I looked up while walking to a different store and was like crystals and minerals - I want to go in! My first few times in stores like this but I walked in and was so intrigued. It was clean, well organized, so much to read and look at but not overwhelming. Maria, working there was marvelous. She was so helpful, kind and patient. She gave me the positive energy I needed. I came in looking for one thing (the ring) and left with a bagful. It's truly amazing to have a place like this! It's in a great area (for more shopping and food) in Downtown Summerlin with great customer service and a great selection. I loved having the cards to reference, awesome prices and a knowledge staff. Cannot wait to come back!

After having a late lunch with my family at Downtown Summerlin, my sister in law mentioned she wanted to go to the "crystal store" after. I decided to go ahead and go with her! This store is located at Downtown Summerlin and from what I know, they are locally owned and operated. They sell jewelry (rings, necklaces, earrings, etc.), crystals, minerals and more. The staff is super knowledgeable about all the crystals, too, which was great. My sister-in-law was just looking for a new ring to add to her collection. I will say their jewelry differs in prices. They have nice rings for around $100+ but they also have a decent selection between $30-60, too! So honestly it just depends on what you want. They also seem like they have a lot of sales, too, which is great. My mother in law and sister in law said I had to get something, so with the help of an associate there, we picked out some things that would help with "growth" for me, which is something I really needed. I got a beautiful bracelet, which I have been wearing nonstop since I got it (it's moonstone, which is so simply and beautiful). I also got the black tourmaline and carnelian stones. I was able to hold the stones and my bracelet while I saged them. They sage all their stones before you take them home with you, which I think it a beautiful gesture. They also give you the card that goes along with it so you can understand your stones more and their uses. I'm a big minimalist when it comes to jewelry (most days, I only wear my engagement & wedding rings and then a cross ring I got as a teenager + my nose ring) but I definitely love the simplicity and beauty of this bracelet. I highly recommend checking out this store next time you're in Downtown Summerlin. Again, the staff is amazing, super helpful and all the stones are absolutely stunning.

This store always has the crystal gifts I need for family, friends, and myself. I bought a necklace for my mom to hang on her rear view mirror or loves to wear it out. I love supporting local businesses and I remember shopping at this place when it was at the Bellz outlet mall then Townsqaure and now they have been at Downtown Summerlin. I got the chance to meet the owner and do a tour of their warehouse which was cool seeing the behind the scenes on how they carefully pick out the crystals that make it to the store and repurpose the other ones. Also make sure to checkout their Etsy shop Silverpost and if you see something on there and want to pick up in store they can arrange something with you.

This place is awesome! The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. I purchased several necklaces as gifts for $20 a piece, and when you buy 4 you get the lower priced one for free. The stones are genuine and very pretty. This is my "go to" place for gift ideas. I wore one of the chakra necklaces with the tree of life and received many compliments, so I went back to get several more for birthday gifts. This place has a variety of items that are all reasonably priced and unique looking. If you're at downtown Summerlin, this is definitely a place you should check out.

I couldn't recommend any store but the SilverPost for refined authentic crystals in all forms. The staff specifically, Lauren & Kayla were brilliantly acquainted with all of the stores possessions, taking the time from the moment I entered the building to make me feel welcomed and understood in terms of what I wanted. I originally came in to look around at crystals to bide my time when the wonderful staff welcomed me in with open arms and were so contagious with their happiness that I couldnt help but become infatuated with all of their suggestions towards what I should get. Next thing I knew I had a miniature cart full of crystals and was well on my way after discussing ways to care for my new crystals and specifications on their uses. Once again I am astonished by how knowledgeable the staff are, and how well kept the establishment is. Ive been coming here for over a year now and cant see myself going anywhere else with how consistent and wonderful the entirety of my experiences have been. read more

We LOVE this place! Aaron rocks, just like his inventory! Seriously this is a great place to come, even if you're not looking for something, you'll find something. A ton of awesome selection you won't find anywhere else in town. I love how the shelves are color coded and the layout makes specific stones easy to find, especially when you're looking to find something you don't know the name of, or you can just ask one if the employees who all have good knowledge. Super friendly staff and made sure I felt comfortable. You could tell they cared about their customers by asking about their astrological signs and giving them tips about they crystals they were buying. They also burned palo santo and not white sage! Too add to it they always have their masks on and it is very clean. Love this place and will definitely be coming back again. read more

