I found this place on Google and called to get a quote for resizing my ring. They honestly have the best deal around. The store itself is beautiful and smells amazing when you walk in! It's in Boca Park, right next to Kona Grill. As soon as we arrived, Ryan, the general manager, greeted us with a warm smile. He was super helpful, I showed him my ring and explained what I needed. He told us it would be ready in 45 minutes, which really surprised me because I expected it to take a few days. While we waited, we browsed around. They have a gorgeous selection of jewelry, lots of men's rings, stunning engagement rings, and more. When we came back to pick up my ring, I was so impressed. Ryan mentioned he'd polished it, and it was so shiny and looked even more beautiful than before! It fits great, my fingers are really slim, so it's just a tiny bit loose, but he offered to add little metal beads inside if I want it snugger, I'll be back to do that soon. I'll definitely be back soon to get one of the pretty bands I saw to match. I'm so glad I found The Diamond Store, thank you for making me fall in love with my ring all over again! read more

We went to all the big name stores (Jared, Kay, Zales), and though this was our first time ever buying diamonds, we both got the same feeling at each - impersonal salespeople trying to sell you on "what's in the case". We did see one item we liked enough to short list it, but then my beautiful now fiancée had the idea to check out some smaller, more reputable shops in town NOT owned by Signet (as are all three previously mentioned shops). Fortunately the first place we went to was the Diamond Store in Boca Park. We were greeted by Birko, and my guy just gave us a lesson in diamond culture neither of us were previously aware of, nor were even remotely offered by those Signet shops. nobody mentioned the 4 C's, nobody was willing to show us loose diamonds, and it didn't even occur to us that we could shop that way. We went in believing we wanted a specific thing, and left with something so much better, thanks to Birko. We looked at dozens of loose diamonds, sizes, cuts, etc. We landed on a 2 carat Marquise in a white gold band wrapped with 12 small baguettes (totaling 0.42 carats) to symbolize the lunar calendar. The timeline as quoted was exactly the time it took to receive the custom ring, and we could not be happier with the end result. I'd love to give a shout out to Birko and Terri for making this a friendly educational experience. We'll definitely be purchasing our wedding bands here. read more

What an absolutely amazing experience! Birko and Ryan truly are the best in the business. I recently got engaged, but before my fiancé proposed we went to the Diamond Store together to get an idea of what I would want. I have worked with Terrie for years. She is absolutely amazing. Where ever she goes I will go! She's my favorite. Birko (owner) has always been fair to me. Their margins might be a bit higher for the area but you get quality pieces. I have never had an issue buying jewelry from him. I highly recommend, you will most likely pay about 15% more purchasing in-store vs online retail but having someone local to assist and see the pieces in real time makes a huge difference. Also Terrie makes a great model, she's beautiful and you can see what it is you're purchasing, also how it sits and wears on a woman of class. Worst experience. If they have to order the jewelry you want, I wouldn't recommend this place. My husband bought me a bracelet and the manager said they have to order it from their AZ office. He said it will take 2 wks. 3 wks later, we haven't heard from them so my husband called and they told him should be in next week. Called again the following weekend and they said it's custom made so they're waiting for it to finish, at this time it's been 4 wks. The 5th week we went in to get a refund and credit the account we opened up. I'm not going to start making a payment on something I haven't received. The manager then told us that customer made takes 2-4 wks. I told well this weekend is the 5th week and still nothing. This whole time, nobody contacted us. My husband had to call every single time. Do not lie to your client and tell them it will take 2 wks. If it's going to take more than that, be descent enough to call the client and update them. My husband took me to Sky Diamond and we found something there that we liked. This place is great. They didn't have the yellow gold I wanted to so they gave me the white gold to wear for now until they receive the yellow gold. read more

A friend told me about a new store in Boca Park named The Diamond Store so I headed over there a day later to see what they had.  The moment I walked into the store I knew I was in the right place, a very warm comfortable feeling...not stuffy like the other stores I had been in.
