Used to frequent and purchase unique items quite a bit. Have purchased multiple items from spheres, raw unique stones, rings, necklaces and several bracelets from the display area. Over the last few visits not enjoying my experience. Staff less friendly at times, seems like they follow you around and stare at people as if they think people are going to steal something. They encourage to open the jewelry display, in the past someone would come over explain what I was looking at then more often than not I would make the purchase, but recently when I did a staff stood there watching every move and looking over shoulder, very eerie. Staff are mostly knowledgeable but more frequently lately seems some have a smugness to there interacting with people, even when they're incorrect on the item they are commenting on. Hope Arron can correct these issues I would still like to return someday and enjoy my experience again. read more

I am in love with the staff at this location. Silver Post in Downtown Summerlin is a gem for real. Tami and Meagan are a blessing always and I was just in there on Saturday, not feeling my best got some love, a bracelet, and some cleansing and was able to breathe better and see with great clarity. There are better places to go in Las Vegas area for gems and good energy. I am sorry to say I did not have a good experience here as some of my friends as well can attest at this shop. Better even, skip Las Vegas altogether and head to Sedona. We believe that there is a centered energy going on at this shop with little concern for honest good vibe and compassionate practice. I had some time to kill last time I was in Vegas, and Silver Post caught my while I was shopping. I was really impressed by how helpful the girl working there was, and also how knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a white turquoise ring that I still love! It's so rare and unique, I would absolutely come back and buy more because white turquoise is only found in Nevada. lots of options of crystals in this store at good prices, but very rude staff. I didn't get her name, but she was just following me around and saying to me, "Are you sure you can buy that, sweetie?" Obviously, it came off as very rude to me. Then, when i came in a second time, it was about 30 minutes before closing time, which was plenty of time for me to buy a necklace and get out, which was my intention. Apparently, 30 minutes before their posted closing time IS their closing time. She then told me that they were closing in 5 minutes and to get out of the store. After telling her that they didn't close for another 30 minutes, she then let me in, then said something under her breath. I didn't quite catch it, but I could tell that it was something rude. This place has really great things. I love their rings. My only issue with this place is that their policy of things is not so good. I bought a ring and had it resized by them for an extra 25 dollars. That's fine. I came back to pick up some days later when they called me to let me know it's ready and the ring was kind of loose. They told me to just wear it and see if it fits some days later cause of climate change, and if it still is loose I can come back and have it resized for another 25. Like really? 25 bucks again? Smh. The main store on S Las Vegas Blvd, sits adjacent to the Premium Outlets, which by itself may convey (to some) the impression that it's just another tourist trap. Silver Post has become our "go to" source for southwestern jewelry.