So my family and I have been shopping at the Town Square location for years. All mine and my husbands and daily rings are from here and we always get complimented on them. When we plan to go here we're always so excited. Due to Covid we haven't come in about a year so we were super exited to finally buy some new rings again a week or two ago. Still the same awesome collection and service but the prices were ridiculously higher. We've been in the store maybe a hundred times and have probably over 20 pieces from here. It's the only place we buy jewelry, so we've very familiar with the range in prices. I'm okay with a price hike to help small businesses during this time (especially one I love) but it was enough to shock us and make us think we can't afford the place anymore. yes, they offer 20% off on a lot of things but that still didn't make it close to the prices it used to be. I did see the owner speak on this here on yelp saying how there's not been a price increase and that that couldn't be possible (?) but we just saw something super different ourselves at the store. This was with the silver jewelry with stones, rings especially and cuffs as well. I've bought so many of these pieces in the past and the prices were no where near what we saw now. my husband was also shocked and disappointed. I still love this store, have only had good experiences with product, and customer service including my most recent trip and hope they do well always. I just can no longer afford it which bums me out! read more

Not sure how this place has a five star review. The people here who work here are not polite not warm they do not have good energy. They are accusing people, that their stones are fake when they have zero knowledge about the detail of my gem, they didnt look, inspect them or ask where they are from. You are not the only store with legitimate Crystals ok. I sure can't wait for the owners reply. read more

I came shopping for a mens ring for my boyfriend and their employee Taylor helped me pick out the PERFECT ring for him & even went the extra mile to POLISH the ring, GIFT WRAP it & make it look so cute & professional! We came into this store because a friend of ours recommended we go there, we we're greeted fast and kindly by Tina, the first feeling we got was calmness as soon as you walked into this store you felt calm, the energy and the environment inside was the most purest feeling ever. All of their crystals are beautiful, their attitudes are the best. I have been a crystal collector for years and I'm thrilled to have Silver Post in my neighborhood. They have a beautiful selection of tumbled stones, carvings and larger specimens and they have an amazing jewelry selection! The staff are so friendly and knowledgable too. I have purchased many pendants and rings from them and I get so many compliments. The quality of their stones are the BEST. I use to purchase many of my stones online from a different vendor, but was often was disappointed in the quality, value or size for my money spent, or I had problems with shipping. I only purchase from Silver Post now. I like to see the stones in person, feel the energy and see what speaks to me. The store is beautiful too! I highly recommend this shop. read more

Located in Downtown Summerlin. This place, like its sister location in Town Square, has some truly lovely items. They also have an incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable staff. Love the items. Went in to look for sage and few crystals. The girls never knowledge me even though I was there for over 10 minutes looking for the right crystals but every caucasian that walked in was offered help and knowledge. Even after I was there for 2 minutes alone before a new customer walked they never offered any help so I just put my items back and walked out. read more

My Husband and I frequent Silver Post and every single time we come in Aaron has greeted us and made us feel at home. This last time we visited was very special to Greg and I. My husband just lost his father and I just lost the best 2nd Dad a girl could have asked for. Lauren is the one who helped us and she had us in tears. She has some special gift. She has such a warm loving spirit and Greg and I just wanted to come and thank her for being so tender with us so shortly after losing our father. I absolutely love Silver Post. I wish I had gotten the names of the girls who helped me yesterday. They were so incredibly sweet and offered exceptional customer service. I had a list of stones that I wanted for a certain purpose, and I was given a pad and a basket and all the jars of stones were brought to me to sort through and choose my favorite. My Mom also got a moonstone ring. We picked a few extra stones for the buy four get one. I will absolutely be back. read more

I always come in here in hopes of finding a shirt for each of them and maybe a magnet for myself. I went to the kid's section, which in this store, is all the way to the back and small. Obviously that is because Vegas is more of a grown up city than a family friendly destination. It took me some time to browse, but I was able to find a shirt for everyone. The sad thing here is that you may find a shirt that is definitely what you think is ideal, but it is not the size you want. So you dig further back on the rack in hopes of finding another in the size you need, but only discover that there are different shirts towards the back that are not the same. Another thing here is the pricing, it is not light on the wallet. If I were buying shirts for adults, I could see paying the prices. But for kid shirts, yikes. I did this to myself so I can't complain, I could have went elsewhere, but I didn't have enough time to do so. Customer service for me was decent. The guy behind the counter was chatty and pleasant. He knew his store inside and out.

