feeling...not stuffy like the other stores I had been in. The sales team greeted me with a smile and no pressure. I told them what I was looking for and the salesperson Ryan said they had just received a new selection of lab grown diamonds that week, and had a few to show me.  Well,,,right off the bat the first one Ryan showed me was the one I was looking for...full of sparkle and fire. and best of all was in my price range. I didn't need to look at the others...I knew this was the one. Ryan helped me with a halo design ring,  a week later it was finished, and a day later it was on my fiance's finger.  She loves it and so do all her girlfriends!! They are sending their boyfriends to The Diamond Store for their diamond engagement ring too. And btw...Lab grown diamonds are the best...full of sparkle and very affordably priced. In closing, thank you Diamond Store and thank you to the salesman Ryan for making it all so easy.. You have made a new customer happy, and I will be recommending you to all my friends. read more