I've been to this store about 10 times in the last few years and every time I come in I feel like the products get worse as well as the energy. Everything that's in there has been there forever or if it's newer it's very cheaply made. I saw a few things in there that I've been at the dollar store.... Marked up at insane prices. I frequent the dollar store and have bought the same exact things. There's a man in there who I've seen a few times who is always talking to the staff in a very rude way, I don't know if he owns the place or what but his demeanor is terrible. The only reason I come back is because my son who is 4 loves the place. But recently when I was in there it seemed like they didn't want us there since we were just browsing and not purchasing. Hard to purchase when the inventory is the same for years. They also pride themselves on hand making the items.... Which I find hard to believe when I've purchased things with made in china stickers, made in India stickers and made in Peru stickers. Also everything they "hand make" you can find on Amazon or in other crystal retail shops. I was told the selenite bowl I bought was handmade in Morocco, by a man who only sells to a very few handful of people, then I went to another shop in town who had about 20 of them out. Wish I had better things to say but unfortunately this shop is going downhill. read more

We are thrilled with our purchase of a Horsehair Pottery bowl crafted by the Navajo artist Bernice Eskeets, and the turquiose jewellery we selected is beautiful. I came across the Silver Post during an online search for Native American jewelry. I am so glad I made the drive across town to pay them a visit. The sales staff is exemplary; extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but not pushy, or hard-sell. I explained that I was looking for a birthday gift for my daughter. After asking a few questions about her personality and coloring, likes and dislikes, the sales person helped me choose from a collection of selected items. I was able to find the perfect gifts AND stayed within my stated budget. The owner spent time talking about the sources of their products, the artisans who create the beautiful items displayed, and why they run the business the way they do. It was very clearly a labor of love, and it was also very clear that ownership values their employees, who all seem very happy to be working for the Silver Post. This was truly one of the best shopping experiences that I can recall, and I am looking forward to returning to do business with them in the future. I had a really wonderful experience here. I was greeted by multiple friendly staff members. The layout of the store is really nice; one of their sections has crystals laid out according to association with each chakra, I found this very helpful. They also give you a soft pad to dump out the bowls of each kind of crystal so you can look through them better instead of digging through the bowls awkwardly: SUCH a marvellous idea. They also give you a little paper printout with the name of each stone you get and a description of it's uses; you could also take a picture of the rock beside the paper if you want to save the paper:) The store was very clean and bright. I've been there three times now and they have yet to disappoint or not have something I need. For the size of the store, their selection and variety is awesome. I was in there for three hours the second time I went (heh heh) and not once did they make me feel like I was there for too long, they just happily answered all my questions and were happy and quick to help. Love this place. I always have a hard time leaving. Highly recommend. read more

I went to the Silver Post for the very first time tonight. I felt something from the moment I walked in! It had a wonderful zen feeling energy! Was greeted right away & very warmly and never having much experience or any true knowledge of crystals was very impressed by the young gal ,Tiffany, that assisted me! She was very patient , very, very helpful and showed me every thing in the store never acting annoyed with my million questions!& I was very impressed by the mass knowledge of the other girl that worked there named Mia who knew so much about every crystal she just a walking encyclopedia of knowledge!!! After purchasing several crystals and bracelets (they even offered for FREE to smudge and clear my purchased items for me!!!) There is something for every one in this store there are crystals that are loose there are bracelets ,necklaces, rings, sculptures, native American feathers, dream catchers on and on I could go!!! I've been going to Silver Post for quite some time now (probably over the course of a few years actually), and I LOVE it!! I first stumbled across this hidden gem when I was wandering about downtown Summerlin, and I'm so glad I did! 1. The selection here is amazingggg. You can find anything from jewelry (rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.) to individual stones to big pieces for home decor. 2. It is alllll sooo stunning. My favorite are the moonstone pieces they offer! I've met Aaron the owner and his wife who just so happen to be there and are the kindest and most helpful (so is all the staff). It's not very often that you go into a store and the owner is working behind the counter and helping out some customers! Love that. I would come to Silver Post not only for myself, but for cute gifts for friends and family. The store is priced well for what you get, and I honestly just have no complaints! Silver Post is one of my very favorite places to go! I have been a regular for about three and a half years now and I've always been treated like family by the girls working in the store and Aaron the owner. I love the selection of amazing crystals and gifts that the store has. Without fail I always find something that calls to me. And the girls are very knowledgeable about the products that are available. My favorite piece that I have purchased is my Lemurian Seed Quartz with Argentinian blue calcite lamp. It's such an amazing piece that totally called to me on a very spiritual level that I can't even explain. I am so thankful for all the amazing experiences that I have had in this awesome store and all the awesome crystals that I've added to my collection. Every time I come in here I feel so pressured to buy something. They stand over your shoulder and make it feel like you're doing something wrong or don't want you in there. The store is also set up in a very overwhelming way. They have tons of the same products out on the shelves which makes it feel like nothing is unique. I've been here maybe 3 times but this time was my last. It felt like the workers were very rude and negative. I asked what STONES help with finding a new partner and all she said was "rose quartz" and went back into the back room... like okay thanks. There's also a man, I heard him talking to some customers, he was extremely pushy considering the customers seemed like they were in high school, he kept trying to push more expensive things on them when they had what they came for and were trying to check out. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with the most genuine welcomes you will ever have the pleasure of receiving. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind. If you are looking for Native American silver or turquoise then you must come to the Silver Post. We were looking for high quality Native American jewelry in Las Vegas and were referred here by the concierge at the Desert Rose. This store has beautiful, very high quality jewelry and other items and very reasonable pricing. The ladies that helped us were very knowledgeable and friendly-the best customer service I have found in Las Vegas. I loved that they explained about the origins of the different stones and also the Native American symbols, it made our purchases very meaningful. Before we left the store they carefully polished all our purchases-a very nice touch. Not far from the strip at the end of the factory mall-well worth the trip. My mother and I were in Las Vegas for three days and she really wanted to find some interesting silver turquoise pieces of jewelry. The Silver Post passed my expectations. From the minute I walked in the door I felt like family. They didn't care how long I took to decide. They helped me decide and my mother on pieces that suited my purpose and budget. The nice thing is they have all different kinds and colours of turquoise. It is located in the area of the outlet mall and easy to reach my bus. Many of the hotels hand out booklets and there are coupons inside for the Silver Post. The final thing I have to say is this....this is a family run business and the pieces are one of a kind not made in other countries. Definitely worth checking out! read more

My Mom and I stopped in here on vacation looking for stuff to take with us back home. We got awesome prices on two rings (there were a TON of rings) and the owner, Aaron, was the coolest. He and his staff were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of the products they sold by local artists and it was just a really neat place to go. When I got home, I had accidentally damaged one of my rings and the staff happily told me to send it back and they'll have it fixed for no charge! It didn't take long on its travel from NY and back and it looks fantastic! Excellent customer service, super friendly and very reasonably priced merchandise. I was at the Summerlin store just passing by and stopped in for a quick look. I was looking at some inexpensive bracelets. The owner was there and began telling me all about the stones and their healing properties and how he, his wife, and family design and make the jewelry. I bought a few things (maybe $20 worth), but he still spent so much time explaining the stones, bagged them up with identifying cards, and gave me a sample. I was so impressed with the care and time he and the employees gave me (even for a relatively small purchase), as well as the quality of the product, price, display, etc. I have recommended this shop many times and will return! As a tourist, I didn't know where to go to find turquoise and silver rings, earrings and bracelets while in Las Vegas, so I was very pleased to discover this store. It was everything I had hoped for! It is well located and offers a great selection. Aaron and Sarah were friendly and informative and took time to help me select a cuff bracelet and three rings. I absolutely love this store. I wasn't looking for anything in particular but I overheard that they had opals! I'm obsessed with opals and their absolute beauty. Cierra (store associate) was genuinely patient with me. It wasn't an easy task because it's so hard to just pick one. But she never budged. She went as far as grabbing me a clean water bowl for viewing the opals, down to holding her phones flashlight feature for me as inspected each one. Thank you for being patient with me! Aaron is great. He helped me realize my potential when I was going through a very rough time. It was great to finally have someone do and say something positive to me when I had the worst day of my life. I came in believing in things such as fate and superstition, but I didn't understand the grounding properties of crystals and energies. Aaron really gave me some sense of hope. Also Tiffany is such a sweetheart! There was another girl who wrapped my citrine for me, but I forgot her name. She was awesome as well. Something drew me in, and I will continued coming back. If I could give this store 10 stars I would. I contacted the owners as I live locally and asked to see if they could make some custom baskets for Mother's Day. Immediately they came up with exquisite ideas. After a very brief time of selecting the perfect pieces of merchandise to put in the baskets they had assembled beautiful baskets along with a personalized engraved Palo Santo wood stick for each basket. The prices were just perfect for what I was trying to do, and they were happy to work with me! My pictures don't do it justice.
